The UV (Ultraviolet) technique for trenchless repairs is an innovative solution for fixing underground pipes without traditional digging.

In this process, a specially designed liner is inserted into the compromised sewer line through a current access point, such as a cleanout. When the liner is in place, UV lights are set along the entire liner. These UV lights emit intense UV rays that interacts with a specific catalyst in the resin.

When the UV lamps are turned on, the resin hardens rapidly within a short time, creating a new pipe within the old one. The resin attaches firmly to the walls of the existing pipe, leading to a solid, uninterrupted, and reliable lining.

UV curing offers numerous benefits for trenchless repairs:
