Residential plumbing for new builds, rough-in, top-out, and set-finish, installation of underground gas lines, excavating underground services, maintenance and repair of plumbing, plumbing remodels for homes and businesses, cleaning clogged sewer lines, plumbing services for attics and crawl spaces, excavation work for home plumbing, and any other plumbing needs for residences.

We began operations in 2022. After spending eight and a half years with a local plumbing firm in Red Bluff, I opted to establish my own business. I never intended to compete with my mentor, yet his charges were $185 an hour plus materials. After eight years, I was earning just $20. I learned everything I could before I decided to run my own business. I named it Ask Ryan Plumbing because friends in various trades often ask me for advice. What sets us apart is that the owner personally handles your plumbing needs and I ensure fair pricing.

I have lived in Red Bluff for twenty years. I went through middle and high school in this town. I was uncertain about my future in high school. Unsure of my path, I sought a trade to learn. I landed a job with DW Plumbing, a local company. I initially dug ditches, cleaned up job sites, and assisted in demolition. I sometimes assisted different trades. Eventually, I moved on to service calls and remodel projects. I dedicated two years to learning from an experienced professional. After that, I transitioned to PGE jobs, making a good wage. I often worked out of town. I witnessed my trainers leave the company without any retirement or benefits. This caused me to reflect on my future. Eventually, I requested a raise, but he was unable to offer one. Thus, I decided to grant myself that raise. I’m able to cover my own benefits and set aside money for retirement. It’s worth noting that my late father was a plumber too. I should have realized it sooner.
