Felt ripped off. $289 for 20 minutes of time to fix two toilet fill valves. The parts at Lowes were $20 each. Water spilt all over my bathrooms afterwards. Not cool. Should have known when I couldn't even get a rough estimate over the phone. Nobody I talk to can believe what I was charged.

Came a day later than he was supposed to, then seemed very unmotivated to actually help me.
He charged me an arm and a leg to attempt to fix the problem an alternate way (because otherwise he would have left me hanging) but he actually did not have the proper equipment and so my house was backed up again within a week.
I would never recommend.

Mike at MT Plumbing saved me when I was at my ropes end with my pipe problem! I have roots growing around my irrigation system and the water company shut off my service because of how big the flooding was. Mike took care of it and got my water back on when nobody else was calling me back from anywhere else. Thanks, Mike!

The only apparent contractor though American home shield, cancelled on us 30 mins from when he was supposed to be at our house. We have no hot water. I made the appointment prior to Thanksgiving with our home warranty, they said within 24-48 hours the service provider will call me. He never did. So I had to contact him. Waited another week for the appointment that he ended up cancelling. Said his van was leaking oil but had another van but didn't want to drive out to Orland. If I were him I still would have driven out in my POV and at least made face to see what the problem was instead of leaving the customer, without hot water for an indefinite amount of time. That would be good customer service. He said his van might be fixed next week and will touch base with me then, so I guess I would just have to wait at least a week if not longer to get any hot water at all.

I called MT plumbing on a Sunday and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael came out, capped my gas line for me and fixed my toilet valve. I'm a new home owner and he took the time to explain what he was doing. His pricing was fair and he was upfront about costs & there was no unexpected charges or fees. He was really friendly, professional and quickly solved my problems for me. It's nice to have a reliable plumber and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I had a good experience with Mike. He was the plumber sent out from American Home Shield. Needed an new one so he headed to Hone Depot. It was denied before he got there, but he came back and hooked up the cold (none leaking part). After a 12 day run around from AHS including them ordering my standard gas water heater from some outfit in TN and had it shipped to CA. 13 days without hot water. Once he received the unit he promptly fit us into his busy schedule
Mike did everything properly and tried, don't blame him if it is an AHS warranty issue! They sucked!!

Assigned to my plumbing repair via home warrantee company American Home Shield. After 3 weeks of no action, called to ask what was going on. He blamed the long lead time for the parts, but could not give estimate of their arrival. Then the home warrantee refunded my deductible fee; I asked the warrantee company why. They told me the contractor had backed out, giving them the reason he did not service instant hot issues. All this with no heads up to me.
1) Mike told me he had installed ""dozens"" of these units.
2) He told me he had received authorization from the warrantee company to proceed.
3) He told me the part had been ordered.
4) He did not communicate to me he was ""off the job.""
Mike seems like a nice guy, just not someone I will deal with in the future.

Had a leaking shower that drove me nuts and mike fixed the valve in no time and quoted an amazing price on a new water filtration system. Mike was knowledgable, fast and efficient at his work. Would hire him again for all my plumbing needs. It's finally nice to find someone who you know is trustworthy in this industry.

Absolute fantastic customer service really happy and definitely will recommend to anyone who has any plumbing issues. Replaced our water heater in just over two hours. Mike is an awesome guy!

A overpriced and a bad plumber. Mike was to install a dish washer. He did but everything that could go wrong went wrong. $250 for a sloppy job.
Had Bob of Bobs Plumbing in Magalia come out and he checked it out. Gave us a price to INSTALL the dishwasher properly plus replace 3 water shut offs for only $250.
After nagging Mike for over a month he finally gave us a refund. Just wondering how long to get the check.
