SCAM ARTISTS!
We had a plumber come out to fix a leak under the sink he was in and out in 5 minutes, which I found to be strange.
A couple days later it's leaking again in the SAME area, they charged us again for the same issue, they can't even guarantee their work for more than a couple days.

The home inspection was one about 6 month ago. I have not heard of leaking in the report. The plumber reported to Fidelity Home Insurance that it was pre-existing condition that the insurance company denied to pay for the leaking.

I needed my sink to work again and used my Home Owners Policy that we bought with the house. They told me I needed to use Arsenal Plumbing. I set up my appointment but then checked Yelp. Just as you are feeling right now I was off-put by all the reviews I read. THen Art showed up (early but called first) he fixed the kitchen problem in 10 mins and moved on to the bathroom. The faucets needed to be replaced. He took care of everything told me what I needed to do to be ready, dealt with the insurance and 3 days later came back 9early with a phone call again) to install the new sinks. There was even some trouble figuring out where to turn off the water but he was dedicated and figured it out and got it all done. I am glad I stuck with them as I am very happy with the results.

The worse company ever. Office workers are very rude, unprofessional. If you have an emergency never use them, you will stuck with days of waiting and work is not going to be done. They dont call, dont explain anything but scam you on extra charges. Horrible business to deal with.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! If insurance sends them to you always ask for them to be switched. The office manager Christine is a pathological liar and they commit insurance fraud, by providing incorrect information to be able to get paid multiple times. Their plumbers don't know what they are doing and never fix the problem from the first time. They don't leave you with invoices of work they did and this way they can lie to insurance. I will be filing a report with BBB so they can be held liable for putting customers through a bad experience and committing insurance fraud!

Fidelity Home Warranty called them to fix a small drip in the shower. Plumber was nice and said he would come back and change the cartridge in the handle. I asked him if he didn't need to remove the handle to see what size cartridge he needed and he said No. He then said he would have Fidelity cover new handles and a new shower head. I said I do not need them and doubted that they would anyway. He reassured me they would and that they come as ""a kit"". His words.

A week later, Arsenol informed me that Fidelity denied my claim because the plumber wrote ""it was old and rusted and pre-existing"" and that I had just bought the place. Huh? I have owned it 20 years. I informed her he refused to remove the handle so how did he even know if it was rusty. Send me proof! No answer. Then she got a bad attitude and it went downhill. Fidelity refuses to send out a second opinion plumber to look at it because they are taking his word. This company lies and caused me a lot of trouble, wasted time, and money, as well as Fidelity. Sad that they do not read all their bad reviews on Yelp and clean up their act.

Horrible, dishonest, incomplete work, and they only barely speak English. I was forced to deal with them because of my home warranty company. I will never allow Arsenal into my home again.

Avoid Arsenal at all costs!

The WORST plumbing company. They were sent by AHS and had every excuse not to do the job. Wasted my time and kept us waiting to report back to AHS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
