Definitely recommend this company! I had Dakota out to my home 2 days ago to replace my washer and dryer water valves due to them being old and corroded. He quoted me a great price and had the work done just in time for me to make it to a meeting! Tech was super nice.

I hate to write a bad review as our technician was friendly and seemed to care about the work he was doing. However, after he fixed the leak under the kitchen sink and tightened the faucet the house began to smell horribly. Like so bad it made us nauseous and have a terrible headache. Then we started seeing drain flies. I'm not sure why this would happen but when my boyfriend called to ask about it, he was first met with a nice, friendly person who offered to send someone out within an hour to check it out. They said they would message him when they were heading over. We were impressed with their customer service. Then he receives a call from some extremely rude man with an attitude that says the technician won't be out tonight and can come tomorrow. He says this of course because they closed in ten minutes- why did the first guy said he could come if he couldn't? Do your customers not matter? We tipped the technician $30 when he originally came because we understand the hard work they do and how expensive everything is now. We would expect the company to treat us with respect in return. Then this man wants to argue with my boyfriend and say it sounds like a drain issue and has absolutely nothing to do with their work.

Okay, so if that's true then why did neither of these problems exist prior to this work being done? I'm beyond disappointed at the attitude and lack of customer service given by this company. I'd the technician would've came out to take a look and see what he could do then I would've been thrilled but whoever that was who rudely called back ruined it all for us. I'm sad to say, I no longer recommend or will be using this company. Maybe treat your customers nicely and this won't happen- he could've lost the attitude and sent someone out in the morning and I'm sure we would've been okay with that but to say one thing, then call back and say no, AND have a rude attitude is unacceptable.

Reached out for a quote and Atlas Plumbing was super responsive. Very quick! There is no quote without visiting your home. However they were right price compared to other quotes we received. Thank you Atlas Plumbing for helping us with our need!

On Sept 14th my neighbor found a water leak on a Bibb on the garage wall. Im writing this for my 80 year old neighbor. She is a widow and on a fixed income. Its hard to find companies that don't take advantage of women. Yeah, I'm calling you out on this because the leak was an easy job, 30-45 minutes tops and you charged her $500 for a small 8 inch piece of copper pipe and new water Bibb. Yeah, you can say she agreed to it but she doesn't know about these things. I feel you really did her wrong. I'm sure everyone reading this would love to hear your reason for this excessive charge. Shameful that's all there is to say.

We meet with Doug to ask him for help with our master bathroom. He really gave us different opinions, great ideas, and a good price. Therefore, we decided to go with his company, and honestly, it has been the best experience we ever have had in a long time with contractors, they always called me and gave me an update about materials and when they could start the project. They have very professional, friendly, and hard workers employees. The crew came on time and the job they did was excellent for a good price. We really are so happy and satisfied with Atlas, thanks to Doug and his staff we have a good-looking party shower, and the ugly tiny bathtub is gone! It is a pleasure showering in the new spacious shower

After having a few issues called out Atlas. After doing two jobs (that I realized later didn't even neex to be done) they charged me $1100. I should say they scammed me for $1100!! Then of course they ""find"" something else and say it will start at $2500 and probably go up from there. After doing a bit of research and talking to a few other people I find out they are taking me for a ride!! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Guaranteed I won't be fooled a second time!

Very disappointed in your company. We were lied to when they told us someone would call, they didn't. Doug (the salesman) lead us to believe that the shower would have the glass installed as soon as the shower was installed. Not true, the company that installs the glass told us they have to come out, measure and that it would be weeks before they could install the glass. Don't trust what they tell you as they will tell anything to get your business. Very disappointing because of the lies. The people who installed the shower did a fantastic job but not the sales person nor the office. I will never believe anything that comes out of their mouth.
