Our home is 30 years old, and starting to show it's age. So, we have had several occasions in which we have needed a plumber. Pierre and team are the best! They have performed several projects for us, and the quality, workmanship, response time to emergencies, have been awesome. My hot water heater broke this past week and Pierre and his team were able to adjust their schedules to replace my unit within 24 hours.

When I first called Pierre to he was very busy doing another large job and would not be able to replace my unit for a couple of days. I called around to several other plumbers I found on Yelp and got a couple of quotes. I called back Pierre to share these with him and get advice on which may be the best one. When he heard what I was being quoted he said that he would find a way to do this work for me and within an hour had a member of his team (Art) scheduled to get my hot water heater replaced the next morning. Not only did A&T replace my unit the next morning, they did the work for $1000 less than the lowest quote I received from the other plumbers. The work was excellent and the team was courteous and professional. Thank you to Pierre, Art and the gang at A&T.

Guys were great, accommodating (made it out the next early morning) and incredibly friendly. Was originally quoted $1975 for a new water heater and install. A & T gave me a quote for $1250 (50 gallon natural gas) and did outstanding work installing and had to be creative for our emergency drain. On top of that he also brought in our trash can from the street and was incredibly informative and helpful! Treating every customer like they are your neighbor, job well done!

I recently bought a new home in a community here in Austin and had been having toilet pressure flushing issues. I was hesitant to contact the builders plumber because I hadn't received good customer service from them.

Rick came out on a Saturday and was very honest with me. He diagnosed what he thought could be wrong and recommended first trying to go through my warranty to save myself some money. With out a doubt, A&T is one of the best plumbing companies in Austin. I have had several experiences with A&T and each one has been simply fantastic. I have only ever spoken to Pierre, the owner, over the phone but he is always professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Most of the time he answers the phone right away but if I did have to leave a message, he was very prompt with returning my calls.

Rick and Tony are the men that have completed all of my plumbing services. These services have ranged from replacing a shut off valve to fixing a leaky pipe to putting in an entirely new sewer line; and they have all been finished to my highest level of satisfaction! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Rick and Tony! They always arrive on time and do amazing work. From the first appointment I made with them, they have been nothing but professional, honest and helpful. For some of the minor fixes, they even let me observe them work while they explained how I could fix it myself the next time it happened.

I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of a plumber service! Their work is high quality at a very reasonable price. I most definitely will continue to use A&T for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future!

We needed to replace the turnoff between the city side and the house. I got quotes between $400 and $600. Pierre's quote was in the $400 range, saying it was probably $400-425. After digging it up, he found out there was a part he did NOT need and the bill was only $375. WOW! Great work, there when he said he would be, very pleasant and helpful, and charged LESS than initially quoted. When does that ever happen! I've found our new plumber!
