Our seven locations in CT, MA, NH, and RI mean we are always ready to assist you with flood, fire, smoke, mold, and reconstruction needs!

ARS was established by Rich and Stan Piltch in the basement of their brother's house in Brookline, MA. They began as a painting and cleaning business, with their mother being the sole additional employee. The Newton location of ARS was launched in 1996.

When they started their business, Rich and his brother were inspired to help those in need. Rich is still hands-on with the daily operations. He meets with clients, fosters relationships, and inspires his employees to work together.
