Needed a water valve replaced under my kitchen sink. The previous owners had a janky system set up. Service techs came in and replaced in no time. He looked up the part I needed to connect my dishwasher and advised me how to install. Arrived on time, price was right and super nice dudes to boot. Will most definitely call them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I got out of the shower to find that a backup had caused all the shower water to come up and over my kitchen sink, flooding my kitchen and into the living room. I called A&T and it was fixed quickly and professionally for a fair price! He also took the time to explain what had likely happened and tell me some options that would help fix some underlying problems (options that would require a different kind of company, so no sales pitch). The incident also broke the disposal and he removed the broken one for us, even though we were installing the new one ourselves. Above and beyond!

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and contacted Pierre at A & T based on reviews. He was quick to respond and we set up a time. When I got home, I discovered water running out of our garage from our hot water closet, but couldn't find the source. As water was continuing to run, Pierre showed up early and quickly found the problem (which was thankfully not located between the first and second floors). He not only fixed that problem but installed the faucet in record time. Everything was clean and neat when the job was over and everything works great. I highly recommend A&T. I will definitely use them again.
UPDATE: Foundation leak! Luckily it was an outside wall and around the outdoor faucet. Their crew came out the next day and quickly identified the problem. They fixed it so we could have water to the house and will come back next week for a permanent repair. Super courteous and professional and reasonably priced. They are now my "go-to" guys for plumbing!

I flushed the toilet in the master bathroom and a Putrid smell came forth. It was awful and I assumed a pipe had busted just outside the house.

Rick came over, right on time and really did me right! I suggested the busted pipe and he asked if I used the shower. I told him I hadn't used it in several months, I usually use the other bathroom to shower. He said "I'm going to do you a big favor, 90% chance it will fix the problem". He explained that the pee drain in the shower had shut and the fumes were coming from that. He was right! It cleared up the problem. When he was leaving I asked him about a problem I was having with my entry way door. He knew what was wrong and intelligently explained how to rectify that situation. There was no charge, he was honest, forthright, concerned and sincere. What a breath of 'fresh air'. thanks Rick, you've got my business and highest recommendation.

Before buying our house we had a hydrostatic test done, which determined the outgoing cast iron pipes were very, very leaky. The foundation is slab, so fixing this would require tunelling under the entire width of our house (over 60 feet).

We got about 5 estimates for the job and A&T was the lowest. Rick spoke with me extensively about ways that we could mitigate cost. His crew came out and got to work immediately--the entire job, start to finish, was done in 2 weeks. They were respectful, clean, considerate, and honest. I nearly cried handing over the first part of the check (it's a lot of $), but knew we went with the right people and did the right thing by the end of it.

We've since hired Rick and his crew for other (unrelated) odds and ends and their prices are always reasonable, information accurate, and their work impeccable. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I have low water pressure in almost all my faucets. I checked everything I know off and didn't know what to do. I decide to call A&T for help. I explained to the technician what happens, and also told him the recent replacement on the water pipe. He immediately told me to check the faucet filter and see if there are lots of sands/debris. And yes, after I clean up all the faucet filters, problem solved. Thank you so much A&T!

Addendum: within minutes of posting my review (below), Don called to discuss and to apologize. He offered to refund my money since I wasn't satisfied, which I declined to have him do because as I pointed out, he did do the work and it was fine. I've added a star to the rating because he called to discuss this and wanted to make things better. JT

Initial review: Showed up on time but quickly said he could fix only one of the two plumbing issues that I had requested because I would have to order a part for him to use for one of the jobs. He didn't offer to go get the needed part as an option, which surprised me that he expected me to get it since I know nothing about plumbing parts and no other plumber has ever told me I had to supply the parts! He then tried to leave without fixing the other issue, saying he'd do both jobs after I got the part--when I told him I wanted him to go ahead and do the other installation since I had taken off work to meet him, he then said that in that case he'd go pick up the part for the other job task rather than having me do it and that way he could complete both of my requests that day--wow--what a good idea....The other job was to install a new toilet bidet to replace the old one that had broken which took him about 15 minutes to do---he then took the old bidet without bothering to ask me if he could have it (presumably to refurbish and sell). While I decided not to ask him to bring the old one back even though my son had said he wanted to try to fix it to use at his house, after the plumber left I realized he had also taken the instruction/owner's guide for the new bidet. I called and asked him to return the owners guide, which he said he would do the following week--he has never returned it. I had to spend an hour online to find the instructions re how to work the new control system, since it was different from the previous one and without the instructions it wasn't clear how to use it. I will not be using A&T plumbing again. JT
