Yes five stars!!!! If I could give 100 more I would! Please let me explain.... it's Saturday I just got through working out ready to jump into a nice ""HOT"" shower but to my surprise it was freezing . Oh no this can't be happening and I started to panic well Atlas to the rescue I am contacted immediately by Tricia. Outstanding customer service, she is patient and kind listens to my frantic explanation of a hissing hot water tank with water all over and literally talks me off the ledge by putting me in contact with Richard! Richard walks me through the steps to still have water but not let it run through the water heater, what levers to turn on and off. Now just like a perfect team Brandon is there 6:00 pm Sunday night to install my new hot water heater! What a team! They make you feel just like family and each member made this disaster bearable with their caring outstanding service! Brandon explained every step of the way , cleaned up after the job was finished. Thank you Atlas, TRICIA, RICHARD and BRANDON job well done I am forever great-full!!!!

I very much disliked my sink so I decided to purchase a new one. When I called around for quotes I came across Atlas Plumbing. From the start they were kind, professional and understanding, especially Mario!
Mario was the plumber they sent to do the work. He took his time to make sure the work was completed correctly, and didn't try to add unnecessary costs to our service call. He is also one of the nicest guys you will meet here in Vegas.
When a second issue came up I called and requested him. Again he was fantastic! I won't be using any other plumber. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

I'm very pleased with the services these guys did for us from customer service scheduling appt with us to doing the job on the site! Mario and Jose called me first to let me know their ETA to doing plumbing work. Very professional in their manner and appearance. They don't charge per hour like other companies do---starting with driving to your house then per hour afterwards! Atlas Plumbing come out to your house to give an estimate on the job and then it's up to you to take it or not. MARIO and JOSE THANK YOU again for doing a great job and for putting booties on when walking on our freshly new deep cleaned carpets without us telling you !!! We will definitely use this company for our future plumbing needs!

I have had Keith taking care of all of my plumbing needs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While he doesn't waste time, he makes sure that the job is done right the first time. I would highly recommend Keith for all of your plumbing needs.

However, I don't know what's going on with the new outfit - it looks ridiculous and also I was worried the whole time that Keith was going to get the stupid bow tie caught on something and end up strangling himself. We live in the year 2019, not 1920, most of the people younger than me will not understand that this is the ""old fashion way"" that plumbers used to dress, keywords ""USED TO DRESS"". Besides looking ridiculous (like they are dressed up for Halloween) it conveys that you are not current with new modern plumbing needs, like knowing how to program the new wi-fi enabled water heaters. Ditch the outfits and have my plumber look like he used to look, like my plumber so I can stop following him around because I'm concerned that his crazy bow tie is going to get caught on something and strangle him.

P.S. I give Keith 5 stars for his service and 1/2 star for the dangerous and ridiculous outfit.

Have used Atlas Plumbing over the last couple of years with repeat business due them being fair, honest and complete the job the right way the first time.

This was my first time to use Atlas Plumbing and my experience was excellent. The repair I needed was fairly minor, but they had no problem sending someone out on a Sunday at no extra charge. The cost was reasonable, with me paying for one hour of Mario's time, as it turned out. Mario, the plumber on call, was very personable and professional at the same time. He analyzed the issue carefully, and provided a solution. When he was done (a bit less than an hour) with the work, he asked if we had any other questions, or needed anything else. Also, while he was waiting for a dye test to complete, he drained the water heater and evaluated the washer/dryer, offering suggestions for safeguarding possible points of failure. I noted this because we were being charged for an hour, so he was making an effort to stay busy the entire time. I found this most encouraging from a consumer standpoint. Too many service techs are also sales people, working on commission. I will use Atlas for my future plumbing needs.
