Wow! Brent went above and beyond the call of duty in fixing our shower drip and we couldn't be happier with the results. He kept us updated every step of the way and while he said it was a very simple repair, his attention to detail and communication made us feel like super star clients with an important plumbing issue. 15 out of 10 and will only use A & T from now on.

Thank you! Thank you! I can't say enough good things about A&T Service Plumbing and Pierre! It had been raining for more than a week, my father was visiting and So I was preoccupied with that and the same day my father flew home, my mother in law passed away. My husband, had to fly out of town leaving me and my kids home alone.
I thought I heard water running in the walls of our downstairs bathroom, but my friend said it was probably just my son upstairs in the bathroom. The next day, we had a notice on our door that we were losing 105 gallons of water per minute!!
Thank GOD my husband showed me how to turn off the main water line to the house. My friend checked all around the house to see if water was flooding up but he didn't see any with the long grass from the rain.
I called 3 plumbers (it's a holiday weekend coming up) no one could come, they are all back logged. We had one who could try to make it Tuesday! Luckily, I was able to leave a message at A&T and then talk to Pierre, at their emergency line. He is also very busy but he was shocked we were losing that much water and made time to come out right away, just to make sure it was all safe.
He was there in 15 minutes. He checked the water, all around the house and diagnosed the issue within minutes! It was pretty bad, that we lost so much water for who knows how long, but he got it fixed and was on his way! I can't even imagine what would have happened if this had continued on and on while my husband was out of town. I am so grateful and will always call A&T from now on for any plumbing issues. A++++

At work and neighbor calls to let me know I have water coming up from my front yard and it's running into the street. Neighbor turns off main for me and I start calling plumbers while at work. I call 2 places and they're booked for weeks. I call A&T, but I get a answering service. I then call their emergency number provided. Gentleman that answers is able to get a tech over as soon as he's done with his current job.

Couple hours later I get a call from the tech. He's at my house and we discuss the fees and I give him the go-ahead. After a few minutes he's located the leak...cracked main pipe that my oak tree's roots have snapped. I get a pic texted to me of the damage and an estimate of time. Tech gets to work and shortly there after I get another text of a fixed pipe. He then fills the hole and cleans up as best as possible. I get a call with the total and I pay over the phone with my credit card.

I couldn't have asked for a better process while being stuck at work. Rate seems fair, tech was very clear and thorough about everything he did. I know who I'm calling for any future plumbing needs.

I own several rental properties and have always found the totally professional and responsive to everything needed. Even when a tankless froze and burst during the big storm they did everything they could to get me a new unit and installed to my tenant could shower and resume some semblance of a normal life with hot water. I have also used them for new construction and they did quite well also.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

I appreciate the service they did. The work is great.

However, I was given the estimate and then changed $75 more without any discussion or explanation. I reached out to the company to explain but they did not get back to me at all. They also changed my facets with a different type of facet without my approval or knowledge until the work was completed.

Be aware of the work and the costs while the project is being completed so this does not happen to you.

We had one of their plumbers come out with one of the worst attitudes we have encountered working with tons of contractors and service providers over the past 20 years. I think it all depends on which plumber you get. We ended up going with Zack Snyder Plumbing - best decision we made.

Geronimo was great! We wanted our tankless water heaters flushed and he told us how much time it would take. He got the job done efficiently and installed a garbage disposal in our kitchen while flushing the water heaters. He also found a leak in a recycle tank and is sending a quote on that work.

These guys are great. I've only just started using them (PRV replacement a few months ago and pipe check-up following the winter storm), but I've had a great experience so far. They're super responsive, and each time I felt that they were a) extremely knowledgeable and communicated their work to me very well, and b) didn't try to upsell me or make me feel pressured to spend more on stuff than I needed, which is different from some of the other guys I've had out in the past. Definitely going to use them more going forward.
