They were sent to me through American Home Shield. They quoted us $1,449 to replace our water heater and advised they would be back by 6pm. After reaching out to a neighbor and talking to a company they utilized for a similar issue, we found that they were billing us for a new tank and labor however our current tank was still under warranty as it was only 2.5 years old. So they were planning to charge us for it, then get the credit back. In addition, I noticed that they immediately sent through a authorization on my credit card even though they hadn't rendered services. RED FLAG. I called the office around 4:15 however they were closed so I left a message to cancel the technician as I was not going to pay for a new tank when mine was under warranty. The technician called around 6:50pm to advise he was on his way. #1: it was after 6pm and we hadn't heard a word until then. #2: we advised his services were not needed based on the inflated cost they gave. The manager called back and proceeded to be very disrespectful on the phone. I called the office the next morning and the lady that answered also had a disrespectful tone and attitude once I asked them to reverse the charge given they hadn't serviced anything. She continued to talk over me and advise that I would be charged the full $1,449 because we didn't cancel 24 hrs in advance which was never even discussed. They had already received $100 as they charged that for just showing up to tell us we needed a new tank which we already knew. She said if I wanted my money back to take it up with my credit card company which I indeed will. I had already called them the night before to understand next steps as I had a feeling after reading the reviews there would be an issue. I advised everyone to BEWARE! Take heed to the reviews that you see and don't just use someone because your warranty company recommends them.

Incompetent employees. American Home Shield sent out a plumber from this company. The plumber Demar said we had a root intrusion in our pipes & said he needed to send us another plumber with a bigger camera to view the pipes. We provided our debit card number & turns out they charged us before services were even performed! We had cancelled the work order before the plumber was even to come out. So over the weekend I discovered an overdrawn account & overdraft fees. I called them & they claimed they were going to have it reversed. 3 days later they haven't & the girl who answers the phone at APC plumbing is ridiculously rude!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!

Saved the day...JR made it out and snaked our clogged pipe. Was a bit worried but they knocked it out quickly. His partner and him were pros. Now I can do laundry...hooray! ;)

This plumbing company is a vendor of American Home Shield Warranty Company, so we did not choose them, they were assigned to us for a dying water heater problem. We were scheduled for a 1-6pm window on a Friday with a GUARANTEE of a call-ahead when the tech was on his way. Unfortunately husband & I both work but fortunately we work very close to home & can be there in 10 minutes after receiving the call. WE DID NOT GET THE CALL and apparently the Tech showed up & left a note on our door. I called the office on Friday, I emailed their office on Friday and still by 10am on Monday, I had not received a call from their office to address the matter. I finally called their office & let them know that we would NOT be using their services AND called AHS to get our $100 service fee refunded.

Wish we could give it zero. Put in garbage disposal and the middle pipe is too short and leaks. House is empty due to new owner and found water on the floor and under the sink. After calling the woman on the phone they would not honor warranty due to the home owner warranty company doing it. I explained it was not done properly, and I am now the new owner. I have the receipt and warranty for that address. Will NEVER use them again and I have awards for Customer Service and this was the worst phone call and so called plumbing job I have ever seen. She told me to write or do whatever I want and I am now just simply telling the truth. A simple handyman could of done 100% better. Please look further on your google to get another business that has better reviews. It will be worth your money I promise.

This company was chosen for me through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for them to come and waited and waited for them to never show or even call. I called the company numerous times to get an update on the status of my technician and no answer. Called my home warranty back and got a vendor transfer. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service, from scheduling the appointment over the phone to them not even showing up.

There is not one positive thing to say about this company! First of all they are a complete scam! On top of an arrogant unprofessional person on the phone. So here it is to the idiot on the phone who said go ahead and add to the list of bad reviews. After trying to charge us 600$ on top of what our home warranty covered. So disappointing that a company has zero pride! After reading other reviews they seem to have a trade mark (scamming)

This plumbing company was referred to me by my home warranty company, AHS. I had requested expedited service for a stoppage in my drain (1-29-19). Everything was backing up into tubs and toilets in my house, flooding bathrooms and master bedroom. They informed AHS they would arrive same day. I waited until 6pm-no show. No calls from them. After calling AHS, they said they would arrive next day for sure. When the plumber did finally show, I pointed out the clean outs. He spent about 20 minutes here without doing anything. He said he couldn't open the valves and the concrete would need to be jackhammered away to get access to the drain and left. I went to a plumbing supply store and bought a basic tool. Opened the valves in about 30 seconds. I then called APC to request that they finish the job. Never called back. Very incompetent. Very bad service.

APC was referred to us by American home Shield. I scheduled an appointment and was given a window from 12p-5p. They sent me a link to check on the status. The guy never called nor showed up! so I called again the next day and told them what happened they said the guy called but that someone hung up on him. What!? not true my phone was on me the whole day as I waited all day for them. Even if that happened which it did not! he was scheduled for a Job and just doesn't show? They rescheduled for two days later. The morning they were supposed to come I had called and wanted to talk to the manager, I was still upset about the guy not showing up and felt the manager/owner should know. Melissa got on the phone and her tone was not friendly at all she said she was the owner. So I proceed to tell her how angry I was with the situation and the BS story about someone hanging up was ridiculous. She got upset and said ""well then I will call the guy headed to your house and cancel your service and you can find another contractor"" then hung up!

Thank you Melissa! I am so glad she did that because after reading all these other reviews I can see this is not the kind of people I want in my house. They don't deserve my business or yours.

I think the reason they have in business is due to American home shield and other home repair insurance company. they replaced my water heater 2 years ago and charged $475 installation cost on top of my home warranty. The same water heater is leaking now. When I called they said no warranty on it and still cost me 547 to replace it. They will install cheap stuff and it will not cover anything. Stay away with this company. I wish I would have checked these reviews earlier.
They are absolutely worst.
