Five weeks. Two visits. 7 Phone calls. 2 Missed appointments. No call no explanation. Was told 2 times a manager would call me. No call. Just need the air return fixed in the bedroom. This company is a joke

I unfortunately had to get a whole new A/C unit and parts for my house since my old one ran its course. I cut corners with the first go round with a contractor and got what I paid for. But these guys are worth every penny if you have doubts about to """"bigger companies"""". And they even break down how much you actually save yearly on the other end and even financed my purchase in these tough times! very professional and very clean work. I highly recommend.

Our technician Davie Cates was spectacular. We will ARS again because of how professional and knowledgeable he was. He took his time to answer our questions.

DO NOT HIRE ARS. They started out great. The salesman was super helpful and they finished most of my AC installation within a week. HOWEVER, since December they have not finished the job. There were a few parts on backorder, including a AC head for a wing of our house. Five months of calling and even a visit from ARS to survey the work needed has been fruitless. I call and they pass me around and there is no follow up. Now I am paying for an incomplete job that they seem to have no interest in finishing and I can't even get a call back. I figured with the high prices they charge you would at least get quality service. Don't make my mistake.

I would say a one. I just was a little confused when it was all said and done. But the technician did seem to be very knowledgeable about my system.

Poorly installed unit began failing after two years due to their laziness not to replace the wiring inside the wall. Cause short of the contactor and charged me over 800 $ even though items were warrantied by company !! They are major scammers. Wish I read their revues first. Thanks home depot, for nothing !

ARS showed up on Jan. 29th, 2022. I told them I had a thermostat issue. The tech, Yukon decided to carry out testing on the unit outside first whilst the system is running. He left his equipment attached to the compressor, then came back in and open the air handler without disconnecting the electricity. He claimed that when he opened the air handler there was a loud bang. I asked him what happened, and he said he does not know. When I asked again, he got agitated, raised his voice, and started making up a bunch of excuses. I asked for a diagnostic and he said he would email it straight away. I never got the email until 3 days later with fabricated lies that my unit was not working. Instead of fixing what he caused, he tried to upsell parts from $1100 up to $7000 in repair. Then he tried to schedule a Home Depot, comfort advisor to my home to sell me a new unit. they said they could be there within two hours to give me an estimate!!. I realized that this is some kind of scheme that ARS is planning across the board. They SABOTAGE your UNIT TO UPSELL YOU A NEW ONE because the techs get paid an extra commission if they can upsell. ARS left me without AC, at a freezing temperature of 34 degrees. I have tried to contact them to fix my AC and kept giving me the runaround. The branch in St Pete has bad customers service and Yukon the Tech was rude as ever and a blatant liar. From the moment he entered my home he had a RACIST STEREOTYPE attitude towards me because a black woman. From what I have been through with them, I would never trust any of the techs there. As for what I am concerned, they violated my property and left me with a broken AC. They are dangerous and I would not trust them with my life.

ARS was subcontracted through Home Depot for my ac install and I've had nothing but a great experience with them! They were quick and efficient with the install, responsive to my calls and questions, and very pleasant to work with! Would definitely recommend!

We have been customers with ARS for 3 yrs. Up to this year have not had any issues. That has all changed we got billed for another yearly service contract but I later found that we had 6 months still in effect from previous year. Called same day as well as three other days after. Each time I was told my concern would be forwarded to the billing dept in effort to correct issue. They never called me back despite their assurances. This company does not follow up on any customer service complaints or issues. We will not be using them again. Paul M, clearwater fl

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Bought a brand new AC unit 2 yrs ago.. fan went out I have a 5 yr warranty . The guy rory had no clue how to mess with the nest. Then said i need a new dual capacitor charged me 385 changed it in 2 min didnt leave me the part he switched out .. because he never changed it to begin with it was the nest the whole time not reading the message to the fan ..tried to call the company and spoke with keke and she hung up on me... Really horrible service they rob people.and dont stand behind there work .
