We hired Jim to do a hood vent replacement, knock out some cabinets in our kitchen, created cabinet space and accessibility to a dead space cabinet with very limited access! In discussing a corner style cabinet change( a little if the cabinet can be seen in photo before removing the cabinets) Jim was able to rebuild it to be up against the wall. Took some old cabinets and installed in garage for extra storage space. I wanted to retain cabinet space where I could and he's amazing! We LOVE our new kitchen Thanks to Jim!!! We highly recommend him and he does everything! He's honest and works with you on what can or cannot be done, reliable and on time! Consider him or use his services on your next projects!

Over the last 20 years, I have had many different people work on my house for various reasons with mixed results. None of them were as effective as Jim. He was completely focused and ready to handle the work I needed done. He fixed my gutters, fixed a leak in my bathroom, and installed whole new vanity with sink in half the time I had thought it would take. I am extremely please with the results and will be using his services again. For whatever you need done I would recommend Him to get it done right.

About 3 weeks ago I called Jim to set up an appointment and he said the first one he had was for the day after Thanksgiving (today). He said he would be here between 2-3 pm. I called him about a week later and asked if he would have time when he came out to replace my front door knob and he said yes.
He never showed up and never called. So after waiting 3 weeks and all afternoon today, I still haven't heard from him.
I know he has gotten great reviews but this is inexcusable. I was home and he has my telephone number if there was a problem. Rarely do I give bad reviews but this case is the exception,

We had a problem with the timer for our outdoor lights. Jim came out to fix it, and found there wasn't anything wrong. My mistake! But it was no mistake calling Jim, because he's the best. He told me if there was a problem with the timer, I could order one like it on Amazon - and he showed me the different types and explained them. And for all this, he charged me nothing. He's a nice guy, totally trustworthy, honest, and responsive. You can be sure I'll call him when something needs fixing. I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you have anything that needs fixing, give him a call. He does it all!

Jim is great! He's a wonderful guy, an excellent repair man, and very reasonable about pricing and the work he is doing.

He's a perfectionist who comes well-equipped for the job(s) for which he'll be working on.

He's also not afraid to enthusiastically dive into areas you may not have wanted to, and come out the other end having successfully done what you have needed.

No task too small, just a great guy who is very skilled, and very honest.

We will be using his services again and again!

Jim is great. We had a 60 year old exterior door that we needed replaced. He was able to install the new one for about half the price of most other contractors. Replacing the door was a challenge but he was able to get it done and did it right. I'd recommend him for anyone that needs quality work done.

I have had Jim come out and do an assortment of odd jobs over the last couple years. Helped fix up the siding on the house. Replace and setup a staircase outside. Fixed an evil pocket door. Always a great job. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in a water pipe below our slab foundation. Jim came and fixed it in a matter of a few hours. He had to take up a portion of our wood floor, jackhammer through the floor, fix the pipe, re-cement the floor base, and re-install the wood floor. He did it in less than 4 hours total, saving us A LOT of money from another quote we received from a leak detection company. He left everything spotless, and has a great attitude. We have already scheduled him to come back to do some other ""fix-it"" jobs we've been putting off for awhile. He can fix anything!
