For over 22 years, we have been a reliable remodeling company in San Antonio. We provide a range of home improvement services, including outdoor kitchen builds.

After years in various management roles within the home improvement sector, Tammy decided to concentrate on kitchen remodeling in the San Antonio area. Tammy joined forces with Louis Garcia to create ASAP Renovating Solutions. Their experience in home repair is unmatched. Before, there was an concept. Amidst the housing boom in San Antonio, Tammy observed that newly built homes were made with inferior materials and substandard workmanship; this was not the only issue. This left the community in need of handyman services in San Antonio. She had a driven spirit and was heavily engaged in design and home aesthetics, realizing that the clients she met needed renovations done efficiently. He was able to execute all the home improvement tasks efficiently. This realization led Tammy to understand they were on the right path. Thus, ASAP was born.

Louis Garcia, our Co-Founder and Vice President, armed with a degree from Texas A&M, spent many years in leadership roles for the food industry. However, engineering and drafting were his true passion in design. Having served in the US Army, Louis was part of the 584th Engineer Company. From an early age, he was employed by his stepfather, gaining skills in crafting custom decks and handyman trades as a part-time endeavor for 20+ years. He collaborated with other home improvement companies, performing total home renovations and creating custom decks on residential properties that were on the market. He too witnessed firsthand how the quality of home renovation experts and skilled home improvement services had declined. Consequently, he partnered with Tammy in 1998 to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions, providing not just a handyman service but total home improvement in Texas.
