Following several years in various management roles within the home improvement sector, our founder, Tammy decided to focus on bathroom remodeling in San Antonio. She partnered with Louis Garcia to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions. Their knowledge in home repair is unparalleled. In the beginning, there was an vision. Amidst the housing boom in San Antonio, she observed that houses being constructed were made with inferior materials and poor workmanship; this was not the only issue. This left the community in desperate of home repairs in San Antonio. She had a driven spirit and was heavily engaged in design and home aesthetics, realizing that the clients she met needed home repairs done promptly. Louis was able to execute all the home improvement tasks swiftly. This realization led her to understand they were on the right path. As a result, ASAP was established.

Louis Garcia, our Co-Founder and Vice President, equipped with a degree from Texas A&M, spent a significant time in leadership roles for food companies. However, he found his true passion in drafting. While serving in the US Army, he was part of the 584th Engineer Company. In his youth, Louis was employed by his stepfather, developing skills in designing custom decks and repair trades as a side gig for 20 years. He collaborated with other home improvement companies, executing total home renovations and designing custom decks on homes that were for sale. Louis also witnessed firsthand how the quality of home renovation experts and experienced home improvement services had fallen. Consequently, he partnered with Tammy in 1998 to form ASAP Renovating Solutions, delivering not just a handyman service but complete home improvement in San Antonio.
