Had water line leak between meter and house, called Atlantis Plumbing and they had a company plumber from the Dallas office out to my home in about 1 hour, yes one hour! He isolated the leak within minutes and had it repaired and functioning within 2.5 hours. This plumber had his act together. Since I was in a hurry, I did some of the digging to speed things up and for this he gave me a small discount on the bill, without me even asking. The plumber was 100 % professional and his technical skills outstanding. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing based on this service call. I give them 5 stars. I know I show up as being from Pittsboro, NC. however, I also have a home in Villa Rica, GA., which is where the plumbing repairs were done.

Although I was very grateful these guys came out quickly in the morning to fix a clogged toilet line I had spent hours trying to unclog myself, I now regret not calling around. Yes, they were available in the morning, yes they showed up when they said they would, yes they fixed the issue and informed us what the cause likely was... BUT, the mess and condition of which they left the toilet room was completely unacceptable and not what I would have expected from a more """"reputable"""" company. Despite the fact that I many, many rags out all over the floors to try to keep my floors from getting water and bacterial all over the place, when they removed the primary toilet to insert the camera they simply picked it up and put it directly on the tile floors! Oh yes they did, feces and putty all over my tiles, baseboards, walls and even on the door jam! I was having to work in my office while they were working so I didn't see the horrible mess until after they left (hubby was supposed to be in charge of keeping an eye on them). We had to go out and get """"goo-off"""" to try and remove the putty and dried on feces first with a hard brush, and it then took me over 2 hours to sanitize the floors, baseboards and walls. I've never been so pissed! I called the main office afterwards and complained... they apologized and agreed that was unacceptable and took a whopping $25 off my $325 bill. Furthermore, when he did explain to my husband what the cause likely was, he originally wanted to charge us another $225 to do a 15 minute pipe repair that only cost us $41.00 in parts from Home Depot. What a rip off!

I had a malfunctioning toilet and what I thought was a malfunctioning hot water heater. I called Atlantis Plumbing on Saturday morning, and Robert was at my home within a few hours. Robert diagnosed the issues, explained the solution, and performed the work neatly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and there was no attempt to up-sale me. I'll definitely use Atlantis (and hopefully Robert) again and recommend them to friends.

I can not thank Robert Camp from Atlantis Plumbing enough for handling my plumbing emergency within hours. We had an unexpected leak happen with our kitchen sink and Robert was able to effectively and efficiently locate the leaks and correct the issues. Not only that but he was able to help me gain more knowledge of my plumbing system as a first time home owner. Robert was able to answer all the questions I had In regards to ongoing concerns I had prior to him coming out to my home. Furthermore, I am so pleased with how my call was quickly handled by the young lady who dispatched my case. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and got back to me within minutes to inform me that Robert was on the way. While I did reach out to two other emergency plumbing companies before finding Atlantis. Atlantis Plumbing was the only company that took my situation as serious as I did and made sure to dispatch out someone to me in a hurry. Again, I can't say thank you all enough!

Service is secondary to sales with this company. I requested a quote for a preventative inspection service (run a camera in a sewer line), not even for a repair. After some pushy sales tactics they provided the requested quote with a price that is about four times the national average for the service requested.

We recently purchased our first home and had David with Atlantis Plumbing come out to provide a free (you read that right!) estimate for the necessary repairs prior to moving in. Once closed on the house, we scheduled them for the work to be completed and everything ran incredibly smoothly. David and his partner are a quick, efficient, professional team, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I know who I'll call should anything arise in the future!

Atlantis plumbing are liars, do not have integrity, do not care about their customers, and their Customer Service stands behind the bad behavior of their technicians. I could go and on. I had a full review typed up on their review section in their website after the horrible despicable experience they put us through, but mysteriously it wouldn't go through. Do NOT use this company! I don't write many reviews, I only did this because customers need to be warned of companies like this.

Dirty dealing, and unprofessional service. These folks seemed good at first but they were caught red handed trying to charge me for a repair and service that was not needed. They had no idea I use to be in the plumbing business for years before I got into real estate. And when they were caught they just said it was a simple mistake. So I fired them like I do any other """"simple mistake"""" vendors that lie to me on my flips. Just appalling.

I would like to give a shout out to Robert Camper at Atlantis Plumbing. He was honest and professional. He took pictures of everything before and after to show me. He also explained everything in detail of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be requesting him in the future if I ever need any work done.

Jason, my knight in shining armor, arrived within a 1.5 hour notice when 4 other plumbing firms had let me down. I had a sewer smell in the master bath of my new home and come to find out (with Jason's help) that it was completely built wrong - no P traps, exterior nails going through sewer line, etc. Jason stayed from 9am - 8pm and came back the next day to complete the project. He showed me every item and why it needed to be fixed. I have three homes - two rentals and my new house - and have had awful experience in the past with plumbers, but I am an Atlantis customer for life now. Do yourself a favor, save money and time and hire them first!
