UV trenchless technology is a non-invasive approach for fixing underground pipes without traditional digging.

In this process, a flexible liner is inserted into the damaged pipe through a current access point, like a manhole. After the liner is set, specialized UV lamps are arranged along the length of the liner. These UV lights emit intense UV rays that works with a specialized catalyst in the resin.

As the UV lights activate, the resin hardens rapidly within a short time, establishing a new lining inside the damaged pipe. The resin adheres swiftly to the walls of the existing pipe, leading to a strong, continuous, and durable lining.
