Here's why 5 stars: It was amazing to have a flawless installation by an obvious PERFECTIONIST, who was also incredibly FAST. Juan also was professional and even while working that hard, he always had a genuine smile on his face. Pleasing us was his #1 priority, and it showed. Arthur's is blessed to have him, and if their other employees are even halfway as good, you'll be doing cartwheels! They ( 2 guys total) had a tough job preparing, because the old floor had imperfections, was uneven and some old material, (almost 1,000 square feet) and there were a lot of challenging cuts in the install, but from start to finish they were in and out in 2 days total. I was very impressed and recommend very highly.

Great experience from start to finish with Arthur's Flooring! Freddy and Oscar did an incredible job installing our vinyl plank flooring, we couldn't be happier. They had such an attention to detail and made everything look wonderful. We will definitely be using Arthur's again in the future!

These guys are awesome! I wanted LVP flooring throughout my house and went to them for information and an estimate. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and came to my house twice to measure. I picked the flooring I liked and they ordered a whole box for me so I could make sure I liked it. We set a date and I paid the deposit. Then, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel everything. They were so nice and understanding and refunded my deposit without hesitation. When things change for me, I will definitely hire them! Great people!

Arthur's flooring did my floors in 2018 when I bought my home, they were in and out in a day, they worked so diligently and my floors looked amazing after. I called them again to come and replace my kitchen tile and the representative that came gave me a quote for it and it was super fast.

The entire team (Ricardo, Harris, Jose, Sylvester) has been very responsive and completed the project (new bathroom tiles, shower pan, plumbing, etc.) in the most effective manner. They were easy to work with and they promptly addressed all requests.

Great job by Sergio and Esteban with Arthur's Flooring who worked quickly, efficiently and with complete professionalism to finish over 800 sq. ft. of flooring including a stairway in only 2 days! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great job at a reasonable price.

I called them to get a quote for placing tile and install new floor baseboards in a spare bedroom that had been water damage due to the recent heavy rains. They came out the next day, provided a very reasonable price, had a two-man crew onsite the next day that finished the job that day and I was able to move my bedroom furniture back into the room the next day.

The installed tile looks great and is very smooth with no ridges between adjacent tiles. The crew was able to blend the new tile with older tile that I had installed three years earlier in the adjacent hallway. This is the third contractor who has installed the same tile in my home and I would hire them again if I have any more tile work in the future.

If you're looking for a true flooring expert and professional, then you need Sergio. We needed to remodel our home in just 2 weeks, Sergio showed up and installed our flooring with so much expertise, efficiency, mastery, attention to detail, professionalism, and made recommendations that were very helpful for us. Sergio left our floors looking amazing. He has a good eye for design, and had great communication with us (homeowners). Sergio was transparent with us from the beginning. He showed us how uneven our floors were (had carpet before), and helped us level them to perfection (even in the closet!). Some people have excellent work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, accountability, experience, professionalism, and mastery in their craft - Sergio is one of those people. Sergio is the type of worker that arrives early to ensure he's on time, and last to leave ensuring everything is picked up, clean, and safe. I mean, we just can't say enough great things about Sergio and the amazing quality of work he does. Sergio treated our project as if it were his own home. We've worked with many home contractors and laborers in our lifetime, and can tell that Sergio is the type of worker we all wish we had for an important project. Every person that walks through our home compliments our floors first thing. Our family wants the world to have the opportunity to have a flooring job very well done without any headaches or stress, if that's what you're looking for, then ask for Sergio! (Several other workers from this company assisted Sergio in completing the project, but none compared to the caliber of worker Sergio is, or the high quality work he produces. The other workers would stop showing up, they'd come super late - like 5 hours past the agreed upon time, came angry and with an attitude - stair team, and left the work that was assigned to them undone - stairs, then didn't understand why I had called the company asking for my stairs to be completed, after the stair team just quit on me. So who did the company resend to pick up the mess/slack from the lazy stair team -that's right, Sergio! Boy were we thrilled to see Sergio back! We knew Sergio would complete the project in a manner that would exceed our expectations. And he did). Overall, we are very happy with our flooring experience, and recommend Sergio to all our friends and family needing flooring work done.

We used Francisco and José Luis to install a kitchen backsplash and they did a phenomenal job. Before they stepped in, we tried doing the backsplash ourselves and that was terrible so when they came to do a professional job you could really tell the difference. I highly recommend them for any tile or floor job. Thank you!!

Jay Wrubel oversaw our project and they did a fantastic job! We installed a patterned floor tile and a herringbone subway backsplash that had to be installed perfectly to look right. And they delivered! A few imperfections were fixed after the project was done and we love our new tiles! Thanks Jay!!
