Be Aware!!!! Please!!! Dont make any business with them before make sure how much they will charge you for the services! I called them because my water heater was in warranty and wasnt working and they were the previous installers. They charged me 1300.00$ just for their services to remove a tank and reinstall the new one and wasn't an urgent call or weekend services ... Attention!!! the price charged was just to replace the water heater tank! check costs around first, otherwise you will be over charged!

My kitchen sink is backing up, so I called Art Plumbing to come out. I saw them advertise $93 for drain cleaning, so I thought that was pretty good and I confirmed the price on the phone that it was for a kitchen sink. The plumber came out and I explained the situation. He went to his truck to get me an estimate and came back with an estimate of $750 to jet clean the pipe without looking at anything. The $93 applies only to main drains, not kitchens. The estimate he sent has the picture below that clearly says Any Drain Just $93. They may be good and I'll never know as I chose not to do business with this bait and switch company. He said that jetting is the only option, which is not true. Update: Because the estimate I got was so high, I did some further research for a more reasonable solution. I found a drain bladder at Home Depot for $9.97 that went on the end of a garden hose and cleared the drain in less than 5 minutes. I was told that the $750 jetting was my only option. Maybe it won't last, but it's working now and even the $750 jetting estimate says that it's just a """"band-aid."""" Do your research before trusting anyone. """"A fool and his money are soon parted.""""

Wow!!! Completely blindsided by the unprofessionalism. I was quoted $499 over the phone for a simple coil cleaning. I was told that if the tech finds any issues DURING the cleaning, I """"might"""" have to pay more. No problem. Day of the appointment: The tech was already an hour and a half late when he called to tell me he was on his way. While on the phone he said the price is now $749!!! He didn't even get to the property to look at the unit and he jacked up the price. He then proceeded to argue about the price with me at which point I canceled the appointment. Do yourself a favor...stay far, far away!!! These people are crooks of the first order.

Only one star because I can't do no stars. I used Art for a long time, unfortunately as I now know. They replaced many items in my home unnecessarily as I now know. It came to light when they told me that I had a broken sewer line under my home and directly under my kitchen. Fortunately, my husband did not feel they were qualified to do this extensive of a repair, so I called a GC who contacted his plumber. That plumber came out, and despite knowing we had already received an insurance check for the repairs, re-videoed the line and determined we needed a seal around a toilet, which was the start of this issue. Never, ever trust these people. They will scam you to get commissions.

Spoke to multiple people over a course of multiple days instructed them exactly what needed to take place what the work entailed 52 degrees in the middle of the day an hour before the appointment they call up and they pull a bait and switch. Coil cleaning 399 pull out the coil completely clean it and do a tune-up $399 and when the technician gets to your house he says it's going to be $1,300. So now I've moved around my schedule to accommodate the technician on a Saturday afternoon only to tell him no you quoted me $399. . Bait and switch I had other companies $100 less but I went with the larger company because I thought they were going to be more professional.

Been with Art for 5 years but they are now awful in terms of service, constantly changing at last moment or simply making mistakes. I paid for VIP and all I got was we cannot attend call later!!!

Over one year ago, our home water heater began to leak water and flooded our living room. I immediately researched companies that could help with this. I was skeptical given we are first time home owners. I am so thankful for Steve DF. He is who was assigned to our case. He was courteous, professional, helpful, kind and he went above and beyond to not only help us with our problem but explain in simple terms what was happening. It was such a pleasure having him in our home! Hopefully, we won't need services anytime soon; however, I will not hesitate calling this company and requesting Steve's service!

This is the most unscrupulous company I have ever come across. They sold me a unit with a 10 year warranty and are not up holding it. Now I was supposed to have registered with Lennox. Did anyone tell me? Now because someone else looked at the unit they are not standing behind the purchased warranty. They came and told me I have mold and need new ducts for 10,000. I had the house tested there was NO mold anywhere. Lower than usual in Florida. They should be ashamed. They make everything one says about AC companies being crooks true.

Beware of this company! They will rip you off and lie to you! I had some plumbing work done on my home and they needed to cut through a wall to get to the pipes and when they were done they would close the wall back up which I would expect them to since they made the whole to get to the pipes. Now Im told I have to pay extra for them to close it up! They wanted $290 to close up a whole that was 2ft.x1 1/2 ft!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Clearly Im not the only one complaining about this company. I wish I had checked the reviews first I would NEVER had hired them. Dont use them they will LIE to you And rip you off!!!!
