I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this company They were organized and pleasant on the phone and even came the same day I called. They followed instructions (I have a crazy dog) and even removed their shoes and put shoe covers on. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very caring, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to and they were very honest keeping in mind cost. They are incredible and if I EVER need plumbing assistance again they will be my only call.

While at my house working I heard a gurgling sound coming from my guest bathroom. Upon investigation, sewage was backing up into my tub and the toilet wouldn't flush. Randy was able to work us into the schedule same day and arrived at the early end of his time estimate for when he could fit us in! He was prompt and when he and his crew arrived they quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and got to work. Randy gave us the scenarios for fixing the backup before getting to work and also let us know the cost associated with each but started with the healer fixes to try and get things done that way. We were so grateful for his transparency and effort to keep the cost as low as he could! They were also to clear the blockage and get us back in working order in less than an hour. We also had a backup in our kitchen sink (unbeknownst to us) and they were able to fix that as well on the visit. We will absolutely use Randy and his crew for our future plumbing needs! They even gave us some tips to help mitigate future plumbing issues!

Overall, I had a good experience with At-Ease Plumbing. They communicated well on arrival time, although ran about 30-40 minutes late (I'm a flexible guy though and always leave buffer time for unforeseen events). They also do good quality work with quality parts. Pricing is a little steep even in comparison to other plumbers who I know are expensive, but I feel like you mostly get what you pay for here.

Randy was just the perfect gentleman and very knowledgeable. I bought a new washer and dryer and needed to have the faucets replaced due to rust and the hoses were not able to come off. He spoke to me with plain terms,yet he did not make me feel stupid and did not try to over charge me.
He was very swift and thorough and cleaned up after. We decided earlier that I would not use the warranty company, since they will say that nothing is covered, of course, and never showed up for a 7 am appointment,therefore he also flushed my drain to help my stoppage. Lickety, split and he was quick and done! Knowing that I'll be here for some time, I'm very certain that I will be using and referring this company and more specific, Randy to handle plumbing needs. Very pleased with my services!

Had problems with water coming up from the drain. He came here and put in the roto line about 10 ft deep. He figured out we had a septic tank and removed his line. Charged me $175 for 5 min of nothing.
