Jonathan came out and was super professional and helpful. He was able to fix/replace our faucet in record time. They were also very accomodating as we had to reschedule last minute and it wasn't a problem. I would recommend ASAP Plumbing Service.

Our toilet tank cracked, and AHS subcontracted ASAP for the service. It is not a major bathroom so we are not time sensitive. Vincent inspected the situation and AHS covered the toilet replacement. Vincent is knowledgeable and professional. Although ASAP can only provide the expected arrival time (in a 3-4 hours range) on the same day of service, Vincent arrived on time each time.

My water heater went out and this is who AHS sent to fix it. They came out and gave me a quote. They told me that AHS would cover the water heater cost and the labor to install, but that I needed to pay $2015.00 out of pocket for all the other items that needed to be done to bring my water heater up to code. Needless to say, I went with someone else and none of those items that they listed had to be done. Everything was already up to code.

OMG everyone's review scared me!!! I received service from ASAP because i have AHS. Mike is super friendly and patient with me when I didn't understand what he explained to me. I dont know if I was lucky but I would def refer ASAP to anyone who is in need for plumber.

We had to go with this company bc it was what our home warranty company assigned us to. Our toilets were backing up into our shower drains, seems like an emergency to me. They said it WASN'T considered an emergency and didn't come out till 5 days after we made the request. The guy, Mike, came, looked in our sewer clean out & said "it's oil. Someone is pouring oil down your sink"! I told him we lived here for 4 years & never, not once, have we ever poured oil down our sink! I knew better & he said "well SOMEONE is. I can tell you right now!" SO rude! He then "tried to unclog the pipes" through the sewer clean out. He was rude as soon as he got there!! He went in & started flushing the toilets & turning on showers. Everything was clogged. That made it all worse. He said he didn't know what was going on & had to ask our warranty company if they'll pay for him to use the camera. We asked how long that would take, he said "just a couple of minutes, I have the camera in my truck." We said okay. Came back in 20 minutes later & said it was approved but he wouldn't be able to come back with the camera until 3-4 days later bc he had other calls & ours wasn't considered an emergency. After some back & forth we just said fine & signed the slip & he left. I went inside & actually read what he wrote on the slip & he wrote "will return once weather clears." It WAS raining but it stopped when he arrived & the sun came out! I was livid. I called the company & told them what he said & what the slip said. The woman apologized & put me on hold while she called him. She clicked back over & said he was on his way back to our house with the camera. He came back, used the camera & said we had a huge belly that was causing the back up and it would cost us $15k-20k to fix. We said we'd think about it & he left. We called another plumber in our area for a second opinion right after. He came, used a camera for FREE to diagnose the problem & said we had a clog & would only charge us $175 to clean our pipes under the house & back all the way out to our street. He did that & our drains started draining immediately & our toilets started flushing perfectly. He showed us in his camera what the clog looked like before & AFTER. Our pipes were actually white when he was done. He said we didn't have a belly & he didn't understand how ASAP Plumbing told us we had a belly if there was a clog blocking the view. ASAP Plumbing is a scam!!! They just want the fee that the home warranty pays them & they don't care about fixing your problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL WHATSOEVER!

They assured me they were in route and that we were the next stop. They never showed and said they wrapped up early and could come again in five days. This was after giving me a window of availability of 10-6 pm. They only thing ASAP about this company is my advice to steer clear ASAP...

If I could give a ZERO rating. I would. The absolute worst service. Did not fix the problem I reported then refused to come out and fix the issue. The person on the phone actually yelled at me. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Placed a report with Fidelity Home Warranty. They chose ASAP to perform the work. Reported the issue in January, it is now June and it is still not complete. This is a result of inexperienced plumber and staff that will not return phone calls.

The individual that showed up was inexperienced. Spent the entire time facetiming someone else to diagnose the problem.

They told me they would send a more experienced plumber for the last visit, because the original plumber was not as experienced, then sent the original plumber.

They determined we needed to replace all of the air bladders on the hot water heaters because water pressure was too high. Also wanted to charge $685 to install a Pressure Reducing valve (PRV). Only problem is we have a PRV, at the mainline coming into the house (vs. At the curb), which meets code. The company states they will not perform repairs unless PRV is installed at the curb. This is consistent with other reviews about them lying about code and repairs to charge more.

I had a leaky toilet. I called American Home Shield. They had ASAP Plumbing come out to check it. It took them three weeks as we are two hours away and no other plumber works with AHS. They said their were roots in the pipe and AHS nor ASAP Plumbing could do anything to fix it as it was not covered. They didn't even offer to fix the root problem. They just left. I called another plumber here in town and he found the roots were not roots but an old gasket. Seems that ASAP plumbing didn't even take the time to check out the gasket. They show me a picture but you would think they would get down there and check it out first. AHS would have covered a leaking gasket but not the root problems. I guess ASAP plumbing didn't feel like working. I believe that ASAP Plumbing may be the worst company I have ever had call on me at my house. Terrible service. I cancelled my AHS Warranty because they could not provide a competent plumber. ASAP stinks and AHS Stinks and my toilet used to stink...local plumber fixed it in 15 minutes with new gasket. Do not use these guys.
