Arsenal was sent by our home warranty company and we are very happy with the work they did. Edgar immediately identified the source of leaking underneath our sink and had it fixed within minutes. He also quickly fixed a leaking faucet in the bathroom. Thank you Edgar!

The worst! Disgruntled plumber blamed not being able to find parking on me - and then told my insurance company that the brand new hole in a pipe that happened right after I moved in was PREEXISTING! The nasty man literally said 'you want, you want!' before storming off and not fixing a thing. Would work with anyone BUT them!

Liars!!! I have Fidelity as my home insurance and dispatched this company to look at a clogged issue. The guy just came take a look, without doing anything and claimed that he needed a clean out installed to fix the clog. Which of course, it is not covered by the insurance. And of course, they quoted $1000 dollars. this drain is standard in the whole community(67 units), which is legit and should not need any new installation. What I hate them most is that they stated in the report that they tried use a snake to clean it which they never ever do!!!! I hate lying. They are liars! They are dishonest! Don't go with them.
I have my clogged issue resolved by another plumber which cost less than $100!

Our family really appreciated to Arsenal Plumbing technicians, who sawed us from big trouble on the weekend. Arsenal was referred to us by our insurance carrier Fidelity Home Warranty on emergency basis. They came late at night and repair burst water pipe inside the ceiling. Technicians were professional and clean. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing services.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would they should be put out of business immediately. They were sent by our Home Warranty.
We had a leak coming through the ceiling of our brand new kitchen from one of two bathrooms directly above. They came and told
me there was no issue, even with the bubbling ceiling.
The worker told me he was going to get a tool from his car and never came back. I called the company and they said ""he was scared to come back in"".
Liars and fools.

American Home Shield sent this plumbing vendor to check my kitchen faucet. After installing a new faucet, I got back home and found out that there was a leak under my sink. The cabinet underneath was fully wet.
I called customer service the next day and they did not accommodate my schedule. They told me to stay home that morning which was not feasible since I'm at work, which is more than an hour away from where I live. I tried to call them again, but they left me a sarcastic remark which is very poor customer service.
If the plumber did a good job and inspected it before he left, I wouldn't have to go through this aggravation.

They deserve 0stars! Horrible, rude and careless customer service Charged for work that was never completed. Customer signature forged. On July 18th 2019, a service man from this company arrived around 2:00pm to complete a service call for a kitchen garbage disposal that was requested by myself and put in via our management company Hammond and Hammond. When the guy arrived, the garbage disposal was already back in operation. He walked over to the kit hen sink, turned on the water, turned on the garbage disposal and made the statement ""yea, sometimes it just takes a day or two to go down!"" I stood nearby the entire two minutes he was there and did not authorize nor sign for any work completed as there was no work done at all. Fast forward to August 18 as we received a bill passed down from our management company for $125 dollars. Attached was the receipt that the service man/company completed. The receipt describes the work completed as ""labor"" and describes work that was not completed along with a customer signature at the bottom that is not mine. (A forged signature) After contacting the company 3 times in 48 hours from 8/19-8/21 I was rudely told that they ""didn't have time for this"" and no Supervisor was available to speak with at any time.
I can not believe that they forged the ""customer signature ""! I will be looking into legal action. Stay far away from this company!

Edgar was great. He came out, within the two hour time-frame, saw what the problem was with my toilet, and fixed it. He explained the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and everything works fine. I was very pleased. Said to call him if I had any issues. I would definitely use them again, especially if I could get Edgar.

Sent by home warranty company and they came EXACTLY on time, and Edgar was great!

I had a nightmare while visiting a dying aunt out of state. One of my property had a leaky shower and my warranty Fidelity Home Warranty sent me a so-call plumber ""Arsenal Plumbing"" to do the repair. The plumber told us we had to cut the support beam in order for him to do the repair. I talked to the HOA and they said ""there was no such thing ever happened and it's no way has to happen""
I asked my warranty people to send another plumber for 2nd opinion and they told me it's my problem & should be out of my pocket if I need to do it. So I did. I paid out $100 to On Time Rooter & Plumbing Guys, Inc. and they said they could do on the spot without anything to do with cutting the beam. And I submitted
After a week of headache of arguing with my warranty people, I finally got a real plumber ""A Crown Plumbing"" who came & did the job in 1-1/2 hours with no problem.
So this Arsenal Plumbing is incompetent and costed me stress and more money since I had to pay 2nd opinion. They DO NOT belong in plumbing business. Damn them for puting me & family through hell while visiting my dying aunt.
