This co is terrible! We had to use them because it was who our warranty provider assigned. The person they sent literally came & said right away there was no issue! How could there be no issue when there was water leaking from the upstairs restroom through the wall downstairs! We had to call another plumber who found the issue right away & we obviously paid out of pocket! DO NOT USE if you can avoid!

Oscar at Arsenal Plumbing was both knowledgeable and skilled. it took him just a few minutes to unclog my shower. He was also punctual and personable. i will hire Oscar again. Good job, AHS!

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give zero I would. They came for an AHS visit and found issues with our water heater - some covered and some not. I paid. Then the issue wasn't resolved and the new issue the ""found"" was not covered. Absolutely crooks.

This company is horrendous, DO NOT USE. They took on my service request through my home warranty provider. Work was not covered under warranty so I asked them to come out for a job walk. They came and did a half ass effort and didn't even locate all the cleanouts. Then they hit me with a $75 service free lol. I went back and forth with them, to which they then sent me a revised invoice for $275 to cover all costs. I called the office and spoke to the office manager who i was emailing back and forth with and it all made sense. She even told me to join all the other bad reviews on Yelp lol.

I wanted to leave no stars but Yelp requires at least one.

If you'd like a a technician to come to your home that's rude, aggressive, dismissive l, unprofessional and leaves without complaining the job then by all means call Arsenal and ask them to send Robert. Do not use this company and if you do make sure they don't send him.
