Micah was totally professional in his approach to fixing my kitchen faucet's slow running water problem. He was determined to having it work properly, even though it took a couple visits to get the correct parts, which the manufacturer had not included. Thank you Micah, happy customer. He arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable.

SCAM ALERT... This company (also known as ARS Plumbing) came out to my home 7/30/14 to look at the shower/toilet in the basement not flushing and the shower flooding. The tech they sent went to the basement armed with a snake, assorted screwdrivers, and a few other basic tools to see what I had to show him. It was the sump pump that was not working correctly. It had been installed 11yrs ago, and had not been touched since the day the contractors put it in in 2003. You can tell because a little of the wet concrete at the time of construction in the basement dripped onto the screws of the sump pump. That concrete would have had to be removed FIRST to unscrew the screws to LOOK inside. Today, 7/31/14 that same concrete from 11 yrs ago IS STILL THERE AFTER HIS VISIT. This tech made a sight unseen diagnosis saying there was an object in there, when he NEVER even OPENED it up. After we came back upstairs he quickly goes outside to call the insurance company (American Home Shield) to say that there was a foreign object in there...that he never saw by the way because it was never OPENED...knowing that they would not pay. He comes back inside and already had an estimate drawn up for labor/materials of how much HE can put in a NEW sump pump (Lowe's sells them for $300 or less). His quote was almost $1300! What a rip off, scam artist, shady, under handed, low down business! I've already called the insurance company to complain, and spoke with a woman at Rescue Rooter (also known as ARS) who told me (from the tech) something totally different than what the technician stood in my kitchen and told me. I'm not sure if they are telling me multiple stories because I'm an older woman (61yrs old) and I don't know much about this issue and they think they can take advantage of people or what. I just want to warn people. I've already notified American Home Shield NOT to send that company out here EVER again. I don't trust them. BEWARE.

I found the company through Home Depot's service department. I paid them up front to service my air and heating system for 1 year. They were suppose to come out once in the winter and once in the summer. They came out in the winter, offered me some items I should replace and i told them i would think about it. No big deal, i was fine with the service. Here comes the problem. I called in the summer to get the second half of the job done (i paid in full in the winter because it was cheaper to do so). my first appointment was moved back because other people had units that were not working at all. I was okay with that. My unit worked, no big deal. Second appointment no one ever called me and it was missed. The person re-scheduled my appt that day for about 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later no one called or came. I called back and they said i was never on the calendar. The lady rescheduled my appt for the upcoming Saturday from 9-1pm. I waited and at 12:45 I called and again was not on the calendar. I now have an appt for next week. We will see what happens. I hate wasting time on a company that can't keep up with my appt after they have been paid for the service. At this point, I just want them to service it so it can be over. Mishaps like this make me not trust a company to do other work. I will also be letting Home Depot know about the type of service they are sending.

Brad and Kevin for a plumbing emergency. On time, courteous and quick to diagnose and repair. They were good at explaining what is going on and what their actions were to assess and fix my plumbing problems. Great job!

Brad and Kevin were very patient with all my questions and thorough with their work. They came to repair/replace a kitchen faucet through my home warranty. They were so great about explaining the options -even sent pictures to my phone from Home Depot so I could choose a new faucet. They actually ended up replacing two faucets for me while they were at the house.

Brad G. came out to the house to work on a couple of plumbing issues. He was able to diagnose a workable solution to our current issues with our ancient plumbing and fix the fixtures very quickly. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I was very impressed by him and would recommend him for future work.

Joe was the technician who came to fix a plumbing problem that had previously not been dealt with well. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained clearly the problem and helped with another plumbing issue too. Would highly recommend him

An update to my last review. One of the managers, Kathy, saw my review on here and contacted me and rectified the situation immediately. She was great and made sure to tell me that she would personally handle the situation moving forward. Within a couple of days, she had another plumber out here installing a new sink at my house (free of charge because of the previous misktakes). Kathy was great and made me feel much more confident in this company. So much so that I would probably use them again.

Great quick service. Warren was very helpful in explaining what the issues were. We had 3 other companies come by sent by our home warranty and no one ever explained that since some things weren't covered we had to find other means of fixing them.

Called for dishwasher install to replace ancient one that was there. You could hear the old one outside of the house. It was time. Guy came out. Quoted $495 for install with pipe rerouting and other work. No showed to return the next day and when I called, was told no appt on books. I rescheduled. Guy no showed. I rescheduled and guy did install. Did not do any of the work quoted and said it wasn't needed. I called office. 'We will call you about any price issue once we research it.' Dishwasher falls out from counter. Called to get fixed. No show. I called again to reschedule. Still no word on my price issue. Guy comes out to fix problem. Next day, dishwasher falls out again from under counter. I'm not bothering to call. I can use a screwdriver properly and fix it. NIGHTMARE-I cannot believe I tolerated three no shows. Jerks. Manager. Cathy, doesn't listen and talks over you because obviously, she knows more than you about the situation and can explain everything. Very rude. I'm sure I will never hear from them about the price issue.
