I had a malfunctioning toilet and what I thought was a malfunctioning hot water heater. I called Atlantis Plumbing on Saturday morning, and Robert was at my home within a few hours. Robert diagnosed the issues, explained the solution, and performed the work neatly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and there was no attempt to up-sale me. I'll definitely use Atlantis (and hopefully Robert) again and recommend them to friends.

JP was amazing, respectful, prompt, helpful, took time to explain things and all the other great things you always want from a service provider. I called at 7:30 and JP was at my home by 10:30 and installed a new hot water heater the same day!

We've used Atlantis Plumbing for two properties now and have been very pleased with their service on both. They've solved our problems both times and were very affordable, especially compared to the other plumbers that gave us quotes. They were also reasonable about their availability and how soon they could send out a plumber from their crew. The only reason I could not give a perfect review is because we had an experience with one of the plumbers that was a bit less professional - slammed our front door very hard a few times on his way out to truck and was a few hours late to start the project. Other than that though, our experiences have been nearly perfect and we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I had a leak on 10/11/19 by the side of driveway and called Atlantis Plumbing to look at. They sent a plumber on 10/12/19 morning. I met him and he said that he will look into it and let me know how much he will charge but minimum will be $300. I left for work and he called me after 20 minutes that I have polybutylene and a pinhole leak and cost to repair $375 with no warranty. Although price was high but I had no other chice at that time. I told him to go ahead. After 30 minutes he called and said it is fixed. My wife paid by her credit card and he left a receipt in the mailbox. When I came home and saw instead of removing the layer of grass and after refilling dirt putting the sod layer back,he filled the dirt and about 9""""-12"""" mount of dirt was there.This was very unprofessional. I had to level it and reseed the area. Not happy at all.

I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. The veterans discount they offerd came in handy. Both Jamaka and Reggie from the Dallas office were very professional, showed up on time as promised, took great care and diligence on the the installation and cleanup. Fished new line under driveway, eliminating the added expense of breaking up and repairing the concrete. Would definitely hire again.

Jason, my knight in shining armor, arrived within a 1.5 hour notice when 4 other plumbing firms had let me down. I had a sewer smell in the master bath of my new home and come to find out (with Jason's help) that it was completely built wrong - no P traps, exterior nails going through sewer line, etc. Jason stayed from 9am - 8pm and came back the next day to complete the project. He showed me every item and why it needed to be fixed. I have three homes - two rentals and my new house - and have had awful experience in the past with plumbers, but I am an Atlantis customer for life now. Do yourself a favor, save money and time and hire them first!

As I explained to the guy at Lowe's, the water hose thingy connector part was dripping. I didn't have a photo with me. So I called Atlantis, and they were able to schedule a visit for the next day, with no charge for the initial assessment. Tim and Brandon called to confirm the issue while they were on their way, rang the doorbell with booties on, and were friendly, professional, quick, and neat. Could I have figured it out by myself after 7 YouTube videos and 3 trips to Lowe's? Yes, and I was happy to spend a little extra to get the job done right by people who knew what else to check for to be sure the drip wasn't indicative of anything bigger. Great experience.

I have used Atlantis for several years, at my personal residence, and at rental homes I own. I have always been happy that they answer their phones (many do not). They dispatch their Plumbers quickly and communicate clearly when they are going to show up and then actually do what they say they are going to do! Repairs have always been done on time and at what I feel is a good value. Their people are always professional and not once have I ever had to call them back to re-work a previous fix. I highly recommend them!!!! Recently we had a main water line leak in our front yard on a Sunday. I called the office and since the local water company had cut off the water to the house, there was no immediate rush...other than having no water or toilets. lol. They came on Monday gave me a quote to repair if it was copper and another quote if it was something that had to be replaced from road into the house. Long story shorter, we elected to replace from road. They called in a crew that day and had it done in about 3 hours... most of that was the company that locates gas/electrical/cable/sewer utilities were really slow getting there even though they should have been out much earlier to mark where the everything is underground. Water service is restored and I continue to be impressed with Atlantis Plumbing!!!!

Jackie and Barry were wonderful and very professional! Came in (wore booties for shoes) found problem and fixed it! Didnt over charge me either!!! Hope to not have to use the services again but if I have any plumbing issues they're my go to guys for sure!!!

Kerry and Kevin at Atlantis did superior work at my new home. As a first time homeowner I was freaking out when I found out my washer machine drainage pipe needed to be replaced because some old drywall nails caused a leak. The water spread from my garage to underneath my livingroom floor. Then Kerry and Kevin came to our rescue. Gave us a fair quote, provided honest feedback and wonderful customer service. They completed the job right away and the results were pure quality. This was my 2nd experience with Atlantis, and was just as good as the 1st. I refuse to use another plumber. I wont even use who my home warranty provider suggests. K and K are the dream team. Dont waste your time calling someone else ! Call Atlantis. They're worth it.
