Putting in a good word for Luis and his partner (not sure of name) at Atlas. I warned them that my problem would be very challenging to fix. They tried in good faith for THREE SOLID HOURS. While in the end they couldn't supply a permanent fix that wasn't way above the original estimate, they did make a temporary fix happen and didn't charge me a dime for it. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I wanted to make sure they got credit for it. I'll definitely call Atlas the next time I have a regular plumbing issue!

Santos Rubio came out really quickly and, wow! was he good. Honest, great communicator, knowledgeable, thorough. We probably have a big problem in our sewage line, but Santos did a really thorough fix that should last us while we figure out what to do long term. He guarantees his work for 30 days. You might find a discount for some other plumbers that may initially look like a bargain, but overruns, ""surprises"" or bad judgement often make them more expensive and a big source of frustration and wasted time by the time the project is done. Nick and the rest of the folks are very clean and careful with my home, and it's just pleasant to get help from someone who seems like they genuinely want to help you. So refreshing!

Luis Ramirez hydrojeted my main line and he did an excellent job. I like his patient, customer friendly working attitude, answer my question with reasonable facts, really look into the specific clogging situation and suggest hydrojet.

After cleaning, I request for camera checking the draining pipe to make sure it is clear and know the existing condition / problem of pipeline. He set up the camera, we watch the video and he explained and answer my question during the video in detail. Lucky I choose Atlas and it sent Luis to help.

They do good work but are very over priced. They came out for an estimate and started a job before telling my boyfriend the price. I would have told them no if I'd known their prices are close to double some other places quoted. They also charged me $200 just for a service call to say nothing was wrong with my fridge. They are honest and do good work but not worth the price IMO.

I am very happy with them. I needed to repair my sewage line because it had roots in it. They gave me a competitive estimate and did a great job. They went over and above what the agreement was, as they even repaired the drainage box which was cracked for free. I highly recommend them

We had a pipe burst unexpectedly in our front yard this morning and needed an immediate response to help fix this. Using Yelp's AI, we were plugged into 5 different service options and Atlas responded in minutes. After a couple of messages, they were able to make it out to our place within the half hour. Nelson was able assess the problem, give a great price, and immediately start working on it. It looked like a tougher job than most since the previous owners of our house had stucco'd over the fixture. Within a couple hours the job was done and water was flowing back through our house.
I was very impressed with the response time, professionalism, and execution time. The next time we have a plumbing issue, Atlas will definitely be at the top of the list for who we are going to call.

On time, even stayed late to finish the job. Change sewage pipes. 3 day job but came back fourth day to clean up. I noticed markings on sidewalk a week before to mark where not to dig since underneath had PG&E pipes. Smart planning. Night before, put up signs for no parking. Day of project, two trucks show up to park at those spots. 1st day, figure out where to open up flooring and sidewalk. 4 workers. Heard the saw that tripped the smoke detectors. Dig. One worker was up to his chin inside. 5 feet deep? 2nd day, replace pipes. 3 workers? Like a jugsaw puzzle, with connectors. Cut to the right length. Prepare for inspector the next day. 3rd day, minor adjustment and more testing for leakage. Inspector came and went. Passed. Filling the holes with the sand they dug up. There's mounds of sand going back to the ground. Truck with cement. 2 person job. Fill and level it. Very professional. Safety first. Beautiful work. Very responsible. Next day, clean up. Like magic. All done. Workers were terrific. Thank you Benny, Danny, and Jerrold for all your hard work! Didn't ask the 4th guys name. They were on time. Clean up afterwards. Very professional. Great guys! Great job!
