Best group I had in my house fixing and replacing my heater unit. They did a fine job. Left no mess. They were nice and respectful as well as hel

I've never seen a more rude and insulting repair guy in my entire life. He acted like he might have been on drugs or something...left old parts on the floor and didn't even put the cover back on. Most of the negative reviews here are about him. Don't even think of calling about an urgent repair on weekends or holidays unless you want a nightmare in hell. Message page on their website doesn't even work.

Called and they were able to come out next day to check out are wall heater showed up on time Isaiah was awesome super nice was able to find the problem really quick explained through the hole process fixed the problem thank you so much definitely would recommend

Our heater had been having tantrums (as Isaiah put it :0D) since last year. Another company came out and cleaned it, charged me, and left. It continued to have tantrums. This year it went out. I called and spoke to Terry. She immediately pulled over and took down my information. Told me if her tech would be available same day she would send him out. A few hours later she called back and said no one would be available same day but had scheduled a Saturday tech to come out between 8-10AM. Our friend Isaiah shows up right on time. We have a conversation and within an hour our home is now warm again. Thanks to Terry and Isaiah we will no longer wake up in the middle of the night with frozen faces. Thank you Associates.
P.S. I would not pay attention to the 1 star reviews. These people are prompt, professional, and most importantly a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommended. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I called Associated Services on Tuesday to come and check my heater, it was not turning on
The office manager was able to get an appointment for me Friday, but informed me that if there was a cancellation , or if a tech had time, they would give me a call.
Several hours later, I received a call from Isaiah, the tech. He said he could be at my house within minutes, I happily agreed and thanked him. Isaiah diagnosed the problem within minutes and thank goodness it was a simple reset inside the unit. He gave me options on what I could do if problems keep recurring.
Isaiah was very courteous, professional, and informative. I have used Associated Services for years due to their HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and GREAT SERVICE.

I looked at previous reviews here and I see people talking about Richard and his ""no shows"" and rude behavior. Richard is vindictive for sure.
The condenser on our Lennox is going out. I called Associated Services on 5/26/22 and spoke with their receptionist. They built this system. They should be able to provide me warranty information. I advised her of our situation and asked about the warranty on it. She and I had a great conversation. I was willing to put the past in the past and move forward with using their services. I was happy to be back working with them again because they built our system. She was kind and I appreciated the conversation. The receptionist tells me to call her back tomorrow and she will get more information and we can go from there.
I call today and it's a completely different conversation. ""Oh we are short on staff and that's why we don't cover Gilroy area anymore"" but yesterday they did cover the area. She literally pushed me off to find out on my own. To find another company to do the work because they can't do it. Once again, burned by AS. I called Costco and I'm waiting for a call back to discuss this situation. This is not a diamond certified company and no one should be left without a working heater or HVAC in difficult weather. Over $30k we gave this company for HVAC, heating and a water heater and yearly maintenance for at least 5 years after that. Such a great relationship in the beginning.

I paid for yearly maintenance and it has been pulling teeth to get the maintenance scheduled. Then when we had it scheduled, no one showed up. Eventually, after calling and complaining, they sent someone next day. Nothing had to be done - we were told - but when the guy left, my heat would not stop. My house is over 80° and nothing will stop the heat from going. The answering service yelled at me that they cannot do anything but leave a message. (It is 1pm Saturday and yelp says they are supposed yo be open until 4pm.) They suggested to just open all the doors and windows until someone comes. We waited and waited, no call back. So my hubby had to shut down the electrical circuit that serves the HVAC so we fo not die of heat exhaustion. I guess we'll have to pay someone else to fix what Associated Services broke.
Update. Spent $180 to get someone to remove the jumper (see photo) that Associated Services put in to disconnect our furnace from the thermostat. Lesson learned - NEVER CALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES AGAIN!!! Writing off the $$$ I paid them for maintenance agreement as bad investment.

Our heater was not working and the Associated Technician was prompt and thorough. He replaced and diagnosed the correct part. I would use this company again!

I can't believe this company got my neighbor's furnace going again. They are selling and don't care about safety. It's over 40 years old and owner knows that old furnace is leaking gas. Doubt the tech was told about the gas leak. This cannot be safe. I hope the technician changes his mind. This is criminally negligent. I tried calling and informing the company, but only got a defensive customer service rep.
