I'd been considering a tankless water heater for the longest and I finally just jumped in and did it - I hired Pirate to buy one and install it for me and the manager Mike was so patient with my bazillion questions (and crazy work schedule) and when we were able to schedule the work the technician was clean, quick, and super friendly.

The tankless was the best decision ever and the Pirate guys are the best plumbers ever. Thank you!

My water heater decided to burst in the middle of the night. I thought I would have to wait until the following morning but Pirate Plumbing had somebody out to me within 45 minutes. Not only did he come to look at the water heater but he also installed it the same night. I had hot water, within three hours of making the initial phone call. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Pirate Plumbing in Henderson, NV for a water heater installation, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and rudeness displayed by this company was beyond comprehension. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Pirate Plumbing if you value your time, money, and sanity.

First and foremost, the installation process dragged on for an excruciatingly long time. It seemed like the technicians had no sense of urgency and were more interested in wasting my time than completing the job efficiently. My patience wore thin as I was left without hot water for an extended period due to their sluggishness.

Not only were they unbelievably slow, but the staff at Pirate Plumbing also exhibited a shocking level of rudeness. The technicians spoke down to me, as if I were an ignorant child, and showed a complete lack of respect. It was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism.

One of the most infuriating aspects of my experience was the repeated lies that I encountered throughout my interaction with Pirate Plumbing. The tech named Isaac, in particular, lied about something as simple as a phone call. If they had bothered to call from Home Depot, the charges could have been applied to my pro account. However, due to their dishonesty and lack of follow-through, I was left to foot the bill unnecessarily through them with no proof of purchase provided for further issues. He also agreed to an installation on a Saturday morning and they didn't even bother to verify if the warranty for rheem would be open. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to deceive its customers and then make baseless assumptions without proper verification.

To make matters worse, their office manager, Desiree, was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She displayed an appalling lack of professionalism, treating me with disrespect and making unfounded assumptions. Her attitude only exacerbated the already terrible experience I had with Pirate Plumbing. It is clear that she is ill-suited for a customer service role and lacks the basic skills necessary to handle customer concerns in a respectful and efficient manner.

Based on my firsthand experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Pirate Plumbing. Their incompetence, tardiness, rude behavior, and propensity for lying make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any plumbing needs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a reputable plumbing company that values its customers and takes pride in providing quality service.

In conclusion, Pirate Plumbing is a company that epitomizes unprofessionalism, incompetence, and disrespect. From the delays to the dishonesty, rudeness, and an office manager who lacks basic customer service skills, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I implore you to steer clear of Pirate Plumbing and find a more reliable and reputable plumbing service to meet your needs.

This is the 2nd time I've used Pirate Plumbing. I was 100% satisfied the First visit to installing a garbage Disposal. The service rep explained the procedure and what entailed. I called about 9:00A.M. and they put me on schedule for the afternoon between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00P.M. They sent me texts, when they would be arriving. David and Jordan arrived about 4:30 P.M. They assessed the situation, making sure the water was off and I provided the necessary parts. They replaced the Angle Wave, installed connector hose from valve to tank. The reason I gave them 5 Stars because of their professionalism, there Dress attire.They were very polite. They were good representatives of Pirate Plumbing of Henderson, NV
