Jim is very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and a true professional. He does all sorts of repairs. If you leave a message he will call you back the same day after 7pm and he works 7 days a week. He arrived timely and completed our small job in less time than expected. He will only charge you for 30 minutes if the job takes him that long -not for the whole hour.
He even gave us an introductory rate as well! He also has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with! Great to find someone so trustworthy and skilled. I will definitely be calling him again.

Hello everyone reading this, I Needed a contractor to come out and open my wall up to see how bad the water damage was and it turns out it wasn't that bad as suspected. Me and Jim were able to open it up and put new drywall in within half of a day. (He also let me get my hands dirty and help) FUN! Also ended up having a slow faucet leak in front of the house and Jim came out same day and it was Mother's Day! Best experience I've had will definitely contact him for future projects and refer him to family and friends

This is the second time I hired Jim to perform a repair at my home and again Jim was awesome and did a great job with my electrical project. He completed the work well ahead of what he estimated the time would take and saved me hundreds of dollars from other quotes I got. Jim gets booked up so if you have a project you need to get done is best to schedule at least a week ahead. I will definitely call Jim again for my next home repair project!

Our LED dimmable lights were no longer working After the kids decided to use the light switch as target practice for their new nerf guns. I Called Jim and got a very reasonable quote. He came out the next day (on a Sunday) and Got the job done. Will definitely use him again and already have him scheduled to fix a few more things around the house!

First time customer -- very impressed with the scheduling service and quality of the job. Jim was able to fit us into his busy schedule to replace a ceiling fan and tighten up a loose kitchen sink. He came prepared, understood the installation instructions and did a quality job. Wasn't fazed a bit when I mentioned the kitchen faucet was loose--had the right tool for the job and made short work of it.

Jim is an exceptional handyman..He quickly diagnosed my problem with the waterline to my ice maker..he not only quickly fixed that problem, he went on to fix a few other things...I called him back a few weeks later when I had a clogged shower...He took care of that problem in no time..Jim is very friendly and his fee is reasonable..He has completed everything on my bucket list to my complete satisfaction..I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone...

I have used Jim at least 8 times during the past couple years. I'm finally writing a long overdue review. Jim has repaired large sections fence that was blown down during high wind storms and he did the repairs in the rain, replaced a hot water heater, replace the faucet set on a bath tub that required accessing the faucets from the back side of the wall, just to name a few. His last project a month ago started off as what appeared to be a simple leaking pipe behind a bathroom wall between the vanity and toilet but it turned out to be a leaking drain pipe due to raccoons or rats chewing through the pipe. Jim promptly came out the inspect the job. He had to remove the vanity, toilet, and tear out a large section of sheet rock to repair the leak. He left the bathroom looking pristine including painting the new sheet rock. Jim's prices are reasonable. He is personable and easy to work with. Jim is the first person I call for projects whether they are planned or emergencies. Great job Jim.

This guy is awesome! Friendly and can do almost anything you need him to do. I give his number out to my customers that need a handyman and have had 10 people call me back and thank me for giving me his number. He also did an awesome job at my house.
Unfortunately there are customers out there that you just don't want to do work for, have a bad attitude or are very demanding. Be nice, it goes a long way when you have someone working on your home! Some ppl are impossible to please. Keep up the good work Jim!
