Bait and switch. Called to get an estimate. Told me $65 to $85 over the phone to fix my toilet. Once Chris completed the work, he had me engaged in conversation and I was charged $185. He didn't even give his work a test flush. Luckily he was still in my drive or else he would have had to come back and I would have still been out a working toilet. Called the main office 3 times to discuss that I was charged $100 more than quoted. 3 times I was told they would check into it and call me back and 3 times that didn't happen. Would stay far away unless you want to be overcharged for untested work.

Butch was a breath of fresh air. I hired another company to replace a sewer drain for $5500 and a 2 day timeframe. After the first day and a 10ft hole in my back yard, they told me the job could take 2 weeks and the price could triple. Luckily, I called Atlantis and Butch was out there same day and said he could get the job done for the original quote of the first company in 1.5 days. He was finished in 1 day. Butch was honest and professional during a time when I was in a very vulnerable position (a giant hole in the backyard with sewage draining into it is a bit of an emergency situation!). Thank you Butch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Atlantis Plumbing are the best - so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain (Blake) and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling (Cody). Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits--and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.

Robert Camp diagnosed my toilet issue very quickly. As he didn't have the type of line that he wanted to install with him, he informed me that he would go and secure it from a nearby supplier. Upon his return, he quickly made the repair and told me I was good to go! I then inquired about a larger issue that I need to have repaired, but I wasn't ready to have the work done yet and he provided me with all the details of what is needed and the cost estimate. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. I will use Atlantis again for my next repair and will ask for Robert specifically to perform the work!

Jackie and Barry came today on time and prepared. Upon entering the door they applied shoe covers before heading to see what the job entailed. They explained everything upfront and thoroughly. Jackie and Barry were neat and could not recommend a better plumbing service. Prices were great. Our upstairs toilet needed a new line placed to stop leaking.

We had a main line water leak in the yard. We called Atlantis Plumbling yesterday 4/14 and they came out today. Bryan called before he arrived. And he arrived promptly. He told us what was wrong and fixed the problem immediately. Great service and the work was done. We would definitely call them back again to fix whatever is needed.

I have used Atlantis for several years, at my personal residence, and at rental homes I own. I have always been happy that they answer their phones (many do not). They dispatch their Plumbers quickly and communicate clearly when they are going to show up and then actually do what they say they are going to do! Repairs have always been done on time and at what I feel is a good value. Their people are always professional and not once have I ever had to call them back to re-work a previous fix. I highly recommend them!!!! Recently we had a main water line leak in our front yard on a Sunday. I called the office and since the local water company had cut off the water to the house, there was no immediate rush...other than having no water or toilets. lol. They came on Monday gave me a quote to repair if it was copper and another quote if it was something that had to be replaced from road into the house. Long story shorter, we elected to replace from road. They called in a crew that day and had it done in about 3 hours... most of that was the company that locates gas/electrical/cable/sewer utilities were really slow getting there even though they should have been out much earlier to mark where the everything is underground. Water service is restored and I continue to be impressed with Atlantis Plumbing!!!!

Butch and Jerry are life-savers!! We just purchased a commercial building in midtown Atlanta. After months of construction held our first event and the restrooms flooded- massive flooding!! It was 9:30PM We called Atlantis and they were on site with 45 mins! The identified the problem, found the source solved the water flow, and diagnosed what was really the main problem! Both guys were super informative and professional and just all around excellent customer service!!

They never showed up for the appointment - I guess they did not need the business. We called and they said they had no record of the appointment even though we provided a name and date of the person who we set the appointment with.
