Rich and Stan Piltch founded ARS in the basement of their brother's home located in Brookline, MA. Initially, they operated as a painting and cleaning service, with their mother as the only other employee. In 1996, ARS opened its Newton location.

Rich and his brother were driven to assist those in need when they began their venture. Rich remains actively engaged in daily operations. He meets with clients, fosters relationships, and inspires his employees to work together.
