I had another heating company check my broken heater, they informed me that I needed costly repairs, and should think about replacing the heater.
Thank God I called Associated services. I called to get an estimate on a new heater and when Chris checked my heater, he informed me that all I needed was a simple part. I was stunned!!!, and so very thankful that Chris is a true professional with ETHICS. I will never forget my experience, I will refer everyone I know to use Associated services for their heating needs.

These guys are talented at what they do, but both times I have used their services, they did not keep their appointments with me. One time they did not show up at all and I could not get a hold of them to ask where they were, and the next time I waited to 30 minutes past the appointment time, and the tone of his voice made it sound like they totally forgot about me. All this made me miss over 4 hours of work. They are the company my property management company uses, so I guess I'm stuck. But at least they are good at their job, or I would have given less stars.

I want to give a big yes to Associated Services. I had someone come out from another company to look at my furnace and duct work. I was quoted a price of between $1100 to $5400 depending on what I wanted done. I got Associated Services number from a friend at our church. The person who came out was Thomas. What a true professional he is. After looking at our furnace and duct work he told me I didn't need any of the work the first company recommended.
I cane highly recommend Associated Services, they are honest and very knowledgable.

I'm very grateful for the excellent work by their employees! They made a metal drain pan for my new washer, fixed the dryer vent, and installed the washer/dryer combo in a very tight-fitting space. They even fixed the shut-off valves so they wouldn't take up as much space. They were thoughtful planners, polite, neat, and efficient. When I couldn't find anyone else to do the job, they made it work. Would highly recommend!!!

While having our roof replaced, we noticed that we needed replacement of the gutters and also the heating ducts in our attic, that was damaged by rodents. Richard's crew worked in conjunction with the roofer during the roofing project. They had to replace all the heating ducts in the attic. The heating duct project took only one day, during the time of the roofing project. They used very high quality products that even one of the inspectors was impressed with. Richard's crew suspended all of the heating ducts that they replaced, off of the attic floor and secured them around the attic beams. On the inside of our house, if they had to access the attic at all during the day, through the attic door in our hallway, they laid a long tarp on our carpet so it would not get it dirty. They kept the work area extremely clean and they answered all questions before during and after the job was completed. As for the gutters, we picked the color and style that we wanted and they made the gutters on site and then the gutters were installed. We had one concern during the heating duct installation, and Richard calmly listened to our concerns and it was immediately resolved. The project was on time and on budget. They are also doing a furnace tune up for us this coming week . We would recommend Associated Services to anyone that is looking for heating air conditioning or gutter replacement.

These guys are true pros. I wanted a split-system heat pump for my master bedroom and after some research called Associated. They came out, twice, on their nickel to make sure they knew what the job required and that I knew what to expect. They even called their electrician to discuss getting power to the new second floor unit from the garage.

On the day of the install they had 3 trucks and five people here plus the electrician (one more truck, two more technicians). They attacked the job like a well trained team with each sub-team working on a different part of the install.

It took almost 2 days but they were very clean, polite and professional during the entire job. It worked great and just in time for a hot spell.

I had one problem related to programming the thermostat and two of their senior guys came right out to meet me and fix the problem. The reception and scheduling staff is great as well.

Trustworthy, professional and just plain nice. I called because my heater ac was not working and they had someone in the area and literally had someone looking at it in two hours. He was able to do a quick fix to get it working right then and came back the next day with the part to fix it properly. And it was the owner who was on the road and came personally. Price was fair and they treated me like family. I would absolutely recommend them again and will continue to use them for anything that comes up in the future.

I'm so excited i can dry my clothes now! We had our ventilation looked at and purchased a fan. These guys came out and made sure everything was working properly. Our home was poorly built and previous owners obviously never properly maintained their home so it was a bit of a challenge to get everything up and running properly. Thanks to the hard work and dedication and the amazing fan installed, i am able to dry my clothes in less time! Thanks to everyone who came in to make sure we had the best service.
