I needed to get my house ready for the rental market and needed some light electrical work (replacing broken dimmer switches), slow drains unplugged, laundry lint vent reattached, some light mold under the kitchen sink cleaned up and water damage repaired, and sink fixtures resealed. Jim charged per the hour, worked efficiently, and did a great job, especially fixing all the problems with the kitchen sink. If I need handy man work in the future -- I will definitely call him again.

I normally don't write review but I am glad to write review for Jim's work. He is knowledgeable and efficient. He clearly told me the choice I have and the best way to solve the problem. He replaced a kitchen faucet; repaired the restroom sink popup control; fixed the toilet flush valve and identified the problem of the dryer within about an hour for my rental property on 7/9/18. He saves me a lot of money and I am a happy customer.

Jim arrived on time and ready to work. I had asked him to install a new range hood and fix a broken outdoor faucet. He had everything he needed to do both jobs in his awesome truck, which is like a rolling Home Depot. Nicest guy ever. He finished both jobs quickly, and then helped me figure out what it would take to do some other tasks. He took the dogs and the wasps in stride. I have already booked him for additional work.

Jim is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. He's very fair with his time and his prices and he is dependable. That's all that anyone can and should expect. Do yourself a favor and hire him when you need some work done. He did a variety of items for me, replacing a bathroom sink fixture, faulty shower door, light sensor, etc., and worked competently and quickly.

Jim is excellent! He is efficient and super friendly! He was able to come day of, outside his normal work time, for an emergency that we were having. Our living room, dining room, and front hallway lights were not working. After attempting to vacuum the day before, we hear a loud pop and the vacuum stopped working along with the lights. He troubleshooted for about 45 minutes before finding the cause of the issue. He had gone through every outlet on the circuit from where we believed it could be before trying out the light switch in the front hallway. Who would have guessed the issue stemmed from there! The wire inside had melted/snapped. He pointed out evidence of how this has been repaired before but incorrectly and with materials that are not safe/are a hazard. He also pointed out how the melted wire had actually melted into the neighboring wired switch (which was still working for our porch light). We literally would have had an electrical fire - again - had he not discovered the issue and fixed it. An electrician would have taken two weeks. He explained to us everything he was doing throughout his stay which was great as we were learning more. He also fixed other issues that were found including replacing a burnt breaker and cleaning out some previously burnt areas within some outlets. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

Jim, was great! He tried to help us for free on the phone, after realizing it was more than that He made time after work hours the same day to help us out. Doing this even though We had not used him before, he arrived at the time he said he would, was pleasant, got right to work, cleaned and tightened everything to insure we had good electrical connections, figured out the problem, fixed it, made sure we were happy then gave us an amazingly great price.
I highly recommend him and know he will do a great job! We called another place and they said $500 just to show up, not including parts, his charge was under 100$ total!
