The trenchless UV (Ultraviolet) method is an innovative solution for fixing underground pipes without the need for excavation.

With this technique, a flexible liner is introduced into the affected pipe through a current access point, such as a cleanout. After the liner is set, specialized UV lamps are arranged along the length of the liner. The ultraviolet lamps emit high-intensity ultraviolet radiation that reacts with a unique catalyst in the resin.

As the UV lights activate, the resin begins to set quickly within a few moments, forming a new pipe inside the existing one. The resin attaches firmly to the interior of the old pipe, resulting in a strong, continuous, and durable lining.

UV curing offers numerous benefits for trenchless repairs:

1. Speedy and efficient: The curing process is swift, requiring minimal time, based on the pipe's size and state. This allows for fast repairs and minimal disruption to surrounding areas.

2. Strong and enduring solution: The cured resin creates a robust lining that can prolong the life of the pipe by many years. The lining is resistant to damage from corrosion, cracks, root growth, and chemicals.

3. Little to no digging needed: Since the UV method is trenchless, it demands minimal digging, reducing the disruption caused by digging.
