UV trenchless technology is an innovative solution for fixing underground pipes without traditional digging.

In this process, a specially designed liner is placed inside the affected pipe through an existing access point, such as a cleanout. Once the liner is positioned, ultraviolet lamps are arranged along the full length of the liner. These UV lights produce powerful UV light that reacts with a specialized catalyst in the resin.

When the UV lamps are turned on, the resin begins to set quickly within a few moments, creating a new pipe within the old one. The resin attaches firmly to the sides of the damaged pipe, leading to a solid, uninterrupted, and reliable lining.

UV curing offers numerous benefits for trenchless repairs:
