It is annoying when people try to ""upsell"" you services you don't really need and separate you from your money 1. A plumber came to look at our plumbing fixtures and hot water heater and told us we needed to replace all our fixtures and fix the hot water heater connection and implied we were in danger of having a flood at a cost of about 1500 so, I e-mailed my cousin who had done a lot of home repair and knows about these things- said it all looked okay to him. that was 2 years ago. Second, they said we had to have our duct work replaced and new insulation installed at a cost of about 3K. For this I obtained a second opinion from another company. That tech said all I need to do is reattach the duct and to call a handyman and in his opinion the insulation was fine. I had a handyman fix the duct for $40.00 saving us a lot of money. So, the moral of this story- if you don't like what you hear, get a second opinion.

We hired them to look at our central air unit. They recommended new unit and installed three months ago after charging thousands. Hottest weekend of the year and the unit isn't working. I can't even get a return call, much less a fix to our brand new unit. What can I say? If I spend $8k on a central air unit it should still be working in three months. And if it isn't I should be able to get a call back.

The worst call back services I have ever dealt with. My ac is not working, called 3 times since this morning and now going on 8:00 at night and no call back, to make it any better my wife is pregnant and have a two year old .. AT LEAST A CALL BACK WOULD BE NICE!!!!

After being stood-up and left hanging in Limbo wondering what has become the outcome of my (01) on-line AC repair request (02) phone-call AC repair request (03) And another phone-call only to find out that I had expended an entire 24 hours waiting for Godot. No thanks to ASI, my dear wife and myself are still alive and well.... but not in a good mode. Please do not ask me what you could do with your white gloves.

We had 3 visits from ASI before I decided to give them a review. As you can see, they deserve 5 stars. We had excellent customer service with our technician. Unfortunately I cannot think of his name. I definitely want to give him credit, although I left him a review through google. ASI was able to fix our attic fan, when no one else I found on yelp could. Some companies didn't even know what I was talking about and never heard of an attic fan before. One company, Thought I was talking about a ceiling fan! I'm a new homeowner but I definitely know the difference between a ceiling and attic. Another company, Mauzy, actually suggested I give ASI a call to see if they could repair our attic fan. We were very pleased with the entire process and ASI was very good about keeping me informed. I will definitely have ASI in mind when we need any cooling/heating services.

We scheduled an A/C tune up and our technician, Joel, was outstanding. He was very thorough and took pictures of the issues he found, explained his recommendations clearly and patiently, did not try to oversell, took great care wearing booties over his shoes and a mask that covered his nose and mouth. We've had an A/C tune up from another large company and they gave little explanation of their findings and did not check the full system. Had they done so, the issue that Joel corrected would have been caught and our A/C would have been much more efficient. Another thing that separates them from the rest is the little thumbnail bio they send with the picture of the tech and a little info about their experience and hobbies. Not something I was expecting but I really appreciate it because it allows for a customer connection that exceeds that of other companies. We are loyal ASI customers now and highly recommend Joel and ASI. Thank you ASI.

In the midst of extreme heat, ASI showed up to assist with a failing AC. After looking at the system, I was charged $75 to hear the solution was to rip out the system and pay about $10,000 to replace it. A local repair service showed up after ASI and fo $300 repaired the system and it has worked well ever since. I now call them the Ripoff Guys!!!!

We had ASI install 2 tankless water heater units, a water softener & a water filtration system back in October of 2019. Everything with that install went fairly well, even when it wasn't ""easy."" They handled it all professionally, quick, and pristine. All the guys that worked on the several day project were friendly, on time, & thorough. Later, in August of 2020 i noticed my water filter was not on (thought it was due to a power outage). I called Luis (sales) & he was on top of it right away & had someone out the next day to check the unit. Kerry arrived right when he said, he was very friendly yet professional, and worked his butt off trying to figure out the issue w/the unit. He pretty much took the entire thing apart & worked on it for over an hour & half. Then came back the next day to run test on water. When the #'s didn't drop significantly enough he called the manufacture of the unit a 2nd time which after another hour they discovered there was a rare factory defect w/a part on the unit that was preventing it from working at full capacity. Of course, i'm not happy about this, as we've owned the unit 10mos thinking it was in full working order, but this is at no fault of ASI's, as they purchase the unit directly from manufacturer. Kerry has been awesome at trying to solve this issue & will return next week when part arrives to fix the issue. All of this has been at NO CHARGE. The follow through & professionalism has been just as promised in all there advertisements. I've used other similar companies & quite frankly - not even close to same caliber.

I am VERY disappointed in ASI. I have a 15-yr old whole house A/C unit that was not working. They told me it was not fixable and I needed a whole new unit. They also said that I should change out the furnace at the same time as pulling permits for one means its cheaper in the long run to pull permits for both. I did not have the OVER TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS they wanted me to pay so I paid my diagnostic fee and they left. I have since called another outfit after enduring scorching temps, and they fixed my existing unit for under $350! It was only a faulty capacitor. These guys are SHEISTERS! Only interested in profiting from new unit installation and not even attempting to diagnose and fix an existing unit. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. COMPLETE CON MEN!!!
