Called Jim last Friday for an electrical problem. He scheduled an appointment to come by that evening. He no showed and didn't even have the courtesy call. I was without power in half my house the whole weekend. Today a very nice handyman came and fixed the problem. Bad way to do business.

Professional and highly recommended. I had a number of jobs that required plumbing, electrical and door replacement which went above my skill levels. Jim came right on time and knew right away what to do for each. Jim and his helper worked hard the entire time and resolved everything that I had issues with. My house is older so you tend to run into issues from former remodels and foundation settling but none of that phased him. Won't hesitate to use him again.

I had a situation where everything in the garage were totally out but the rest of the house were fine. I checked everything and could not figure this out. I called Jim and I believed that it was him answering the call. Instead of coming over and charged me money for something probably simple, he told me what to look for. and he was right. It turned out to be a simple CFGI outlet got tripped.
Jim is a good guy. thanks Jim

Updating my review to state one year later and not one flaw or problem with any of the work I asked Jim to fix!
Jim is just flat out good people, and flat out does excellent work.
and he is still freaking hilarious!

I had a difficult emergency situation with a water leak in my home from a ruptured pipe.
20 minutes later, Jim was there to help me.
Very friendly, reasonable pricing, and quick service. What more can you ask for. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to my friends and family.

Jim will even come out on a New Year's eve evening to help anything that you need. When you need a handyman to help fix things you can count on him. nice gentleman

I hired Jim to do some repairs in my rental home. Jim is very professional. He texted me to let me know he was running late for his appointment, which I really appreciated. He is honest. He had to leave and buy the parts for the repairs needed. He was gone quite a long time considering the hardware was nearby. Incidentally, him and his worker went to lunch, so he didn't charge me for that time. He is efficient and skilled which didn't take long to complete all the repairs. I would hire him again for other repairs. I highly recommend him.

Jim is the man! I called him after hours when my home alarm somehow triggered when I came home from work. The obnoxious sound was blaring so loud, neighbors down the street were calling. After 20 mins of trying to figure it out on my own, I dialed every electrician on Yelp when Jim finally answered. He jumped into action and helped walk me through all of the possible ways to turn it off. We finally found a power switch and it was silent once again, Hooray! Jim was such a great guy and wouldn't accept any payment, even though he spent about 10 mins on the phone focused on helping me out. I 'Asked Jim to Fix It' and he did! Thank you so much Jim!

I am very pleased with the work that Jim did with my electrical outlet issues. I had a few electrical outlets that were out (in the kitchen, living room and bedroom areas) and Jim fixed them all efficiently. He was on time, thorough in his work and also explained some of the wiring in my condo unit. Jim also advised me on a future project, since I have bind fold doors that need to be replaced and some cabinet work for a closet space area. I was so happy with his work that I told my mom and she wants to look into hiring him too!

This is a updated review simply because my last review of this business was ONE STAR. ( because I never got a call back after multiple attempts to contact Jim)
I felt that it was not fair to review a business when I have never even had any of the services. I am sure Jim is good at what he does.
My suggestion. Call your potential new clients back as soon as you can. Or hire someone that can do your secretarial work.
When I give this business another shot i will update my review accordingly.
