We had to get a gas furnace replaced (through the CEDA program), and ASAP was our second choice because our initial company left us hanging and cancelled a few hours before the assessment - after a 6-day waiting period for the appointment. However, ASAP should have been our FIRST choice. They were able to confirm an appointment within a few hours of the phone call, and showed up the next day early in the morning. Once the final approval was in place by CEDA, we were able to get an appointment for the install just 2 days later.
Greg and TJ did a phenomenal job. The place they had to work in was very small, but they got the furnace successfully installed before 4 pm. They were on time, professional, efficient and mindful of our cat. We're very happy with their service. Olha, the office manager, was very thorough and friendly as well.

They are very responsive! I recently had an emergency leak and in my building I do not have my own water shut off. The entire building needs to have the water shut off and we are required to use a licensed plumber. I called first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Really nice people. I have used them twice.

ASAP Plumbing & HVAC did a great job installing new piping from my basement to my refrigerator wall in the kitchen. After noticing a leak in our basement, I called and spoke to someone who walked me through the likely causes and fixes. Within minutes, I was able to setup an appointment and techs arrived the next day. They were extremely knowledgeable, clearly understood the issues and walked me through the entire repair process. Within a few hours, the leak that several other companies have tried to fix with ""shortcuts"" or ""patches"" was professionally resolved with experts. All of the work was done efficiently and with no cleanup required. I will absolutely be using ASAP Plumbing & HVAC for all of my future home projects or repairs.

ASAP did a great job replacing my furnace.

The 2 workers were polite, kind, courteous and respectful of me while on work calls and not using loud equipment during that time.

Since a new furnace installation was not available immediately, I waited a week for one to get installed and this was in December when temperatures are quite cold. ASAP went above and beyond to deliver me 3 space heaters to keep me warm until my new furnace was installed, which helped me tremendously! That extra step was so kind and much appreciated. Great customer service.

I've used ASAP in the past and will continue to do so in the future.  Great work!

One of my rooftop AC units finally died and needed replacement. Due to the logistics, this job was a huge ordeal and which involved a crane and closing off a street. Many companies would not take on the job or were not insured for it. Fortunately, I was put in touch with Alex and he managed the job for me.

This was our first experience with ASAP Plumbing & HVAC. We had them install a new HVAC unit in our condominium. They did an excellent job. They came on time, worked diligently, did careful, quality work and cleaned up before they left. They were courteous and professional throughout. I liked every interface I had with ASAP throughout the entire process. Olha the office manager was patient and explained clearly, they sent followup calls and text messages and emails (yes, all three!) to remind me of the appointment, to tell me that they were on their way and who would be coming.

I was the first appointment of the day, they arrived exactly on time. As everyone has mentioned, they came gloved and masked. They also wore shoe covers, a big plus!!!

I had both the fill valve and the flush valve of my toilet replaced. The people from ASAP were meticulous, had great attention to details, made sure the toilet will flush well and no water leak into the bowl. This is so unlike the previous plumber I had who I believe didn't seat everything completely, which caused the flush valve seat to dislodge from the ""ear"" on the very 3rd flush in over a year - it's the guest bath that didn't get used much especially during the pandemic. I then broke the plastic ""ear"" when I tried myself to put the seat back in the slot and had to replace the entire flush valve. I wanted to replace the fill valve because it's old and about time.)

There are many companies with similar names, I have to believe the one lone bad review posted from San Francisco on 6/6/2021 was not meant for this company.
