Recommended Customer Reviews

Had a plumbing emergency, kitchen was flooded. Heard these guys were good, called them up charged $29.99 for a service call and they did respond fast. Plumber walks into the kitchen, sees the problem and offers me remodeling services, yes, remodeling services. I tell him that's the least of my worries so he looks around, looks outside and tells me that for $266 he can tear out some of the cabinets and Sheetrock and can diagnose the problem because he thinks he knows the issue.
I asked him politely to leave my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Brutally dishonest. Rude. Overcharged by thousands. Difficult to even get an estimate from. Thank goodness they smell dishonest, we got a 2nd opinion and got our problem fixed for $450 in an hour, instead of the $2875 and days that ASAP was charging. AND they demanded we prepay the full amount, not half down, half when work is done. How obviously shady is that?? Stay away.
Also, the office staff over phone is shockingly rude, and the manager never once called back.... until they saw our negative review.
Trying to trick you is how they do business. Horrible company.

I wanted my kitchen faucet replaced after a failed attempt to do it myself. FWIW, I'm not the handiest, and I got pretty close with some very basic tools. But when I hit a wall, I figured it would be no big deal for an experienced plumber to do it. I was recommended ASAP plumbing by my home warranty. The "supervisor" was the person that came along with, who I can only assume assume, was someone who a was in training.
They came in, the "supervisor" looked under my sink for 2 minutes and said this would be too big of a job to do today so they'll go outside a write me a quote for it. The quote, you may ask? Well that would be $675 to reroute my drain and then $300 to replace the faucet. But "Hey, we won't charge you the trip fee again!" Which he reminded me about 17 times while they were here for 10 minutes was "only $29.99!" Thanks for the 3% discount!
Now you may be asking yourself, why does one need to reroute their drain to replace a kitchen faucet? Well, the only real answer is... you don't and it's just to rip you off. His answer you now may be asking yourself... "because we need to take the drain apart to replace the faucet and then it'll be prone to leaking. And if you ever want to replace your faucet in the future, it'll be much easier." Well then, lucky for me, you only have a $29.99 trip fee to come and fix this "inevitable leak" or replace the faucet, that you the plumber should probably have prevented or ensured would not need to be relaxed when you replaced the faucet the first time.
But I digress... When they called the next day to schedule the repair I kindly told them I don't like being ripped off, so I would not like to schedule It. But if they'd like to come back and replace the faucet without ripping me off, then they can give me a call again with an amended quote.
If you want my $.02 on the matter, teaching a trainee how to rip people off is the real shame here. That's poor management and even worse ethics, and I hope that young man learns quickly that he can earn and honest living doing proper work elsewhere in the industry.
Whatever you do, do not call ASAP Plumbing. They're compensating for their low trip fee by overcharging and under-delivering on their services.

ASAP plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company (American Home Shield) to fix a leaky toilet. It was leaking from the tank to the bowl slowly and would run intermittently. I explained that to the plumber they sent out. He took the tank lid off, flushed the toilet a couple of times, waited about 20 min, and then said there was nothing he could do because it wasn't leaking. When I explained it definitely WAS leaking (when I turned the water off to the toilet the tank was empty the next day), he was condescending toward me and said, "I can't just replace a whole toilet if there's nothing going on." Of course later that same evening I heard it running again. I put a repeat service request in with AHS, but they told me I had to use ASAP plumbing. They didn't reach out for about four days to get me scheduled. Then I started reading some of these negative reviews and decided to bite the bullet and pay to get another company out there. The next plumber listened to the problem I described, replaced two small parts, and fixed the problem fairly quickly. I believe he verified the leak using dye in the tank. Don't bother with ASAP plumbing. Their customer service wasn't great and the visit to my home was a waste of my time, money, and patience.

I'll keep this as short and simplified as possible. If anyone wants the full story feel free to message me
Water heater busted and on June 27, 2022 I paid $1770 in full upfront for a replacement through ASAP Plumbing, dispatched by my home warranty company. I made sure to make an appointment for July 5, 2022 and dispatch told me a tech would be there from 9am to 5pm.
Nobody ever showed up. I made sure to call them immediately that same day AND notify them that at the moment we were completely without water. However, dispatch claimed they never had an appointment set up on the 5th, that they didnt have our water heater in stock and that the soonest they could be at my house would be July 8. This is a lie because we have a voicemail from ADRIANA claiming that they had received our water heater and it was in stock on June 27.
The days we suffered without water was quite an ordeal. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we had to go to the gym to shower, and lack of water caused damages to our garden and lawn. It was absolutely humiliating.
The tech that finally showed up on July 8 admitted to me that it made no sense that we weren't placed on emergency priority since we had NO RUNNING WATER. Tech called his supervisor and assured me the owner would call me to discuss the ordeal the company put my family through that following Monday, July 11.
Long story short, nobody ever called. I made sure to call daily for THREE DAYS to remind them that their owner promised me a phone call. Well, that call never came. They completely ghosted me and never even bothered to talk to me man-to-man about what happened. I get that in this industry lots of companies do shady stuff but this was a new low. Absolutely no honor or integrity. Not even man enough to just call me to tell me they arent going to do anything to rectify the ordeal they put us through. Not even a call, just completely ghosted us like a coward. It's a shame any companies still behave this way in this country. Its absolutely shameful. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE DISHONORABLE COWARDS.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I was told I had a severe root problem that required a $15K tunneling job under my house and into the foundation. Thank goodness I had the sense to get a second opinion where I learned the images ASAP showed me weren't from my house. I wonder how many people have been scammed and ripped off by these guys.

My kitchen faucet is one of those fancy ones and when it quit working we had no water to the kitchen sink. ASAP came out quickly and since the faucet needed a part that had to be ordered, they bypassed all the electronics and we had water. Just a few days later ASAP returned with the needed part and repaired the faucet like new. Great job and great technicians. Thanks....

Fixed an outdoor faucet in April it is already spewing water and not working in July. The faucet has not been used but maybe 1 or 2 times since fixed. If you pay them direct they give a year warranty ... if you are through a home warranty plan you get no protection so if they do a shoddy job there is no warranty and you pay again (after the home warranty companies 30day) .... I guess if you want them to do it right pay out of pocket and wonder why you have a home warranty. I have to admit between ASAP Plumbing and AHS they have a money making machine going on charging you for the same job basically over and over....

Fraudulent, incompetent scammers. Assigned through AHS and three of the four things I needed done and pre-paid for are still undone after two visits and a lot of bullshit. And the people on the phone keep making excuses. Small claims court, here we come.

Stay Away from this company! They scammed us a few years back, and then tried again this year! AHS sends them so they recover their fees with bogus charges like lying about high water pressure (I measured it myself), then wanting to replace PRV and expansion tank. A lot of other frivolous charges as well. I know they want to get more from the job, then don't work through AHS. We the customers already pay $50-$75 a month and then $100 per service call. Thieves!!!
