Please avoid this company - their plumber, Jonathan, was disrespectful and unprofessional. He provided an estimate without looking closely at the leak. Upon being questioned and asked to provide a closer, more accurate assessment of the problem and a breakdown of the estimate, he became defensive and refused service.

Avoid this company at any cost. I paid them upfront for a job and they advised they would call me back in the morning to schedule the work. Nobody ever called and when I called them back nobody had any record of me speaking to them the day before. To make matters worse when I called them to inquire how they took my money but have no record of it (even though it was already posted to my bank) the representative was rude and stated "sir, I have no record of you speaking and I don't care about your money."

Once I came here and saw all negative review other than one I figured I was scammed. AVOID this company.

This morning they came to replace a kitchen faucet and once the employee tells me it was done he says:
"by the way I don't have with me the right tool to change the lines from the bottom of the sink so you cannot use the water in the kitchen until Friday!!!!!!"
What? Why did you replaced it in the first place if you couldn't finish the job the right way??
The company tells me they cannot do anything until then because their employees are busy!!
Terrible, I'm very upset and disappointed.

Armando came out I was able to fix multiple problems at my house. This included the dishwasher, the garbage disposal and my toilet he explained everything to me in detail to make sure I understood the problem and how to prevent further problems. I appreciate the service.

Absolutely would never recommend this company. First day they gave me an arrival window between 10am-2pm, they call me at 2:02pm saying they are still at another job and wouldn't be here until later. I had to go to work since id taken off for the window they told me they'd be here any they didn't show. so asked them to reschedule for today but told them I needed to leave my house at 2pm for my son's dr appointment and asked if I could be first house. I was told they'd put a note on my appointment. Never called me to give me a time-frame so I called in the morning. Was told 10am-2pm again. I reminded that I need to leave my house at 2pm. I sit here waiting again. No calls from them. I called them at 130pm to ask if they were close, no any they are still at another job, not expected to arrive at my house until after 2pm again. I ask if we can schedule for tomorrow. Was told we can not reschedule for another 5 days. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company is the worst at speaking to customers. We called because the valve under the sink wont close all the way and is leaking. The technician came out and also found our faucet is leaking. The technician only reported the faucet and not the valve. They want us to have them come back out to inspect what they originally came out to inspect instead of speaking with the technician to get clarification on his report. Its been extremely difficult to get anything resolved and even more difficult to have a civil conversation. Christina is short tempered and rude, and while Eric was able to maintain a professional conversation, it was like talking to a wall. After a google search we found that they lost their BBB rating this year and have the worst reviews. Avoid the headaches and stay away from them. We are going with another contractor.

BBB accreditation was REVOKED! Same as the other 0-star ratings: sent by AHS for a simple hot water heater replacement. ASAP tried to get their standard $1400 "modification" fee for the install which we'd be responsible paying for. We called AHS and cancelled ASAP. Went to Home Depot and paid $711 for a new one and hubby replaced it in less than 30 mins. NO MODIFICATIONS NEEDED. JUST A COMPLETE RIP OFF BY ASAP and AHS for not vetting their contractors or checking their reviews.

If zero stars was an option, I would give that, but it's not. I have gone back & forth with ASAP about a hot water heater service request for THREE weeks. ASAP was referred to us by AHS(American Home Shield). The serviceman and company(dispatcher) made frivolous promises that were not honored e..g. lies about expedited shipping times, priority scheduling, follow-up w/initial "repair".
Both parties were okay with no concern for the length of time our family was without hot water. Customer service is not a factor when completing service requests. The way they operate is akin to "take it or leave it". We're cancelling AHS and reporting this awful experience had with ASAP.
