I can't believe this company got my neighbor's furnace going again. They are selling and don't care about safety. It's over 40 years old and owner knows that old furnace is leaking gas. Doubt the tech was told about the gas leak. This cannot be safe. I hope the technician changes his mind. This is criminally negligent. I tried calling and informing the company, but only got a defensive customer service rep.

Finally, an honest company I can trust. The entire staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. A big thanks to the owner, the office staff and to the guys that came out to replace my water heater.

I can't believe I have to make another bad review about this company. If I could give them less than one star, I would. They stood me up last week without calling me at all. Rescheduled this week, and they did the exact same thing. When I called in, Richard told me they weren't going to come because other people needed them more even though I made an appointment. After letting him know how upset I was for having to take another day off of work for the second time in a row and being stood up again, he said that they would come out in the afternoon even though my appointment was at 8:00 AM. Then Richard proceeds to call me back two hours later and tells me HE WONT COME AT ALL BECAUSE HE READ MY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW. Thanks for stealing money out of my pocket right before Christmas. Do not do business with these crooks! They care more about seeming like they do a good job rather than actually doing a job at all.

I had to have Associated Services come to my condo today to look at my furnace. The gentleman was very prompt at the time he said he would be here. He took a look and was quick with the diagnosis. ""The gas thermo coupling is no good. Your unit is so old you need a whole new one."" I informed he need to contact my landlord make arrangements with them. ""Not a problem. I will write an estimate and they will get back to you."" Then he kept tinkering with the furnace. Few more minutes go by and then... ""Mam I was wrong. It's just your thermostat. I have a replacement in the truck. I will be right back."" What?!? Really?!?
When it was my house I needed a $2000 new furnace then as soon as it was a rental it's just a $30 thermostat. Wow.
I am not a fan of being taken advantage of. I will let the landlord know you were trying to screw me.

Incredible local business to the Monterey Bay Region. I was able to easily schedule a quick annual service for my furnace. Tony showed up right on time and walk me through what turned out to be time for a new furnace. The owner of the company, Richard, called me personally & credited the cost of the first visit toward the purchase of a furnace. My appointment for a new furnace was scheduled quickly & Steve & Daniel showed up on time. They were super tidy, proactive & polite. I will *definitely* recommend Associated Services to anyone with a furnace need.

I am pretty much a grumpy old man who isn't happy with much of what I pay for these days, but these guys are my newest exception. Richard was flexible in arrival time, knew my Bryant heat pump well, and found and fixed the problems with utmost professionalism. There was even a problem with the system's testing hookup, and he took full responsibility for correcting it without me even having to whine about it. This high integrity is what makes the difference in building long-term customer loyalty. I am glad to have found a business that cares about the long term. Thanks for making this EASY Richard, I feel very well taken care of.

Yesterday, I called and today Chris came out and installed a ""C"" common wire on my two thermostats and on the two heater terminals. I wanted to do this to have the best possible configuration for my two new generation 3 Nest Thermostats. He understood the wiring configuration at both the thermostat and at the heater and made the job seem easy. Also, a pleasant professional to work with. It is clear this company and team has great expertise in heating and cooling systems. I highly recommend their services.

Associated Services does excellent work, stands by their work and they are fair priced.
In an emergency, I used another plumber, not understanding that Associated Services had emergency hours. What a costly mistake!
