For over 22 years, we have been a reliable remodeling company in the San Antonio area. Our services include various home improvement services, such as garage remodels.

With extensive experience in various management roles within the home improvement sector, Tammy decided to specialize on bathroom remodeling in San Antonio. She collaborated with co-founder Louis Garcia to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions. Together, their expertise in home repair is exceptional. Prior to, there was an idea. During the building boom in the area, Tammy observed that newly built homes were made with subpar materials and poor workmanship; this was not the only issue. This left the community in desperate of home repairs in the region. She had a creative spirit and was actively participating in design and interior painting, realizing that the clients she met needed improvements done quickly. He was able to execute all the home improvement tasks efficiently. This realization led Tammy to understand they were onto a great idea. Consequently, ASAP was established.

Co-Founder and Vice President Louis Garcia, armed with a degree from Texas A&M, spent a significant time in management for food companies. However, his true passion in design. Having served in the US Army, Louis was part of the 584th Engineer Company. From an early age, he was employed by his stepfather, acquiring skills in crafting custom decks and repair trades as a part-time endeavor for 20 years. He collaborated with other home improvement companies, executing total home renovations and creating custom decks on residential properties that were for sale. He too witnessed firsthand how the quality of home renovation experts and qualified home improvement services had declined. As a result, he joined forces with Tammy in 1998 to form ASAP Renovating Solutions, delivering not just a handyman service but total home improvement in Texas.
