I tried to use this co. for a clogged drain problem. Set up an appointment, and they said a technician would arrive between 9AM and 1PM . No arrival no call. I called them and was told they could send someone in the next 1-2 Hrs. I told them that their customer service was horrible and that I would find another company to hire. Stay away from these guys.

Call Dutton Plumbing instead!! ARS tries to get you to agree to their special but it's a clean out special up to 75 feet but when I said it's just my kitchen sink that's starting to show signs of a clog I was told that would not be included with the special. I asked what price it would be to just address the clog in kitchen sink and I was told $250.00. Dutton Plumbing is straight up with no misleading ""special"". They offer just addressing a kitchen sink drain clog for a very, very reasonable price. Don't get ripped off! Call Dutton Plumbing!!!! Meanwhile I called ARS back to speak with a manager and after several transfers I was told all the managers were ""in a meeting""... Right... That's how ARS does business? No thank you ARS. If you want integrity at a fair and reasonable price call Dutton Plumbing!!

What everyone says is true!! This company, especially the Paramount branch is very unprofessional and does not honor the supposed 1 year warranty. Doug the supervisor is the worst. He accused me of lying and would not replace the part that was causing the leak. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Lousy scheduling. Waited all weekend and the following evening. Kept calling me saying-no one can get out there. Then finally says-we cant send someone. Finally gave up. The next plumbing company showed up the next morning at 9 AM.

If I could give zero stars I would. If I could choose another plumber I would but our landlord refuses to pay more qualified and therefore more costly plumbers to come fix things. His loss because the water damage and mold that's going to come from ARS's incompetence is going to cost him in the end. That's between them; all I can do is talk about my experience.

We are still without a working shower since Friday of last week. As of last night we are completely without water because of an incorrectly installed fixture that sent about 2 inches of water into our bathroom and down into our dining room. When we called them at 7pm we were told nobody could come until the next day. Don't claim you are a 24 hour rescue service and then not respond to an actual emergency. Today they said they'd be here at 8am and continually are pushing back their ETA. Poor customer service, shoddy work. I've never been so disappointed.

The service advisor Shelby is a BIG BITCH and a LIAR! DO NOT call them. They lied to me regarding calling me to update the Technician to come by my friends house.

This is an update with additional info. on the garbage disposal installed in my home May 2020. I was charged $295 for minor kitchen sink clog and $585 for installing a garbage disposal (cost of garbage disposal is average around $100). I believe everyone can clearly see how high the charges are. It's not that this company is not at a best price. In my opinion, this is definitely horrible price to charge customers.

I consider this the best plumbing and pumping company in the city. Marco Ramirez & Jose Ceja came to fix our pump this week, they were extremely professional, punctual and kind. The quality work they did is amazing and they took there time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter, we have been using this company for 2 years now and don't plan on changing, they are the best. Also the prior day to repair, ARS sent a supervisor named Eddie to inspect the situation so they would be prepared the following day. Truly amazing the effort they put into there business.

Fixed a pinhole leak up in attic that was very difficult to get at.He could have just opened up the ceiling but he went the extra yard up in the attic & fixed the problem very quickly.

I did regretted to leave Five star satisfaction & the reason is we were gonna use their $88.00 coupon which we received in the mail for our clogged bathroom, long story short after hours we end up cancelling the service. After I had a talk to their manager he said THEY DIDN'T HAVE LONG SNAKE to open the drainage that's why we canceled the trip . Maybe the job was to big & they decided it's better to stop this difficult & time consuming project MAYBE !
But their technicians were extremely polite, respectful & quick. They return my money back for sure & I called someone else .
