UV trenchless technology is an innovative solution for addressing subsurface plumbing issues without the need for excavation.

With this technique, a specially designed liner is placed inside the damaged pipe through a current access point, like a manhole. After the liner is set, UV lights are positioned throughout the length of the liner. The ultraviolet lamps emit powerful UV light that works with a unique catalyst in the resin.

Once the UV lights are switched on, the resin begins to set quickly within a few moments, forming a new pipe inside the existing one. The resin attaches firmly to the walls of the existing pipe, creating a solid, uninterrupted, and reliable lining.

UV curing offers numerous benefits for trenchless repairs:

1. Quick and efficient: The UV method is quick, lasting only a brief period, depending on the pipe's length and conditions. This enables quick fixes and minimal disruption to the area around the repair site.
