I had an issue with a sump pump connected to my washer in the basement. I called Atlantis and they sent a tech out who spent half the day replacing the pump and trying to figure out why my drain line was still not draining. After most of the day the first tech left Atlantis send a second crew (Jackie and Barry)to my house at 5pm and they finally got it squared away. And they did it at no additional charge. I had a tough problem to solve and Atlantis went above and beyond especially sending the second crew out the same day to get me going. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Okay so my first impression had much to be desired. I had an appointment range from 12-2 and Atlantis called at 12 and said no one was coming afterall. I'd need to reschedule for the following day even tho I had already rearranged my day to accommodate the appointment. Well thank goodness they have John Massey on board b/c this would have been a very different rating without him. I like this dude. He quickly fixed my kitchen sink issue - and taught me some tips and tricks to help prevent me from having the problem again. I basically got a plumbing 101 session for free! He was quick and even took a look at some other minor issues. John was polite, professional, funny, and patient (with my many questions). He's the only reason I'd return to a company that rescheduled on me last minute, so ask for him!

I can not thank Robert Camp from Atlantis Plumbing enough for handling my plumbing emergency within hours. We had an unexpected leak happen with our kitchen sink and Robert was able to effectively and efficiently locate the leaks and correct the issues. Not only that but he was able to help me gain more knowledge of my plumbing system as a first time home owner. Robert was able to answer all the questions I had In regards to ongoing concerns I had prior to him coming out to my home. Furthermore, I am so pleased with how my call was quickly handled by the young lady who dispatched my case. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and got back to me within minutes to inform me that Robert was on the way. While I did reach out to two other emergency plumbing companies before finding Atlantis. Atlantis Plumbing was the only company that took my situation as serious as I did and made sure to dispatch out someone to me in a hurry. Again, I can't say thank you all enough!

I have used Atlantis Plumbing multiple times and every experience went very well! The last time was for a pump alarm. Jackie L. promptly came to the rescue and quickly addressed the problem. He was very professional, thorough and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely recommend Atlantis Plumbing to others and use them in the future!

John Massey installed out vanity fixtures and plumbing yesterday. It was a great experience. They were on-time, professional, cleaned up the resulting debris, and even made a suggestion on how to easily fix our bathtub drain.

I've used yelp for quite awhile but have yet to write a review [what a hypocrite I know ;)] so I figured this would be a good one to start with! My husband reached out to Atlantis Plumbing yesterday about our hot water not staying hot for long. Tim showed up first thing this morning to check out the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave us a bunch of different prices and options to choose from. I really like that he didn't try to push the most expensive option on us like a lot of places try to do! And he was able to do the job today as well. We will definitely use them again and I can't wait to take a nice hot shower first thing in the morning. 4 stars for the pleasant experience, I'll update to 5 if everything is still working great after some time has passed.

They never showed up for the appointment - I guess they did not need the business. We called and they said they had no record of the appointment even though we provided a name and date of the person who we set the appointment with.

They came out same day to check out the problem (on a Sunday) and wrote us a quote. They came back the next day and completed the work in the freezing pouring rain. Which I was very grateful since we didn't have running water. Everyone we encountered was very professional. I would and have recommenced this business to a friend.

Terrible service. Cancelled my appointment in the last 30 minutes of the two hour window I was given and didn't use the word """"sorry"""" once. Woman on the phone was entirely unapologetic and at one point blamed me for not picking up my phone immediately when they called me, despite calling them back five minutes after.

Got a couple of ballpark estimates from other plumbing companies for a dedicated water line to our fridge and ultimately decided on Atlantis to do the work. They were quick to schedule and John Massey came out to do the work. He was courteous, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and I would not hesitate at all to use him again.
