This is really a four and a half star review. We have used A & T plumbing about 3 years ago to fix a water pipe leak UNDER ourdriveway and they did a great job (5 stars).

We had another water leak (in a different part of the driveway and not related to the repair 3 yrs ago). We called them out and I had to deduct something because the first plumber they sent was really bad and in WAY over his head. He actually made things worse. It turns out he had recently started with the company and had moved to Texas and over sold his credentials to the company. It happens, I get it. Sometimes, people aren't what they say they are.

Bad stuff happens all the time, but it's how you address the problems and fix it that is more important.

Don, the supervisor, took over and got it fixed. Despite the rest of the plumbers on jobs and booked out over 1 week, he was able to get a team of people to come over and ultimately fix the issue. Don himself was out here late on a weekend evening when an emergency issue happened (from the first guy) and he took care of it. So, the way Don and A&T plumbing took ownership of the initial mistake and fixed the issue was really commendable.

Hopefully, we will not need them in the future, but if we do, we will be using A&T for our plumbing needs.

Don and team showed up on the day I was scheduled and charged me what they said they would. I received lower quotes, however, there were always "extra" charges and excuses about why my job was "harder" than they thought. This was not the case with Don & team!! They charged what I was quoted and did the work in one day. I am so happy with their work.

I had a leak in the water line, there was water and mud on the side of my house. I had one place come out and give me a very high estimate between $600 - $800. I saw the reviews here on Yelp, and asked for bids. I spoke with Donald who was very nice and said it would start at a much lower price, and if they run into roots or rocks to dig through add a little more. The crew Jordan and Canissius came the next day, and we're very polite and professional, Jordan answered all my questions and did an excellent job. I am so glad I found this company! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors, and will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs in the future! Thank you so much, A & T Plumbing!!!

I had a new tankless hot water heater installed (not by A&T) as part of a home remodel. Turned out it was a tepid water heater. The sub-contractor told us the problem was the pipes -- not enough gas and would require $$$ to replace all the gas pipes in our house. I wanted a second opinion and A&T came out for a consult -- even though apparently they can't do work on a site if there's already a permit pulled. The plumber called the company customer service of the unit and ran through a diagnostic with them - so apparently its actually a unit or an install problem - not a gas pipe problem! Anyway, five stars for coming out quickly and doing a free consult. I definitely plan to hire them for my next plumbing job.

A and T Service Plumbing, and specifically Jonathon Guyton, provided excellent service during two recent visits. I had faucets that needed to be updated, a broken toilet handle, and an outdoor faucet that was dripping that was repaired. In addition, since we built the house 18 years ago, there was some work under the sink that needed to be done. Jonathon came within the window of time agreed upon, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way (even though he was on time). He was polite, personable, and trustworthy. The work was done quickly, and carefully. I highly recommend Jonathon at A & T Service.

I wish I could speak to the quality of work that A&T Service Plumbing provides, but they are 0 for 2 on showing up with the right equipment - or even showing up.

I called specifically to schedule someone to run a camera down our sewer line for inspection after a few issues with the line. The first time, the technician arrived 90 minutes late (without advanced warning) and did not event have camera equipment. After he rattled off about how they only have one camera, I rattled off about how I specifically requested that someone come out with one. He said we would have to reschedule. For an appointment specifically scheduled to run a camera down the sewer line they sent out a guy without a camera!

When I called to express my frustration, the appointment was rescheduled and I was promised that someone would come with a camera. Well, I will never know if the second serviceman had a camera or not, because s/he never showed up and never called advising about running late. They called to explain there was a scheduling mistake and offered to come out as soon as possible, and I appreciated them owning up to the mistakes made, however, I had to share that with the mistakes thus far I was no longer confident in having them potentially do work. I wasted 2.5 hours on A&T Service Plumbing and have nothing to show for it: no estimate, no proposal, nothing. I hardly doubt they would comp me 2.5 hours of their time having wasted 2.5 hours of my time.

So, here I am, my tenant tells me that kitchen sink faucet is leaking under the sink. This takes place on the Thursday before Thanksgiving so I take my previous advice and called A&T. They said they were booked but then changed a couple to things and said they could be there on Tuesday morning. That was great with me, and my tenant was happy. Tuesday, Don from A&T called to ask if he could be early, we said yes, so he arrived, installed a new faucet and was gone. The price was below others, there was no mess to clean up and the new faucet doesn't leak.
All done before Thanksgiving prep needed to commence. Happy all around.

I stand by my last review. A&T treated us like real people and not just another job to do. They are now my "go to" when plumbing needs arise.

Do not hesitate to call A&T Service Plumbing. I own several rental properties and have relied on them many times over the past few years. Always polite and on time and explain issues completely and fix the problem. I am very impressed that when the calls are simple fixes they have not charged me.
