ASI has done our yearly checkups since installing our furnace and AC in 2011. Have always been very satisfied with their technicians and service. They are thorough and knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Called because during the rains earlier in the year the enclosure door to my heater popped open in the wind and water got in my heater cabinet on the side of the house overnight. I opened up the cabinet and let it air out thoroughly the next day, but my thermostat stopped working from then on. I was afraid to call to have it fixed because I thought there might be a lot of parts damaged by the door being open and raining coming into where the heater was set up. ASI came right on time, the excellent technician Derek checked the heater and found two points that had shut the thermostat off automatically - one a drain sensor of sorts which set off because the systems drain likely was clogging outside, and the other the door panel to the heater which when properly shut had a contact point that signaled to the thermostat it was OK to come on. Technician cleared the drain area and showed me the door sensor. The heater was not damaged. The cost was $77. Imagine if someone wanted to take advantage and charge me for parts I didn't need. The unit runs great and the technician was kind enough to share the knowledge of how to prevent it happening again. Thank you so much for the skilled expertise of Derek and the knowledge shared. Outstanding service. Thank you.

I'm kinda sad to be writing this review. The past several times, I've called for plumbing service, and we've been told we could get same day service or same person service. This last time,their call center told me that the person arriving today would have the part we needed on the truck. Well, it turns out he didn't. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems every time we call for service, it always takes 2 people coming out, one to sell and one to actually do the work, and they don't come at the same time. This was the last straw. I will no longer use ASI for my plumbing needs. I will however stay with them for my A/C unit because it seems that side of that company has less issues .
When we first started using ASI 5 years ago the service was amazing, showed up when stated with the parts we needed. Seems lately all they can do is lie and give platitudes instead doing the job. Our house is an older house and it seems they don't want to work on older stuff.

Frank and Damian were fantastic. They came to our house to do a free inspection and found the water leak that no one else could. They were great. Highly recommended for any plumbing or electrical repair.

Manny was awesome! Very prompt, thorough, explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and honest about everything. I signed up for the membership because of the value over time and I appreciate everything he did for me. I had a rep from another company come, tell me my ac unit is almost 20 years old (it's only 5 years old) and it would cost me $7500 to fix.

I will only call ASI from now on for all my AC needs
