Fidelity Home Warranty called them to fix a small drip in the shower. Plumber was nice and said he would come back and change the cartridge in the handle. I asked him if he didn't need to remove the handle to see what size cartridge he needed and he said No. He then said he would have Fidelity cover new handles and a new shower head. I said I do not need them and doubted that they would anyway. He reassured me they would and that they come as ""a kit"". His words.

A week later, Arsenol informed me that Fidelity denied my claim because the plumber wrote ""it was old and rusted and pre-existing"" and that I had just bought the place. Huh? I have owned it 20 years. I informed her he refused to remove the handle so how did he even know if it was rusty. Send me proof! No answer. Then she got a bad attitude and it went downhill. Fidelity refuses to send out a second opinion plumber to look at it because they are taking his word. This company lies and caused me a lot of trouble, wasted time, and money, as well as Fidelity. Sad that they do not read all their bad reviews on Yelp and clean up their act.

Horrible, dishonest, incomplete work, and they only barely speak English. I was forced to deal with them because of my home warranty company. I will never allow Arsenal into my home again.

Avoid Arsenal at all costs!

Very rude lady that answers phone. Lady slams the phone on you before ending the conversation.

The WORST plumbing company. They were sent by AHS and had every excuse not to do the job. Wasted my time and kept us waiting to report back to AHS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This is the worst plumbing company ever! The plumber that came by is so arrogant and very unhelpful!!! The people in the office is just as unhelpful and unprofessional! Don't ever use this company whatsoever. All they care about is to get their service charge fee even before starting the work and they'll leave you hanging. They'll claim that they have warranty on all their jobs but once you complain, they'll make you feel like it's your fault and then they'll reverse the whole situation and will say that they will not come to you because they can't service your address anymore. They don't care about customer service because it doesn't exist to them. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS!! If you are not happy with their job, it's just tough! You can't do anything, so might as well avoid them if I were you.

They were sent out to my unit to look into stoppage. Within 2 minutes said they couldn't do anything without the HOA's permission because it might affect the 2 units below - and that the stoppage may be coming from below. I was charged $75 for a service request where they did not do anything.

I called the HOA and they advised that the stoppage was not reported for the 2 units below and that it was most likely coming from my unit.

So I ended up getting charged fora ""service request"" $75, then have to pay for another separate company to actually fix the problem?

What a scam.

Sadly this company was assigned to us from a warranty company Fidelity. We had several matters that needed to be addressed. Suddenly when the work needs to be done, they're nowhere to be found. 20 minutes wait to talk to them and they're not responding to calls or messages. What a scam

Worse company ever, wasted so much of my time, they got signed to me by American home shield for water heater replacement after they order the water heater they said that they can not install it after going back and forth with them for the whole month. Stay away!!!!

They were referred to me by American Home Shield. The only downside was that they had to book us 4 days out (but also I get it- they're busy), but other than that they showed up right on time and fixed my leaking sink/broken garbage disposal within an hour. Thank you!

They were referred to me by AHS, my warranty company to repair an instant hot water dispenser. The first time they visited, the technician fiddled with the unit and it pumped out hot water. I asked whether I would have to pay again if it stopped working again. He said no and that should just re-schedule another appointment. Within the hour after he left the unit stopped working again. I immediately called for another appointment. A week later the same technician shows and goes through the same tinkering and hot water begins to flow. By this time I knew that it was not going to continue working. He refused to replace the unit and left. And, of course, within minutes after he left, it stopped working. My next step is to go out and buy a new unit and find a 5-star plumber to install it. So far I am out $100 that it cost for the useless visits.
