Residential plumbing for new builds, rough-in, top-out, and final setup, gas line installation below ground, excavation for underground services, maintenance and repair of plumbing, residential and commercial plumbing renovations, unclogging sewer cleanouts, plumbing in crawl spaces or attics, excavations for home services, and all other residential plumbing requirements.

We launched our business in 2022. After spending eight and a half years with a local plumbing firm in Red Bluff, I chose to start my own venture. I didn’t plan to rival the person who taught me the trade, but his rates were high at $185 an hour plus parts. After eight years, I was paid a mere $20. I learned everything I could before taking the leap to be my own boss. I chose the name Ask Ryan Plumbing since my friends in different trades frequently seek my advice. We stand out because I personally take care of your plumbing needs and I keep my rates reasonable.

I’ve been a resident of Red Bluff for two decades. I graduated from middle and high school here. I lacked a specific dream in high school. Unsure of my path, I sought a trade to learn. I landed a job with DW Plumbing, a local company. I initially dug ditches, cleaned up job sites, and assisted in demolition. I occasionally helped other trades. I progressed to service calls and remodels. For two years, I learned under a knowledgeable mentor. Then I moved on to PGE jobs, earning a prevailing wage. I was often away from home for work. I watched as my mentors departed the company without retirement or benefits. This left me pondering my future. The day came when I asked for a raise, but he couldn’t provide it. So, I took matters into my own hands and gave myself a raise. I can now pay for my own benefits and save for retirement. Interestingly, my late father was also a plumber. I should have realized it sooner.
