We have had At-Ease out a couple of times for different issues. They are incredibly responsive, do great quality work, and are very reasonable. Our favorite guy is Randy but I bet everyone is just as good as he is. Highly, highly recommend them for whatever you need. In our case they installed a new garbage disposal and installed new bathroom fixtures. I expect to have them out soon for a couple more home improvement projects we want to do.

Here I am needing another plumber, but not using At-Ease this time. Nice of you to respond a year and a half later, but what was there to complain about. - You were very reasonable on the first 4 visits, then I guess you were having a bad sales week or month and took it out on my service call. You burned my 4 good visits with one bad one, and I have taken my business elsewhere. In this case, another company got my $385 for cleaning a clean out. You made an extra $75 on one visit, now lost out on $385.

Great response time to work request so I knew I could get the service done same day after work!!! Showed up right on time and did the work needed and offered solutions going forward to think about!!! Very honest and professional would use again and plan on using to replace a toilet in a few weeks!

Kitchen sink backed up and I tried to diagnose. Took everything apart and realized the clog was way deep. They came over quick and on time. Guy was nice and told me what he would do with a cost estimate. He used a brand new tool to unclog. Quick and price was reasonable. Would call again. Also, got a quote for a tankless water heater.

I had a water leak in my main line. A gentleman came over and he was very nice. Found the cause, Explained the issue and fixed it immediately. There was a small screw which was loose for one of the test valve and that's where water was leaking. He tightened the screw in a min and that fixed the issue. The charge for this was $90. This is where I got disappointed that for a 5 minutes work, it's $90. This is my first plumbing issue and not sure how the hourly rates are in the market. But I feel that price is really high to tighten a screw

Randy quickly identified the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Because it didn't require a lot of labor and no materials, I was charged the standard $69 fee and no additional charges.

This is now the fourth time we've had At-Ease come out to our house. They are able to come by same-day almost always and we've never had to request additional work be done on the same issue twice. Randy is always nice and I appreciate their work!

Great experience with At-Ease Plumbing! I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a call based on other positive reviews. They were quick to respond, were easy to communicate with electronically thru the app and text (everywhere else required you call to schedule an appointment) and was available to come check out my plumbing issue the very next day. He was able to diagnose my problem (a stoppage in the line) and clear it quickly. He also gave us tips on preventing and/or managing other plumbing problems. I would recommend them and would also not hesitate to call them again.
