Without a doubt, I am a customer for life. I had a pretty serious issue with my upstairs shower and was leaving town the next day. I was able to get the repair done within 30 minutes from my call to A & T Service Plumbing. I was referred to them from my neighbor and could not be more pleased with the service and honesty of this company. A+ is every way. I wish more businesses were like this one. Very happy!

I had a slow leak somewhere in my yard. Pierre's team helped me find the leak, dig up the pipe and replace the section of damaged pipe very quickly. I love these guys. They do hard honest work. Very professional and I will use them again if anything else comes up.

10 out of 10. Great service. I had them out to fix my low water pressure. They fixed some minor things which fixed the issue and they charged me nothing for it. Another company would have easily charged a $100 or $120 service fee just for coming out. Will definitely use these guys again.

I called A&T as I had a leak somewhere and couldn't find it after hours of searching. I had a hunch it was on the mainline. Regardless, A&T apologized quickly and said they were booked and couldn't get out until after the weekend. This was the 10th plumber I called, and the 10th time I was told that. I told A&T I really couldn't wait that long, and he apologized again.

However, A&T did something no other plumber did. The gentlemen spoke to me and asked me a lot of questions, and despite that I had done all of the obvious checking, he suggested two areas of my yard I should start digging to help locate the problem. I dug in those two areas, and found the leak 2 feet underground precisely where he said I'd find it. He did say that if I found it and exposed it, he might be able to swing someone by the fix it as once it's discovered and dug up, it's quicker to fix.

I really appreciate the customer service provided. I have another plumber on the way to fix the pipe, but I would not have found it without A&T and likely it would've taken another plumber a while to test everything.

Great service and a great quote for fixing the plumbing problem. They came when they said they would, did a terrific job, but most importantly didn't give me the run around about how complicated the problem was to fix. They were the best priced and no doubt the best to work with. I will definitely recommend Don and Pierre and the company to all my friends.

A&T plumbing saves us when we had a gas leak, they went above and beyond to be helpful. We had a leak under our house and the gas company had our meter taken away once they realized they couldn't find the leak. We tried our home warranty company but failed with them. So we took a chance with A&T and couldn't be happier. Rick was super helpful, even suggesting to my husband how to cut the cost of the over all bill, by telling him how to check for the leak himself. My husband found the leak and they were back to fix it. The only complaint I have is they are so in demand, that you will have to wait. But it was worth it to work with an honest and talented plumber.

A&T Service Plumbing is my go to plumber now. Don was right on time, and when the toilet I bought to replace my old one was cracked, he was happy to take it back to Home Depot and get me a new one. Efficient, trustworthy and all around good folks!

I highly recommend A&T Plumbing. I made my appointment with Pierre and the service was provided by Don. I think our plumbing issue was actually a blessing. I understand most people wouldn't say it that way but now I have a trusted plumbing service that I want to recommend to everyone in the Austin/Round Rock area. Also the vehicles they drive are pretty cool too!!!

Our hot water heater was leaking. I called and they were able to come out that same evening, it was fixed that same night! Everyone is very friendly and I thought the price was fair. I will definitely use them again!
