Sheldon was on time, knows HVAC and explained his assessment to me in layman's terms, telling me his recommendations weren't critical but if left unresolved, might well cause issues down the line. He left his card; i won't hesitate to call him if his recommendations and plan to request him for the Fall cleaning of my HVAC system.

I signed up with ARS through a salesman in Home Depot. It was a Saturday and i could get an appointment the following Tuesday for a very reasonable price per unit and no trip charge. My condensers did not need coolant, so i can't comment on if ARS, like so many companies, marks down their service call while marking up the coolant unit price and amount needed. I was impressed that HD actually called me confirming my appointment and assuring me that the repairman was bonded through HD and licensed. Another unit texted me about one hour in advance of Sheldon's arrival, which narrowed the 4-hour window i had agreed to.

I plan to use ARS in the future, especially if Sheldon can perform the services

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Came out to service our air conditioning with the goal of selling us a new unit. When we refused they basically implied we were too stupid to understand technology. Then, a day after they came, our perfectly working and relatively new hvac broke. Their goal is to sell you new hvacs and provide you extremely overpriced services that they will try to make you need. Was rude to work with and dishonest

They came to my house because a water line from the hot water heater running through the attic was dripping from a T-connector. I found the leak and identified and decided to call them to fix it. It didnt look to hard so i call them to save me time and for a professional to fix it. The guy climb up in my attic said " yep it leaking and climb back down he didnt have to do anysearching then i told him let me know when your done. He said well let discuss the price me thinking a couple hundred maybe . Nooo this man said 800 dollars lmao. He also asked me if there is a lowes or home depot around lol and a light bulb in my mind went off. If he can get the part from a local store then so can i. I watched youtube for 5 freaking minutes and went to lowes bought a 16 dollar sharkbite t--connector and a pipecutter and went in my attic cut the old connector off and just connected the new one. Spending a total of 26 dollars. I said all this to say i saved myself 730 dollars that they were trying to rip me off for labor or they need to adjust their price for small or big problems. Ill never call them and i don't recommend them. Watch youtube and fix it your self but dont let their prices scare you from trying. I feel sorry for old people and people that just dont know to try yourself

Don't know if my other posting went up...
in short, had an appointment at 8, called at 9:30 and said it was from 10-12. Hmmmm
Then at 1 I called and was told it'd be closer to 2. Called again and was told the guy is on your way...another hour goes by with no communication or anything
Terrible customer service and awful communication.
Good to know that HR reached out to let me to let me know my landlord is getting 10% for my troubles. I'm sure I'll see that come rent time

For the past two days have had services on my new system bought last year with no results , which still not working, have had many conversations with Management (Dan Bennett).

Wednesday: 4/23/2024, tech came out, review the entire system from 1pm til 7pm , no results

Thursday: 4/24/2024, Senior tech came out from 1pm til 5pm. ( Stated management will be calling today, still waiting

Had a few minor plumbing repairs that I requested. Although repairs were made, the quality of the service / repairs was not what it should have been for what I was charged. A cartridge for a tub faucet was $550 (I purchased a whole new faucet with new hardware and they only replaced the new cartridge from the new kit without any of the new hardware). I asked to have the tub drain replaced and I was told how to do it myself (so much for calling a supposed professional for help). A kitchen sink drain basket was $250 and wasn't available with the technician (he had to got purchase one even though I requested a replacement when I scheduled the service).
ARS Quality Control manager did her best to discredit my issues and support the company's technician.....was willing to send him back even though his first pass was lacking. Would not recommend going forward!

We use this company to service our water leak issue!! we cannot get the to write up a complete plumbing report. . you would think if they did the repair they would be able to write up the report accurately so we can submit to insurance company!! we been calling for over 2 months now still no response!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stay away!

If you live in a condo or if your outside units are located on the roof, do not use ARS. After three years of the same thing, I am firing them. When scheduling the appointment, I tell them they will need 2 technicians and a 24 foot ladder to access the roof. When they call for the 30 minute notice, they act like this is the first they have heard of the request. Today, I even called to verify that they did indeed have the information and the call operator verified that the information was on the work order, but again, one technician and no ladder. I've asked to speak to a supervisor about this, but haven't heard. Again, do not use this company if you have a condo, I promise you will end of angry. If "zero" stars was an option, I would have chosen. Be warned!

Rescue Footer Dallas is a business who sounds very professional and caring over the phone. However, they are not!

A tech came out and displayed a horrible attitude 6 days ago and walked in asking me if my leak was under the house and starting writing on his device.

He stayed in the house 5 minutes total and told me that it would be $89 service fee, and told me to sign the device. I told him to hold on and let me see what I was signing.

Additionally he told me that it would be $550 for the first two hours for someone else to look for my leak.

Before collecting the $89. After he coolect both the service fee and my signature he just walked put after I told him ok because of his nasty attitude, I told him I was getting quotes. But because of his attitude, I went against this company. Called the company and spoke with D**** and told him of the experience and was told that he was new and that no one would be available until this Monday. He had me to leave my contact information for a callback but it has yet to happen.

The tech didn't do his due diligence but was quick to ask for the service fee, which I feel was a donation because this company didn't deserve it at all. I will never call them again and do not recommend them either.

The worst plumber. They are contracted with Lowes to install water heater. Their estimation is much higher than Home depot and other plumbers. They gave us an estimation of $2550 to install a water heater in the garage. Don't buy water heater from Lowe's or use your own plumber.
