We had A&T come by again today (6/10/19) for additional work we wanted done. Don relocated a gas line for us. As always - expert work done right, on budget and on time!

This small plumbing company is superb. I love these guys. From my initial reach out regarding repair of my tankless water heater to our final resolution, I was treated promptly with courtesy. Rick Garza is the master plumber who met with me, instructed me how to do work myself and save big bills, and did what he needed to do for almost nothing. I love knowing how to save money, and the bill was more than fair. I will never use another plumbing company. They are really great.

We hired Rick with A&T to do a cast iron pipe replacement under our master bathroom. We got three quotes and his was the lowest and he also came very highly recommended by a trusted friend who had him do a whole-house cast iron replacement. They were able to do the job quickly and so far we've been pleased with the work. The tunnelers they hired dumped a bunch of rocks and dirt in our side yard, but Rick had them come back out and remove it. He ended up having to bust into our living room wall to reach some pipes, but his guy returned to do a basic drywall repair that suits us just fine. We planned to try to get the home sellers to reimburse us for the job, since the pipes were clogged the day we moved in, and Rick said he'd help us by rewriting the invoice to reflect all the things he told us in person. Unfortunately, after several calls and voice messages, Rick stopped responding, hence the one star off.

This company SAVED me today. I had a leak and as a single mom who is not particularly handy, I was panicked. The woman who answered the phone was kind and empathetic. The plumber was prompt, courteous and incredibly skillful and had it all replaced so quickly! I hope I won't have a need for a plumber again, but if I do, I will NEVER another plumbing service!

Our experience with A&T Plumbing was smooth from start to finish. I reached out to get an estimate and was responded to within minutes. I had a very small window of availability and they were able to accommodate it. Jonathan gave us a courtesy call the morning of our service day and told us when he would be here. He was exactly on time. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He did the job quickly and with great quality. Our whole experience was exceptional. I will definitely call with any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Excellent experience, starting with "no charge initial quote" visit. Received a courtesy call the morning of scheduled diagnostic/consult visit informing us he was about 1/2 hour away (scheduled time 8-9am, arrived at 8:25am). After explaining our presenting water pressure issues (no pressure loss outside, but pressure loss inside house) he (Rick) went straight to our water softener system and simply bypassed it with the "bypass valve, and problem solved. He went on to offer advice w our system and explain the difference between reverse osmosis softeners and others, and the pros/cons of each and the potential problems they may cause older piping in long run... made our day that our issue was fixed for free! Very honest, trustworthy, and professional was the business experience with A&T Service Plumbing! Other companies were charging $75 initial visit... ended up gifting an old gift certificate and some meal money for their time/courtesy! ***our call was for pressure issues, not softener issues, so we're extremely happy***
