Huge thanks to Artisan Plumbing!! A few weeks ago, my pressure tank started leaking and flooding my basement floor. After calling around and getting responses that it could take days to get the tank and replace, Artisan responded within a few hours with the tank and two techs. The actual bill was well below the quote, the product was quality and the work was great. They have my business going forward!

The crew is friendly, but wow the main office gets defensive when you point out concerns with the work afterwards. Their conduct gave me the creeps and stressed me out. They eventually admitted that the original install was done incorrectly but never followed through on their offer to fix it. I dreaded what might come for me if I reached out to remind them, so I just left it for the next plumber.

Their reluctance to make things whole again on a 15-minute job was really unexpected considering the positive stories from others. I also disagree with the favorable reviews about their transparency and pricing. They are upfront about their rates, but they don't confirm your appetite to pay for their expensive high-end version of a part before installing it. The experience is a lot like going to a fancy restaurant, where you think you've been ordering tap water only to find out on the bill that you've been splurging on artisan bottled water all evening. ""But you ordered water,"" they'll say.

Fantastic company! They have incredible customer service and I highly recommend them! We had a leak in our hall bathroom which came down through our kitchen ceiling. It was a big mess! Artisan plumbing jumped into action and not only came out right away to fix the leak, but they caught a much bigger issue as well and were able to fix it same-day. They were awesome!!! Quick to help, thorough, reasonably priced, awesome customer service! We will absolutely call them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I find their upfront pricing to be fair and the advice given to be in my best interest. It is refreshing to have a trade want to do good by you and not up sale you into needless things. Artisan quickly responded to our non-urgent issue and we made an appointment to replace a shower valve the next day. They communicated arrival time and showed up exactly when expected. The techs were careful with our property and expertly replaced the valve in record time. We were only charged for the actual time needed, not a full hour, and they proactively offered their veteran's discount. We'll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a basement flooding issue on Easter Sunday. I called the owners cell that his wife had given to me for the last incident and he answered and talked us through the triage. He then texted some restoration company recommendations and called me back to schedule a service to repair the broken pipe. We have used Artisan 3 times and they are always responsive, professional, and kind. I thanked David profusely for answering the phone during an Easter family event and he was so humble and gracious. They are our go to company for any plumbing needs!!!

I hired them to take a look at the clogged pipe in my basement shower. They told me they'd need some expensive special snake with a camera on it before they could give me a quote on the job. I paid them a few hundred to do so and the guy said they'd get me a quote soon based on what they found. A few days go by... nothing. I touch base. They tell me it will be done the next day. Next day... nothing. I touch base again the following week. More excuses and they say they will send it soon. Weeks go by. Nothing... I send another email. This one goes totally ignored. I call and the person seems confused. Tells me they'll look into it and get back to me asap. They did not. I email again and they tell me some guy named Mike has the quote and to give him a call. I call Mike. Mike sounds very confused and promises me he will send the quote as soon as he is finished with his current job. I never hear back from Mike either. I email them the next week asking for a refund on the expensive video snake since they were obviously never going to send me the quote I asked for and that was the whole purpose of getting the video snake in the first place. I bet you can guess what happened... no response. I emailed them one last time to express how disappointed in their service thinking that MAYBE they would at least apologize. Nope. GHOSTED. Took my money and then blew me off every single time I asked for a quote for the job. These amateurs are extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. Look elsewhere for a plumber, I know I will from now on. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I literally feel like they just scammed me out of a few hundred dollars.

I just can't say enough good things about this company. First, let me say that they are prompt, professional, courteous and accommodating. Roy came out to fix my hot water heater (Temperature/Pressure Valve went bad and I was losing 30g/hr according to Loudoun Water). Roy evaluated and completed the repair in 30 minutes. He also drained the tank to ensure that the sediment build-up wasn't causing the T/P valve to fail. Michelle assisted me with my home warranty company to get reimbursed (and the home warranty company is a total pain). Artisan Plumbing will ALWAYS be my go to plumbing company.
