If money is no object, you can use these guys but if you want a fine service at a fair price don't call them. We called them to my moms house last week. The service was to replace the fill valve, a $6 part. The charge was over $400. But I couldn't leave my mom, who suffers from dementia, without a flushing toilet. They take advantage of unskilled homeowners. It's a ripoff.

This company overcharged me for attempting to fix my plumbing. Initially, they advised me they could attempt a reroute of my hot water line to remedy a slab-leak. If unable to reroute, they could dig through slab in living room I was told. When they found they could not reroute, they advised the only true option was to tunnel underground for almost $10,000. They argued digging in my living room was not recommended and thus steered me away from this cheaper option. Next day they advised me they spoke to my insurance and told me insurance would help pay for the $10,000 tunnel. This was not true as my adjuster advised early on they would not pay. My insurance adjuster advised me that ARS was simply trying to do a $10,000 job and I should find another plumber. I did and they completed the job for $2200. I had a total of 3 other plumbers check my home and was told a reroute was never possible due to my vaulted ceilings. ARS attempted this reroute anyway and charged me $1200. That's $1200 wasted on nothing. The explanation from the ARS salesman was that while attempting reroute, they pulled water heater and lines from the walls. Therefore, they had to charge me. What a waste. I recommend Elite Plumbing. They did not touch my water heater or walls and went straight to the source for way cheaper. Lastly, I left a negative review on Facebook and received a response from ARS advising they wanted to review this situation with me for satisfaction and requested contact info. They never once contacted me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My 86 year old mother had a clogged toilet and called ARS two weeks ago. The plumber came/ran a snake/ fixed the clog in minutes. Told her that we had a poor quality toilet but this had a 30 day guarantee. Toilet clogged again this weekend and he came back out today. Said it was a 24 hr guarantee/tree roots in the drain/couldn't unclog/would send a technician. At an additional $100 cost. So...... two visits/same guy/ two different stories/$200 and still have a clogged toilet!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again and I will tell EVERYONE I can not to use them either.

If I could give this review less than one star, trust me I would. I feel this place trying to scam me. On Sunday, July 1st, we placed a call because my toilet was leaking. When Jerry, arrived, he checked out my toilet for about maybe 15 minutes, and said he would write down three quotes for my issue. The quotes ranged from $300 dollars, to replace everything in the tank up to $555 to replace my entire commode. *Keep in mind this is just a leak from the tank.* I inquired about the issue possibly being new washers, but he didn't even give that a second thought. As he was giving his spiel, a family friend was there (thank God) listening to everything! When Jerry left, my friend went and took a look at my toilet, did a little Googling and youtubing and felt strongly the issue was washers being replaced. Went to the hardware store, spent all of $18, came back, replaced the washers, and my toilet has been perfectly fine every since!
I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

I would never recommend this company to anyone! I called Friday to request an estimate for repair on a cracked sewer line and was told they could have a tech out to my property between 1 and 5 the next day. After waiting all afternoon and not hearing from them I called the company at 4:50 to get an ETA on the technician. I was told he was running about 2 hours behind and if that time didn't work they could have me first on his schedule for the next morning, ensuring that he would be at my property between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The next morning I get up and wait and at 10:45 AM call to find out where the tech is. I was told they would call the tech and call me right back, at 11:30 after still not having heard from them I called again and was told the same thing. Dispatch returned my call a moment later saying that the tech wasn't coming in until noon and could be at my property between 12:30 and 1:30. I explained that was not going to work, that I have wasted two days waiting around on their tech and to just cancel the appointment that I would find a different company. The dispatcher then hung up on me mid sentence. Incredibly unprofessional service. I do not recommend them.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! One of my guys called them out on a job to my site out of panic. My company always pays through invoicing. After the work was completed they demanded payment by credit card. When I explained to them the proper steps I would need to follow to pay them the owner/manager threw a fit and proceeded to threaten me over the phone and even went so far as to call the police. Never did I refuse to pay them just was not going to pay with a credit card. Never in all my years have I had an owner/manager of a company use foul language with me! When the police arrived even they told me I did not have to pay as they were not going to do anything about this and that the owner/manager had no recourse as I was not refusing to pay them was simply refusing to pay with a credit card. In the end I ended up paying with my personal credit card as I felt bad for the technician who was at my site. He was just a middle man and the way his boss was yelling at him was appalling. After this incident I contacted my corp office and accounting department. We have black listed this company on all of our properties and will never do business with them again. I have also contact all my competitors in the Fort Worth markets and shared this experience with them and they will no longer be using this company for anything. Luckily I had a credit card of my own but what if this had been someones grandmother who only had one credit card and that card got declined. Would you have called the cops on her and threatened her over the phone as you did me?

Hmm. Posted negative review yesterday and poof, it's gone today.
How does that happen? Have used this company before and they do excellent work; however, this time they quoted $300 for a $30 part at the local plumbing supply. Can't trust their pricing.

Expensive and unable to fix the clog! They gave me an estimate of $240 to unplug my main when their website said $88. They worked 15 minutes and came back and said they needed another $120 to go further down the pipe. They never mentioned before anything about extra charges. I asked them to leave and I would get someone else. They still charged me the $240 and my drain is still clogged.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a spigot fall off my house while insulating it before freezing temps. I had to shut off water to the entire house because water was shooting across the yard. I called ARS at about 9:00 AM. They gave me an appointment window of 2-7 PM and would "try" to get someone there by 7:00, but I could still be responsible for after-hours charges if they couldn't make the window. At about 5:50, I went outside (in subzero temps) to wait. At 7:15, I called to get an ETA. I was told they cancelled the appointment! He put me on hold to see about rescheduling, but his dispatcher was already gone so they wouldn't even be able to get me an appointment until the next day even though they claim to be open 24/7 on their website! I think the plumber decided that it was too dark and too cold to work on an outside spigot! I lost an entire day of work and spent several days without water because of these jerks. Call Mr. Rooter or A #1 Air if you need someone reliable.

We called this company for some plumbing problems after our contractor's plumbers could not root out the problem with our toilet. When we called them, they said they would be at our home between 4:00 to 9:00. Well, conveniently for them, they showed up at around 8:00 so they could charge us after hours charges. We had let them know what equipment was needed for the job and again, conveniently for them, the first technician said that he didn't have enough cable to drain the pipes and he had to call in another technician for additional cable at an additional $250 on top of the originial price. Now, you would think, that them being a "professional" company that "knows" what they're doing would have the necessary equipment for the job. Then they went on to use scare tactics to get us to commit to a bigger job. We had no drainage problems before they got here and now they're talking about digging up our yard for thousands of dollars. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. OK..after the fiasco of dealing with the plumbers and voicing my opinions to Customer Service (I STILL don't like the plumbers)...but, I had ongoing discussions with Evelyn (she is a ROCK STAR) she managed to work between us and the supervisor and got us a partial refund of the money. So..on a scale of 1-5 stars, plumbers 1, Evelyn, a DEFINITE 5 stars.
