Travis was great! kind an straight forward. Simple enough job to change out a sink cartridge. Travis gave me a nice discount for being a veteran, and was so thankful to still have some change in my pocket . The care and attention to detail was ,an is top notch. I am super happy with the whole experience and can't thank ASAP plumbing enough! Travis totally leaves you at ease like an ole friend or a distant cousin. Super happy !!

I came to leave a review because of the poor customer service.
These guys came to replace a shower head in my home. Created a huge hole in the wall and left. I called them back to fix it and "we are not responsible for that" we created the hole to gain access. You'll have to call someone else to fix the hole. I called to voice my complaints and as I can talking I was abruptly put on hold for three minutes because she was "coughing" please do not use these guys. Terrible customer service.

I have, now had, American Home Shield. I had a slow drain in the bathroom. The plumber came and told me it was the waste and overflow. The bathtub had to be removed in order to replace it. He didn't tell me, but put on my invoice that it was not covered in my home warranty service. I called American Home Shield 4 times in the last week and I am told ASAP plumbing never submitted a diagnosis of the problem. They spoke to Adriana from ASAP several times, but the plumber never submitted the paperwork. After 9 days, I have decided to eat the cost and have a different plumber do the job.

Looking at the reviews on here I should have known.... Unfortunately using American Home Shield I was stuck with this plumping company. Not only was the payment process a disaster, they had the audacity to have the inspector lie about no one being home to inspect the installation of a new water heater. The inspector said they called and the phone did not ring or go to voicemail. They never showed up to my home the day they were supposed to for the inspection either. Now they want to charge me $50 to come back out and reinspect it. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well. Terrible business practices from this company.

I have used ASAP Plumbing in the past for bathtub leaks, toilets and to replace a garbage disposal. This time we needed to replace the hot water heater. We called for an appointment. The technician came out and gave an estimate which we accepted. They came out in a timely manner and completed the job the same day. They told us the City of Schertz would come out to do an inspection. To our surprise, the inspection FAILED!!!! I called ASAP to inform them only to be told by Adrianna that we would need to get an electrician. And for $300 plus, they could send an electrician. I disagreed as we trusted them to do a complete job. Also, on the receipt the technician wrote "brought heater to current code". I have called back twice to speak to a manager. Each time I am promised a call back. Two weeks later, I'm Still Waiting!!!!

ASAP was sent by AHS home warranty company to fix my toilet. 2 months later toilet broken again ( same problem) with no warranty since it's passed the 30 days. What a waste of $75.00.

Amando the plumber that was sent was very professional. Great people skills and took his time explaining the problem and also told me how to prevent this from happening again. This is not the first time I use this company and I always have a great experience with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing problems.

I was assigned ASAP Plumbing from my home warranty to replace my garbage disposal. They were very responsive and accommodating. Amando who came to replace the part was very knowledgeable and quick. No complaints here!

horrible service. rude,liars, and not professional. they never showed up during the eta of 1-5pm but lied and told the american homeshield warranty company that they were at my house. do not use asap plumbing- the supervise confirmed they dropped the ball-his technician got held up on a 3 hr job and they are a mobile company and that is expected. i explained to the supervisor i was given an eta of 1-5pm and no one showed. i had to call them at 5pm to inquire what happen and was advised of the delat and it would take the tech 1 hour to get to me because he was coming from springbranch, tx and i'm located at randolph base. this wasb unacceptable and with ams on the phone they confirmed they dropped the ball but will still get a trip fee because they were scehduled to come out even if they missed the window. this is poor customer service plus a lack of intergrity. do not use this company. this is terrible...1 star is still too much. look at comments from shawn m., ryan p, ray r, paola s. this is their behavior.

when honest reviews are posted about their lack of professionalism and poor service, asap will update the last review to show postive or more favorable but pls pls pls review the comments of others as i posted to save you the frustration and headache.

I had a leak in the Faucets in the laundry room and in the bathroom of one of my rental properties and ASAP plumbing was dispatched by American Home Shield to repair the problem. Technician Immediately informed the tenant that he could not move the washer to repair the faucet and that she would have to do it. Tenant had just been discharged from the hospital 45 minutes before he arrived, Then the Technician proceeded to check the water pressure to the house, explaining to tenant that the water pressure to the house was high and he would have to contact American home Shield and install a water pressure reducing valve before he would perform the repair the leaky faucets. The cost of installing a water pressure deducing valve is upward of $500.00. Cost to replace the leaky faucets under $50.00.
