So, I called to schedule an appointment and they said they could come from 12-2:30 pm. They called me at 2 and said they are running a hour behind. I called rem back at 4 pm and the dispatcher said they were one mile away. 35 minutes later I called back and he said they were having technical difficulties. I said huh? He said well, they are stuck in traffic. Around 5pm the tech comes and said, we need to shut off you water for four units and I need to give everyone 24 hour notice. The entire process was terrible. I called someone else. Terrible experience!

I schedule the appointment with Home Depot Lemmon. $39.99 for a furnace tune up, that sounded too good to be true. I should have known.

It was originally scheduled for the 16th, due to the rain they called me to reschedule. I played nice and told them to pick whenever it was better for them: the 23rd between 1pm and 5pm.

They called me on the 23rd right before 2pm telling me that the tech should be there soon. 4:20pm still nobody: I call and I am told that he's en route. I receive an email "Meet the team".
An hour passes, still nobody.
I called to cancel as I had something at 6pm.

Thank you ARS for wasting my time. Be sure that I will share this experience with Home Depot corporate and I hope that they will drop you as a 3rd party.
Your 3rd party ReviewBuzz page with fake reviews isn't fooling anyone either (5 star on Yelp!? Are you serious?).

Guy got the job done... but charged $320 to snake a kitchen sink drain and then another $175 to replace a basket strainer (part that is probably $50 tops at Home Depot or online). In total he was here for one hour. They don't have set labor rates which is shady.... oh and they will give you a free estimate but if you accept there is a $20 "truck operating supplies" that they fail to point out to you which basically is a dispatch fee. As of now the work is good but total rip off. One star for prices being completely outrageous. WAY BETTER PRICES OUT THERE PEOPLE.

Ended up taking care of the problem in the end. Wanted to make sure I came back to modify my review. Its a shame I had to come to Yelp to get their attention... but in the end, it was fixed correctly and we are satisfied with the outcome.

I had a backup. Called ARS and they sent a guy out. He was here 5 minutes when he had to leave for a home emergency. Waited for another guy. He came out, unstopped it, told me I had a 2 month warranty on it. Stopped up AGAIN within a week right before I was due to have people over. Called them again. They came out and said my toilets insides were messed up, old & non-functioning. They offered to change them out for over $300 EACH. I didn't tell them that I had already changed them out less than a month before for $20 each. The insides were not the problem. It was the same clog in the same place. Another week passed and sure enough, I had another stoppage but this time is was on a weekend. I called them since I was well within the two month warranty grace period. They came out the next day (Sunday), unstopped it and then wrote up a ticket for over $400. I immediately complained so he called his supervisor. They knocked $100 off. It was all I could do to not tell that guy to get the F*** out of my house. Right after he left, I went to run a bath and I could SEE stoppage in the drain in the tub. I got a piece of wire & dug it all out myself. I will NEVER call them again. They never did get if fixed right & I had to spend over $600 for NOTHING.

I am very upset. I called and scheduled an appointment on 8/27/18 for 8/28/18 between 3-5. It was after 5pm. No one had called or anything. So, I called to see what was going on. The dispatcher placed me on hold, and came back and said the tech(Mizeal) should be there between 630pm-7Pm. The technician came at 745pm. Then, what turned out to be a slow draining sink. Turned into both sinks clogged up, and he could not unclogged them. And, was not qualified to cut into the vent in the attic to try and unclogged the sinks. Nor, if he was qualified he said he did not have the equipment on his truck to do the job. He was what they called a "drain cleaner", and now I needed a licensed plumber. He was at my house until 9pm and nothing was accomplished. Other than now I have two clogged sinks unusable. Where as I was able to use the sinks before he came out. I am pissed beyond pissed. I knew it was not going to turn out good when he was 2 hours and 45 minutes late. I should have cancelled the appointment. Then, I called the dispatcher to make sure someone was out at my home between 2-4 on 8/29/. I personally did not like his tone either. Use at your own risk.

I needed a plumber URGENTLY! EVeryone ( I tried about 4 plumbers) could only get to me in a week. Including the plumber I usually use! Rescue Rooter was the only plumber I could get the next morning . For this reason alone I certainly will be using them again. I cannot comment on the pricing because I was desperate to have my water switched on again ! RR sent Michael out and he was very good!

DO NOT ever use this company. We called on a Friday morning and they said they would be out Saturday between 12-4. We called after 4 and dispatch said they would call the men to call us. They called at 6 to say it would be another two to three hours without any apology. Well to our surprise no one showed up or called. Sunday same thing nothing and now it is Monday so no calls or men coming. Thanks so much for nothing. How in the world this company still in business is a wonder. I wish there were negative stars. Please do not respond to this with an apology because all we have seen is a set reply can't stand for an apology that is not sincere. We called another company within 1 hour they came out and problem was fixed.

They run an add for $88 drain cleaning with outside clean out access, that I have. Received an estimate for $257.00 and I informed the tech that I had confirmed the $88 price over the phone. Took the tech less than 10 minutes to clear the line and then received an invoice for $108.00 including a $20 material charge that was printed on their invoice and the tech said it was out of his control and he had to collect the additional $20 charge. What a crock of blivit!!! They need to be sued under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act. Maybe that will change their deceptive ways.
