We're here for you whenever you need help. Offering top-notch plumbing, air conditioning, drain cleaning, water treatment, indoor air quality, and lawn sprinkler. Proudly serving Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties since 1983.

In the early 1980s, after enduring difficult economic conditions in the Northeast, Arthur and Marie D'Attile, together with their then 21-year-old son Gregg, decided to relocate to South Florida.

Once they reached Coral Springs, Art secured his Broward County Master Plumbers License, and on August 15, 1983, they launched Art Plumbing.

By 1990, the company shifted its focus to service, repair, replacement, drain cleaning, and maintenance of plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, and residential needs. In 1996, we broadened our services to encompass air conditioning and indoor air quality, and in 2016, we expanded to include electrical services, evolving into Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Today, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric stands as South Florida's leading provider of residential and commercial plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical services.

I am a third-generation contractor and have been raising my family in Coral Springs, Florida, since 1983.

Over the years, I have participated in various industry associations and served on City and County boards, including the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, President of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and currently as Chairman of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to coach many youth sports teams over the years, far too numerous to detail here. I believe in the Golden Rule: ""Treat others as you wish to be treated"". Since 1983, we have been dedicated to serving Coral Springs and South Florida, and it is our joy to support the communities where we live, work, and play.

I'm surprised to see such poor reviews as we have had nothing but exceptional service with Art. Yes, it is pricey, but so is owning a home. We have had several issues with our A/C after Irma and they have always been able to come and correct the problem with no additional charges, as long as they are still open it isn't considered an emergency visit. We have dealt with several different technicians on several different projects and can only speak highly of them. They have been able to service our a/c, replace a faulty water heater and assist with electrical upgrades as we work on renovating our home. I would recommend them any day!

I live in a condo where our air conditioning units are on the roof. Art installed a new unit adjacent to mine. The next day my AC stopped blowing cold necessitating an $84 service call from my service company. Turns out they turned off my unit to see if theirs was working and didn't turn i back on. My tech photographed it to show me. I called Art to ask to be reimbursed. I spoke to a Dave who refused to accept responsibility by saying it was only speculation that it was their worker. I explained that the door to the roof is locked and requires security to open it. He would not relent. He said to fax by bill to an Angela Johnson which I did that day. I followed that up by leaving two voicemails which were not returned. I spoke to my condo manager who tried to get satisfaction by also leaving several voicemails which also were not returned. Therefore I would be hesitant in considering Art if they do not acknowledge their carelessness and are totally devoid of customer service. Throw in the lack of courtesy by not asking me to move my car before parking their truck in front of it. Well, it's five weeks later and they are still not taking responsibility even after I told them I will contact the BBB and their licensing board. According to my condo manager this isn't the first time we've had trouble with this company.

They are very diligent in visiting for estimate. ALTHOUGH ALWAYS THE central A/C has to be replaced completely. Called them at two different properties and always same answer. System is to old and just offer you a complete new system with a proposed finance. They are not in A/C service. They are bankers.

Let me add another poor review to the many Art's Plumbing has compiled. I had an unusual situation because my old water heater could not be removed as it was stuck behind my A/C in the garage. I had used Art's in my old house and they gave a good presentation but then sent out people who had hardly any experience. Like a fool, I thought that this time they would be better. Was I wrong! They came out, reviewed the situation and they sent me 5 complicated quotes. When I called to get an explanation of the quotes the person they sent out, Daniel, was nothing but rude and finally said """"I will call you back"""" and then hung up the phone on me. After waiting 10 days I called again and asked to talk to him but he would not speak to me. I asked who heads plumbing and they gave me Chris who said he is in charge. I again asked for an explanation and he said he would talk to Daniel and get back to me. Again, never heard from Chris again. I called again and got Christine in scheduling and she said she would talk to Daniel and she called me back and told me the quote is the quote. I said I understand but I would like a more detailed explanation. At that point Christine and Chuck put me on speakerphone and started yelling at me and refused to answer how they came too their price.l They just repeated the mantra that the quote is the quote. Can you imagine what they must do to a customer who has paid and needs some service if they treat a prospective customer with rudeness and inefficiency. It is hard for me to say who the most rude was between the three of them but I guess Christine wins the prize. I guess that is why she is in scheduling and kept away from customers. I never should have called them after I saw the rookies they sent out on the first job and that is on me but I never thought I would get yelled at as a prospective customer about to turn over $2,000. If I want to get screamed at I can get that from my wife at no charge. STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! JUST LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER TERRIBLE REVIEWS!

Asked them to give me a ball park figure to install a transfer switch when the power goes out - NOPE they insist someone come out for a visit at $40 - I asked well what if the price is out of my budget? Tough - unreal - they are supposed to be Electricians I find it hard to believe you can't give a ballpark cost over the phone - RED FLAG - stay away from these guys - easy money at $40/visit no matter what they are quoting.

I contact this guys for a electric problem in one of my tenants' bathroom, The Technitian Gerardo Diaz showed up in the place to evaluated and gave me an estimate of $ 1,018.00 for replacing the electrict cord line from the swich to the lamp, replace de lamp and swich. I agree because i though this guys were serious, 3 days later the technician went to do the work, when he finished he call me back telling me that he couldn't replaced the electric cord but he fixed the problem just replacing the swich and the lamp. For that reason a got lucky and get a hundred dolar discount. UNVELIBABLE, This company ans their tech are SCAMMERS, they use their profecional licenses to rip off the people. I would never use again their services , Hope my review keep people far from this guys.

Now I am not usually the type of person to leave a negative review or be this harsh however I am not going to sugar coat anything in regards to this company. They are a complete joke. We had come to an agreement on a pretty expensive job. I felt confident in the knowledge and ability in their tech, Chris. I received a call 2 days later from their tech, Matt, who said Chris did not properly quote the job and wanted to charge more. Mind you they already billed me for half the job. Now Chuck, their manager, who seemed great through the initial weeks process of figuring out what the problem was and just over seeing the process by calling me twice to make sure I was satisfied did not return my call when I found they wanted to charge me more. If you can't quote your jobs correctly or your going to try to pull some bs to attempt to charge me more we will never do business, mind you they quoted me just under 8k for the original quote before they tried to pull one over on me. I cancelled the work with them immediately. I did receive my refund. I would rather pay 5k MORE to another company than give Art Plumbing any of my business. All their negative reviews on Yelp make sense now. These guys are clowns. Stay away......

I called them, was informed of a fee for coming out. Rick came over, I had 2 issues, 1. Leaking tank fill hose, 2. Wax ring. First Rick told me it would be about 350. For the tank fill replacement. I thought he was kidding, the tank rebuild kit is No more than $20. Then he tells me there is a min. Just to remove the toilet. He gave me a proposal for almost $800. I said no way. Beware. I'm a woman living alone, easy target lol. He went to his vehicle came back with a counter offer..... 10%off. I wrote him a check for the service call, and was happy to get him out. What a rip off.
