Ken was our plumber. We couldn't be happier he installed the valves for our washer valves and box . We were without water and he did such a professional job. He may be one of the most honest of all trades we have had in our home while we have had it in remodel. By the way not that it mattered at this point but price was really good. We have two dogs and he let out little one sit with him while he worked. Get Ken if you can.

I spoke to Rudy on the phone and he was very understanding with the issue of my Tankless water heater. He was able to book an appointment for a technician to come out and inspect the unit. I received a call from the technician (I forgot his name, sorry) and he asked me a few questions regarding the unit and told me to get with the company regarding the unit because it may still be under warranty and if he touched it, that might void the warranty. All I have to say is Thank you for your suggestion. Rest assured I will recommend this company to family and friends in the future.

I had a leak which flooded my house. Ken came out and had the part in his truck and fixed it immediately. A couple weeks later I was thinking of what else could cause a flood in the house and noticed the hot water heater was installed in 2006!!! Those that have lived in Las Vegas know that hot water heaters don't last that long here. Well, that was a disaster waiting to happen. Ken came out and installed a commercial hot water heater, redid the exhaust, installed a new pressure valve and set it up so if there was a failure the water will go into the garage instead of the house. Ken was professional in his work.
