I got my engineered hardwood floors refinished by Poly and his team. I could not recommend them enough! Poly is truly a master and knowledgeable w hardwood floors. He was also very patient and explained the process and expectations thoroughly. He was also very patient when picking our color stains and sheen, as he wanted to make sure I was happy. He even repaired some damage on a few planks that were ""fixed"" by another floor guy, and now it looks so much better. He would reply promptly when I would text/call him. I went from dark espresso color to natural oak color, which has transformed my house. So many people said it wasn't possible to refinish my engineered hardwood, but Poly was able to, and did an amazing job! I would have Poly do my floors again in a heartbeat. A few things to expect when getting floors redone: (1) all of the bottom baseboards will get scuffed and will need to be repainted/touched up (2) your house, walls, etc will get very dusty when done, even though they do their best to cover/clean it all up. (3) you will need to move out for a few days if there is hardwood throughout the house. Going directly to Poly was great for any questions, as he is the one that is knowledgeable. Communicating w the Arthur rep was disappointing, since he only knew what the quote would be, and not much else about the refinishing process. Lol. But at least he was always friendly.

My mother wanted an estimate for tile installation in her home and out of the 14 different contractors I contacted Arthur's was the only wanted to meet for the estimate. Excellent customer response and we received the estimate that day.

I had a pretty complicated flooring job. I bought a condo that had old stale carpet that needed to come up but I needed the new flooring to match the hardwood that was in the rest of the condo. While I had a lot of issues with the process with Arthur's Flooring, once the flooring was installed I was beyond pleased.
Every time I look at my new steps I am amazed at how beautiful they are. The steps were installed by Freddie, who did really impressive, masterful work. I will also say Jay, who was our point person, really went above and beyond for us and, despite a few missteps, did a great job.

This company is extremely impressive, they came out gave me a quote it was very fair and reasonable. On the start date of the project workers were at my house at 8 o'clock on the dot. They were respectful and very knowledgeable and I'm very happy with the way the project came out.

Great salesperson, great installers! Recently remodeled a rental property, Julio came out and did all the measurements, was thorough in his explanation of options and pricing. We had a vision in mind and Arthur's helped us make the best call for our project and budget. Got a second quote from different company, ended up going with Arthurs. If you have flooring needs, start here. The installers came out and were friendly, they knew what they were doing and worked fast! Mess from work was cleaned up and overall everything went well. 10/10 would recommend.
