We had a leaking toilet valve at one of our rental properties. We contacted Atlantis and John Massey came out to diagnose the problem and do the work. He arrived at the agreed on time and finished the work quickly even after having to procure a part. John was thorough and explained everything. We found the price to be fair especially considering John's professional approach. We'll call Atlantis again when the need arises.

I called Atlantis because of a leak in my basement and my shower/kitchen sink started backing up. Tim arrived a little over an hour later and was able to diagnose immediately that I needed a snake, which he got done pretty quickly. He gave me options, which I liked. He also identified another issue (a crack in the cast iron pipes!) that I was given an estimate for to be repaired in the future. Tim was pretty cool and knew what he was talking about. I'll definitely use them again!

John Massey was at my house within an hour of me calling Atlantis about a toilet leak. He was professional, prepared, fast and very polite. He was knowledgeable about the problem and the price was reasonable for a fix. I would definitely recommend Atlantis and asking for John!

Atlantis Plumbing are the best - so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain (Blake) and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling (Cody). Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits--and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.

Scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. He showed up 4:30pm. It could happen, but the girls who answered my calls were worse than that. I called at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm...they are unpleasant to talk to and not worth of my time. They don't take any responsibility, but offer to reschedule or cancel after hours of waiting. I turned him away and called another plumber. Stay away from them. Bunch of...

I am very happy I called Atlantis. They were able to help me locate and read my water meter and determine that my high water bill was due to a running toliet. John Massey, the service plumber who rebuilt my toliet and also replaced my garbage disposal was timely, efficient, and very informative. I will not hestitate to use this company, or John's services, again in the future.

Decided to use Atlantis because they could get out to our location quicker than others and we needed our kitchen sink to drain. Guy who came out initially used an electric snake. After a short time he said he thought we may have roots in the line and decided to look at where the septic tank was. Said we should probable have the septic tank serviced and gave me a card of someone he said we could use. Then he tried snaking the line again. Still no luck at which point he decided to look at the pipes under the house. At this point he said he thought that the buildup was so great and the pipes were so full that all the pipes from the sink to the septic needed to be replaced. Estimated cost $1600-$1800. Paid him for his efforts even though nothing was fixed and decided to get a second opinion. Second opinion came out and took a look at the situation and determined that the best way to snake the line was actually through the vent on the roof. Just then it started to rain so it wasn't safe for him to get up there. The next day I got my own snake and proceeded to clear the line by hand snaking it from the vent on the roof as the other company suggested. It has been two months and we have not had any issues since. I feel bad that I didn't use the other plumber who was obviously more qualified and honest but if I ever have issues in the future I'll certainly call them and not Atlantis. Glad I got the second opinion as it saved me a lot of money!

Quick response and friendly service! Tim and Josh provided service for a water leak in my downstairs bathroom. I made the service call on Friday night and they came to my house on Saturday morning. The diagnosis was quick and repairs completed within a couple hours. I am glad I called Atlantis.
