STAY FAR AWAY!! If I could give zero stars I would. My home warranty sent these clowns to my house. If your home warranty sends this company you need to ask for a different company. The guy said ""this is to hard and will take to long to fix"". He simply didn't want to do the work so he lied to our home warranty so it wouldn't be covered under the policy. I'm so upset they sent out such a dishonest company. please believe all of the other 1 stars and stay away. I wish I would have looked on Yelp before they came out.

Terrible company. Very rude. I had a clog and a guy came and used a huge machine that I thought was going to break the bathroom sink. After using it for 30 minutes he tells me they have to cut through the drywall and it will cost $800. I had to go through them bc of my home insurance. Because they wanted to charge $800 that was not covered, I called my plumber and he came and fixed it with a normal snake. Cost me $100 and didn't need to cut through walls. Never use this company!!

CROOKS, LIES, THEFTS, THE WHOLE COMPANY IS VERY BAD PEOPLE
ART came out, he is a short Russian guy, to fix a leaking facet, said he is going to his car to get the part to fix it, he never came back, and sent in a report to FIDELITY that there was no leak. We have cameras with audio and can submit this to Fidelity and YOUTUBE, they get paid by Fidelity to come out, so they don't have to fix anything and can say lies , that there is no leak.
Someone should sue them.

Terrible experience with this company. If Fidelity sends this company for a claim I highly recommend requesting a different company. They tried to charge me $65 for me to see an itemized list of the labor/ parts they were bidding on. Not sure that's even legal. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not even think of hiring this company. I made a service call to Arsenal Plumbing through my homeowners insurance. They sent someone out to stop the leak. The plumber could not communicate with me because he spoke very little English. This wasn't the main problem. The problem was that my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was caused by the remodeling company that installed my baseboards.
I decided to hire this company anyways not knowing what I was getting myself into! The dispatcher gave me a quote of 130.00 to stop the leak. I agreed because I just wanted it to end.

Then I was given a quote of 550.00$ for the completion of the job. When I asked the dispatcher why it was so expensive she began to say that the pipe was in between 3 others and they were all squeezed in together making the cutting process very difficult. From looking at the pictures I see no pipes squeezed together.
At this point I decided to get another estimate. I was given a couple of estimates of 200.00 to 300.00. It was as simple as cutting out the leaky copper pipe, rebburing the new pipe and soldering it onto the existing pipe.
I called Arsenal Plumbing and told them I did not want to proceed with the work order since I thought they were taking advantage of the situation. It wasn't as if they had done the work on the weekend.
When I cancelled the job I just wanted to pay for the clamping of the pipe and move on. That's when they threw out a price of 240.00. The dispatcher broke it down; 200.00 for the labor and 45.00 dollars for the clamp. Please beware as I would never want anyone to
experience what I went through. This company gets 1 star and if I could I would rate them a negative 1.

Contracted by my insurance company. I was worried by the negative reviews, but they did a great job. They took the time to explain the issue, checked for other possible issues, and most importantly fixed it. Highly recommended.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The plumber came out to fix my toilet under my insurance, Fidelity National Home Warranty. However, he made it worse and it wouldn't flush after he was done supposedly fixing it. The companies response ""It's a coincidence"" sorry we can't help you. The plumber said you must have something stuck in the drain but at first he said it was normal that it wasn't flushing. Normal? No, he didn't know what he was doing and made my toilet worse. Since, I received no help from the company to do the right thing and come back and fix it at no charge because of what he did. I decided to replace my toilet on my own. Guess what! There was never anything in the drain. It was the TOILET! The toilet he said he fixed but left worse! I will NEVER use this company. Not through insurance and not outside of insurance. If your insurance assigns them to you, tell them you want a different plumbing company because this place does bad business and will not fix their mistakes! My guess is they will try and refute what I have said because they seem to have a pattern doing that to other people who left reviews against them and try and justify everything they do bad.

My experience with this company has been terrible. My warranty company, Fidelity, sent this company for a repair of my tankless water heater. The plumber, Serj, was not very familiar with my tankless water heater. I told him the water SPORADICALLY doesn't heat. He turned on the shower and it did heat up. He then pretended like there was no problem, after I told him that the tankles water heater fails at times. He couldn't explain why it would fail occasionally. I asked him what could be the problem that it sometimes gets hot and other times, it doesn't. No answer. I then explained what another plumber said, and Serj agreed that could be the only problem. So he was handed a diagnosis from the other plumber. He then told me he would indicate that in his report to Fidelity. I came to find out he didn't. Here are my attempts to get a hold of Serj. Only frustration and waisted time followed.

Day 1. Called Arsenal. A very rude woman named Mirena kept cutting me off and refused to let me speak with Serj. She kept repeating Serj didn't find a problem. I explained that the tankless water heat gives out occasionally only and that Serj finally agreed with other plumber that the tankless water hear was missing a part called a water flow sensor. Why didn't Serj include that in his work order? I asked. She had no answer. After twenty minutes on the phone, she told me someone would call me. back. it was a very very frustrating phone call.

Day 5. No one has called. I call back. Again Mirena picks up the phone and again rude. She then gives the phone to Crystal. Also rude and doesn't listen and interrupts repeatedly. I explained that I know that serj didn't find a problem , but that we will needed to figure out why the water heater sporadically fails. She just kept repeating herself. She said someone would call me.

Day 7. No one has called. I call back. More rude service. I finally took the issue up with Fidelity. They will refund me the 75 dollars and send my complaint to their vendor relations to discuss with Arsenal.

First the plumber didn't show up on time, then he was unable to fix my leaking faucet. He said that the bolts that were needed were missing and to just buy a whole new faucet and call him back so he can come again. I thought for sure he would have bolts in his van so they are ready to fix any problem but that wasn't the case. All he could say was buy a new faucet and call him back so he could come back And charge us again. Very disappointed in this company. So my wife went to home depot paid 6$ and fixed the problem. These guys are liars and well tell u anything to put more money in their pocket Don't waste your time. They will not do a good job.

Morons, incompetent, halfwits... My warranty company dispatched this incompetent company to fix my toilet... The first plumber who came out had no customer service skills and was very rude, so we requested someone else to come out. After scheduling an appointment To diagnose the problem, another plumber comes out and diagnosed the same problem. He needs to get a part. I called the company to confirm a weekend appointment for the plumber to come back again on the weekend and I also confirmed my appointment the night before, no one shows up. I called the company back and they said they don't work on weekends. I'm completely baffled. Thank you so much for wasting my time and being completely incompetent in your work!
