After a full reduct (30 yr old house), Alecc came to service our units. He identified the source of an issue that was giving us problems and suggested a couple minor things to help improve our system and air quality. He came back out to install those additions and now our AC completely rocks. Our dogs loved hanging out with him and he was covered in dog hair (wearing a big smile) by the time he left. You get what you pay for- I thought their pricing was very reasonable, and while I'm sure someone's cousin could do it cheaper, there's peace of mind in going with the pros who are licensed and get advanced training. We joined their membership program and will be loyal customers as long as we are in this house. Thank you Alecc!

Jazmin, your response to my review is pathetic. Your company tried to take advantage of my 85 year old mother by telling her that her AC compressor was dead and that she needed a new unit for a total of $21k including the new air ducts. TWO other companies came out the next day and told us it was just the capacitor. It was a simple and very inexpensive repair. In the VERY LEAST both of the techs you had come out should have told us the real issue and given us the OPTION to fix it or get a new system. Instead, your techs lied and said the compressor was bad and a new compressor would cost ""almost"" as much as a new unit, therefore recommending a new unit. Interestingly enough, the compressor is and was just fine! This is appalling and unacceptable. You guys instead, tried to price gauge my mother by lying to her. Back in July we spent thousands of dollars with you guys on a plumbing issue- I'm now wondering how much that project would have really cost if we had another plumbing company come out and do the repairs. Plane and simple, you guys are thieves and exploit the elderly. I will NEVER use your company again and I will tell everyone I know, including blasting it on social media, what crooks you are!

We recently had ASI replace our water heater and conduct a comprehensive plumbing inspection. The technicians were amazing, exceptionally professional and technically proficient. Their thoughtfulness and courtesy set the example for all others to emulate.

We also had our semi-annual heating and air conditioning check up and the technician was equally professional and proficient.

We cannot recommend any company more than we recommend ASI. Phenomenal value!

I have to change my 5 Star review of ASI to a ONE STAR.
I purchased solar panels from ASI in 2017. Tom, now the GM, said when you need to replace the roof, we'll come out and remove the panels, store them onsite and reinstall when the roof is completed. Today, it's a different story. Now I have to pay to have it done.
I've been a monthly member with ASI for quite some time. I'm very disappointed ASI does not back up their sales pitches as I was counting on them to make true what was said. Don't do business with this company without knowing they can and may change their tune even with loyal customers. I'm saddened I referred ASI so many times over the years.

We had a good experience with ASI. Easy to schedule and good communication leading up to our service work. I chose ASI based on a search on ND and had not seen the Yelp reviews. Not sure I understand all of them. The ASI tech was Theo. Very nice and knowledgeable. He reviewed the couple of things we had going on and then offered to look at anything else (to quote) before starting. We had a simple tankless flush - all went well and didn't take long. I can't speak to the value but pricing seemed reasonable. We would use ASI again.

I love the ads, but watch out here. I needed a faucet to be replaced, so the guy came and surveyed the entire house to give us a quote on everything, but wouldn't do the faucet then

He came back and did the faucet, but 1) didn't clean up, 2) should have replaced the trap bu didn't, and 3) left the shut off valve so it was half way, neither fully open of shut, and wouldn't deliver the flow it should.

It was way expensive, too (I think I signed something that OKed that at first) .

I found a handyman who fixed everything for so much less $. He fixed the above faucet and put in all my other ones very nicely for 1/4 the cost

I just had Justin and a gentleman that was on training come out to do a A/C tuneup. They were both very polite and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me that they were doing and that needed to be done to keep my system working properly. These gentleman definitely exemplified professionalism.
