My HVAC stopped working and contacted Ohla and Alex. They are both very kind and friendly. I explained what was going on and they squeezed me in, even though they were completely booked.

The technicians were very professional and had gloves and masks. They were fast, efficient and hardworking. They showed me what went wrong and what the next steps were.

I had to buy a new hvac but Alex went out of his way to try to negotiate with the manufacturer to help me save. Can't really ask for better than that. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone that needs hvac services.

My water heater died and began to leak down to the neighbors below. On Tuesday afternoon I was visited by an engineer who identified the issue, reduced the leak and arranged for customer service to reach me for follow up. I was able to schedule an installation for the following morning within 10 minutes of the engineer leaving. On Wednesday, the team arrived armed with everything: drop cloths, face masks, work gloves, welding materials, miscellaneous parts needed to hook up my gas and water to my new tank, etc. the team was on time, clean, very courteous and abided to all of today's social distancing rules. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them - especially in an emergency. Shout out to Alex for agreeing to communicate via text while I continued working my day job. Flexibility was appreciated!

Wonderful Customer Service. Olha, the customer relations person, was so helpful and understanding. She tried very hard to help me. She followed up immediately. Alex, the plumber, fixed the problem I have had with my toilet for 11/2 years. No one else was able to figure out what was wrong. I am very satisfied with their work.

Toilet was backed up and someone recommended ASAP. $450 to get the pipes cleared (rodded) and a month later I am having the same problems...this time ""I have to figure it out myself"". They wouldn't come back and help without charging me again. I don't think what they did fully cleared the pipes so this should be done without another charge, right??? 1 month!!! Maybe I just shouldn't have these high expectations for a plumbing company but I would have made sure my customer was fully taken care of.

ASAP was a terrific help in fixing a leaking gas pipe after People's Gas turned off service to our apartment. Alex was quickly responsive after hours and his team was able to come first thing the next morning. They were on time, courteous, and took care of the work quickly. And especially considering the urgent nature of the work, pricing was very fair!

Alex was recommended as the ""go-to guy"" by a good friend who works in property management. I will definitely go back to him the next time I need plumbing work. Thanks!

I hope that I can write a review which does this company justice. Five stars just does not seem enough. ASAP came out today, on time, after I called them yesterday about my air-conditioner. We had a major problem in my 59 unit condo building where the air conditioning units were not numbered correctly by the building management. ASAP handled this situation with the utmost professionalism and grace. Because of where my unit was located they had to shlep over 20 buckets of water around to the other side of the building. They got my unit up and running and to say that the price was extremely reasonable would be a major understatement. Both the guys in the office and the two men who were doing the work Kept me continuously updated about what was going on. After the service I experienced today from ASAP I will be choosing them from now on. I am telling everyone I know in the Chicagoland area about my experience with this company today. I highly recommend them!
