I have been a loyal customer of ASI Heating Air and Solar for over 20 years. They have always serviced my heating and air conditioning systems. Michelle as a receptionist is always friendly and helpful. My technician Dan always comes with a smile, well dressed and prepared for the job. Recently they added plumbing services and I will be using them from now on for plumbing as well. Highly recommend them!

The gentleman they sent to my house was very strange and rude. I asked for an estimate and he insisted he would send them to me via e-mail. He gave me his business card and said to e-mail him and he would send the estimate. I tried to e-mail him and I got a returned e-mail stating the e-mail was non-existent. I then sent him a text and he responded ""I'll get right on that"". The next day I sent him another text and he finally sent the estimates to my e-mail. I then asked if the estimates included everything thing to fix my AC and he told me ""No"" and that I need to replace my entire unit. These guys are just after my money and don't actually care about saving people money bu fixing the problems. I will definitely be going elsewhere to do business.

Look no further! After five estimates, ASI blew the competition out of the water, not only in their pricing but their professionalism. I called companies that advertised on T.V., and those that don't but had high ratings on yelp, just to have a cross section of the competition. One of the big companies quoted me $4K more than ASI's bid, and then offered to lower their bid but they were still $1700 over! Also, make sure you know the product you are buying. ASI offers Ruud and York. Ruud made the list on consumer reports and York is endorsed by Good Housekeeping. I went with Ruud just because I'm a big fan of Consumer Reports.

Transparency is very important to me. When Matt came out from ASI, he gave me an estimate. The estimate did not have a breakdown of costs. I asked Matt if he could break it down so I could see where my money would be going to, and he did. Guys, the other four companies did not do that. One guy told me the price is generated by their software and he did not know the pricing. Well as a consumer if you can't tell me where my hard earned money is going to, I'm not doing business with you...period.

There is a reason they are listed in the top 10 HVAC companies on yelp. The install team was friendly and professional, they stayed longer on the job than normal due to an issue with two of my registers. They took videos and pictures to share with the team at ASI to trouble shoot the problem.

This is my first review on but I felt compelled to do so, given my positive experience with ASI.

Update: Bryan and his coworker came back out and fixed the problem with the two registers, so my AC is fully operational and we are ready the summer heat....thanks guys :))

All the team members at ASI were outstanding during my AC Installation. Complete professionals as advertised. Joe, Jonathan and the installation team were courteous and personable, did a great job of explaining what they were doing and left me completely satisfied that I had chosen ASI for my air conditioning needs.
