Brad at Artisan Plumbing was excellent! I had a toilet that would not flush. My landlord would not send someone to fix it because his plumber had been here previously and replaced the internal mechanisms in the tank. My landlord said he trusted his plumber and there was no issue. I tried to get my landlord to come and see the issue but he stopped responding to my request. So I called Brad at Artisan. He came and immediately knew what was wrong...shoddy installation from previous plumber! He fixed it in a matter of minutes and then said Merry Christmas and left without charging me! This is a good man and a quality plumber who immediately identified what was wrong!

Artisan was hired by our property manager to clear a waste line in our rental property in April 2019. They cleared the waste line and also ran cameras into the pipe to evaluate the problem. We paid several thousand dollars for the work. To the best of our knowledge, the price was fair and we have no complaints about that. We were informed by Artisan that the pipes were very old and that roots would need to be cleaned from them every 6 months. Because we felt that repairing/replacing the pipes would be the best course of action long term, we asked Artisan to give us an estimate for replacement. Crickets. After several months of patiently waiting, it became apparent by the lack of response that Artisan was not interested in helping us any further. We asked if they could please at least give us the information they had gathered from the inspection by camera. That way, we would have an idea where the blockage was, and possibly save some costs by not having to pay another plumber to gather the same info. We have left countless friendly messages with the helpful and kind receptionist, sent emails, and even spoken with 2 friends of David in the hopes of nudging him to help us. Crickets. It is now November 21, 6 months after our first request, and we have given up.

Had them come over to investigate a leak in the basement that happened due to a faulty washing machine that overflowed. Came on short notice, the diagnosis was good, but no work was done. Was charged $114 for about 10 mins of discussion. So they are quite expensive and you are probably looking at that much minimum if you have them come over ($65 service call and $49 every 15 mins)

Great Customer Service - we had an issue with our garbage disposal and they were on their way the next day, great turnaround.

Also - fantastic customer support. I called up on a separate occasion with what I thought was going to be a leaky sink, the technician texted with me and walked me through how to fix the problem free of charge!.

I'd highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Thank goodness for honest people. Our toilet was serviced by Cardinal Plumbing initially and we were told that we needed to replace our entire system and pay over 5K! We opted to decline and just have the toilet fix. Two weeks later, we find our bathroom hardwood floor buckled and water leaking from the toilet. We contacted Artisan instead. Didn't want to go to the same plumber who did it wrong the first time. Shane from Artisan was able to come out on the same day we called. He showed us what was going wrong and was definitely more experienced. To top it off...we were charged less!!! Thank you Artisan Plumbing for your honest and professional service.

Artisan Plumbing was enormously helpful and VERY responsive on what was probably one of their busiest days in business!! Everyone was calling for sump pumps and backups in anticipation of Hurricane Florence, but they not only got back to me immediately but also kept me apprised of developments on a shipment coming in, and got me on the schedule quickly. Thankfully the emergency situation seems to have subsided, but I will definitely make artists in my go to plumber from here on out. If they can be that responsive and accommodating on a day that busy than I can imagine how good the service will be when they are not inundated!
