Over priced. They charged me $200 just to drain a water heater. Just to hook a hose to it. The guy first told me $600 then said the owner went down to $400 then said $200. Wanted over $3000 the replace the water heater.

Call your local plumber before dialing their number, they are not there to help you, just to fi d more ways to rip you off. We had a clogged toilet that was backing up into our shower. We called them thinking it was a good idea since they popped up on Google first. The plumber came out, couldn't find the clean out, there were two, ran a snake through the toilet and apparently ran a camera down to see that there was a break in our sewer line. Charged us $974.00 for the snake and then quoted us $5,400 to fix the break in the line. He was supposed to mark out where the line was broken so we could dig it it. He later talked to my husband and said we would probably need to replace the whole line and quoted us $15,000. We just moved in to our house and had been living there a couple weeks. Stress, anger and sadness doesn't even begin to describe how we were feeling for about 5 days. On top of that, our toilet and shower didn't work at all after Atta Boy did what they did. The worker never came out to mark the spot where the break was, said sorry and he would be out the next day, never heard from him. We called a local plumber who cam out, told us he was outraged by Atta Boy's prices, and explained to us that you can't put a camera down there if there is water because you won't be able to see anything. The local plumber suggested we call and get our money back because he would have charged $100 for the job they did, not $974. While they were working on my plumbing I called and got a call back from Mike who was very condescending and simply said, ""well that's how much they charge and this is how much we charge."" I explained to him that the worker that came out couldn't even run a camera down the line with water being there and he said, ""we used the camera for free."" I said he didn't even come back out to mark where the break was, he said, ""he did, and used spray paint"" I said no he did not, there is nothing in my back yard, he said, ""the rain washed it away!"" You've got to be kidding me, it didn't even rain this weekend, not to mention I was in the back yard with my kids and dog while he left and never came back there. I lost it on him after that and became very un professional at that point. My husband later told me the worker said he was sorry and would come back to mark the spot. This manager named Mike was a complete liar. The local plumber charged us $200 for a clogged sewer line. There was no breakage in the line and the sewer line was no where near where Atta Boy plumbing said it was. Please do not call these people, they are scammers and do not know what they are doing. I am very thankful I called my local plumber.

DO NOT call these people for any plumbing work! I don't care how desperate you are! The only thing they know is how to rip you off!!
We just had them come out to check our lines for a blockage. They charged us $1,035 for a 2 hour call! And all they really did was run a snake through the line. They did not come prepared with an adequate amount of snake line, so claimed they had to charge us an additional $300 for one of their other workers to bring more line! That is crazy!
Also, if it wasn't for my son being there that is familiar with construction, they wanted to do another procedure (which really wasn't necessary) that would have cost 2X more than what we had to pay!
There is no Attaboy about this outfit! More like I-Don't-Know-What-I'm-Doing-Boy, so I can charge you twice as much!

Atta Boy plumbing is the best service have encountered in my 20+ years on the Ridge. Our technician, Hunter, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in his trade. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

$800 for a clogged toilet! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off. We had an emergency clogged toilet on a weekend so I knew it would be pricey, however they charged at least double what this should have cost. They snaked the drain which helped a bit, then removed the toilet and found the clog.

When the technician put the toilet back on, he didn't replace the old wax ring with a new one, though he stated he did on the invoice, nor did he replace the rusty old screws.

I was grateful they came right out when no one else was able to though, however because of the massive overcharging, we feel like they take advantage of their customers, we will NOT be using this company again and this is a small town where word of mouth will eventually catch up to them.

very bad. pay 1k to replace the pipe. pipe still leak after he finish. want us to pay other 1k to fix same pipe he fix, but was still leaking. means he didnt do shit!!

Service was prompt, the technician was knowledgeable and pleasant; the price was outrageous for this area. I paid, but what the owner does not understand is that in this small community, word-of-mouth reigns supreme.
I will certainly tell others that the service is good, but the price is egregiously high. Not surprisingly, the owner can afford to purchase very expensive TV ads during the evening news, meaning he has plenty of cash to spare.

Yikes over $700 to reset a toilet on a new wax ring. No thanks, I just paid the diagnostic fee and will not be calling again.

if you have random piles of money lying around that you'd like to throw away call this company.
I had a vanity drain clog, I called and asked for pricing but they talked in circles around that, so i scheduled someone to come out. they arrived, took one look, and told me they'd charge the 'basic' service of $700.
SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS! to clear a clog!
so I gave them the $79 non refundable our customers are suckers fee and did the job myself. it took one half hour.
this company is criminal, they are charging twice to three times current pricing. call anyone but these thieves
