Our water heater had a blowout on a cold Saturday morning. After wasting the whole day playing games with another plumbing company, they left at 8pm with a promise to email us an estimate and return on Sunday to replace the unit. Instead of an estimate they emailed an invoice for $2800. Nope!

Being new in town, we weren't sure where to turn, so we posted a request on Yelp early Sunday morning. Within minutes Pierre responded, saying that his standard price was significantly less and offered to come take a look. Mind you, Pierre's company doesn't advertise weekend service, but he showed up an hour later in shorts and flip-flops. On a Sunday morning. Gotta love it!

He gave the same estimate as he quoted on the phone, made some calls to arrange for a unit and service the next morning, and by noon Monday the job was done. It's not just about the price. It's about the responsiveness, the thoroughness, and the transparency. Pierre is a straight shooter who gets it done. We got a new water heater and a plumber for life.

Service team was very professional. The came out on an emergency issue and were very knowledgeable and repaired our leak quickly. The were clean and wore masks the whole time. We would definitely use A&T Service Plumbing again.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.

Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.

They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Justin Raimer is seriously a god send ! I live 4 hours away from my property in Austin and got a call from
My tenant at 7pm that a pipe burst in the wall at my condo ! I didn't know what to do or who to turn to ! I didn't even know how to tell the tenants to turn off the water gushing in the walls of my unit . I've previously used A&T Plumbing for a leak in a different bathroom and he saved my property and he saved me money ! He was amazing then and now there are no words for his class act. I was able in my panic to find his number. Ten minutes later he called me back !! He was able to get the girls to shut the water off and instructed them on what else they could do tonight. Tomorrow my plumber ( and yes he is my permanent plumber - wouldn't use anyone else !) will be out at my condo and repair the damage done . I will trust that whatever damage that is done will be fixed and I will be able to sleep tonight . Thank god that people like Justin are still present in this world as it restores my faith in good , decent , kind and compassionate human beings . Not to mention how competent and good he is . This company should count their blessings. I have a medical practice and good people like Justin are rare and hard to find !
