If I could leave zero stars I would you all should have never merge ARS / Rescue Rooter. I had a new unit and furnished put in, in December 2024. The unit has gone out twice. I had appointment January 4,2025 for someone to come out again because the unit went out a second time. The time of the appointment was between 8 AM and 12 PM no one came out at all nor did I get a call or email nor a text message. I had to keep calling until someone came out. The issue is a switch the technician did not have the item on his truck. Technician said he put in the system for someone to come back out the next day. Today January 5th and guess what I had to call again because I didn't receive a call or email again. The customer service rep I talked to said she set up an appointment today between 12 PM and 4 PM no one has came yet. I called you all again. My house is cold but you all don't care. oh by the way she did say that it's Sunday and their short staff same thing the rep said yesterday. If you trying to make me feel like I should understand I don't care. This is business at the end of the day if I paid over $13,000 to get a new unit and furnace and it's not fixed properly and I'm calling you all to come out and I made the appointment and you all can't do that. This review will be going up everywhere. Have a great day....

This company has the worst customer service. We have now been put off for repair of a unit that is not even 3 years old. The unit broke down multiple times and this company has yet to provide service for repair. We have called multiple times since June 2024, taken off of work 2-3 times, setting up appointments only to experience no shows and no calls to confirm. This past summer we have had to buy 2 window units, in order to get through the summer heat, and now almost 5 months later we need heat and the unit has yet to be repaired. Every time you call the phone contact number it leads you to a call center, and they keep stating someone will return call in 24hrs, yet no calls. Not able to get hold of supervisor or person in charge - EVER. Now I understand why they have provided call center, so that the supervisor or person in charge does not have to talk to a unhappy customer. They seem to not care at all, and provide highly poor customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am very disappointed with ARS/Allgood Heating and Air. Now let me first say that when Allgood was not affiliated with ARS I received excellent service. Since ARS has taken over it has been less than satisfactory. I could list many things, but I will stick with my current problem. I have been waiting for a return call from accounting for 9 days. I received service on 9/3/24. I authorized charges split between two credit cards. ARS charged unauthorized charges to one of my credit cards in addition to not following my requests and agreement with the service rep who took my payment information over the phone, repeated the request back to me, and I agreed. What was done was different. I have called at least 10+ times to resolve this, and the only feedback I get from the reps who answer the phone is that I will email accounting and the Manager on duty and they will call you back today to resolve the issue! LOL!!!!! No service at all. Shame on you ARS for very poor quality customer service. If you are expecting exemplary service when you do business with a company, do not expect it from ARS. This is my first negative review ever. I have given ARS ample time to resolve my problem. This is unacceptable.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE!!!!!!!!!!! Likely will fall on deaf ears to ARS (2.3 STARS OUT 5 did not happen overnight or with my review alone), but hopefully not for a consumer looking to procure services from ARS. First, read all the negative reviews and shame on me for not doing my research. AC unit was diagnosed with a bad motor on Wednesday last week and was told they would be able to warranty the motor, paid for the service, made a deposit for the install, and was told I would be contacted once the motor arrived. Samuel the tech was great and diagnosed the problem - advise that Scott (warranty lead) would be in touch. Monday rolls around no calls, left message after message, finally spoke to someone who connected my wife with Scott (warranty lead). He was absolutely rude, short, and said dispatch would call to schedule that day/hung up on her. Well nothing on Monday, call and leave another message with Scott - still no response and no call back. So nearly a week later out the money I spent for the service call, AC is still out, and horrified a business actually has this kind of rating and is still in business.

Good luck getting them to actually show up. They'll give you an appointment, then the day of, after you already moved your schedule around, they'll call and be like """"Oops we over booked again! You have to wait another month!"""" Because apparently nobody there knows what they are doing. My 2nd rescheduled appointment was for last week. No one ever called, no one ever texted, or emailed. They just cancelled the appointment, lied saying they called and left a voicemail and went on with their day. This is an abysmal way to run a company and is scummy as hell.

On 3/08/2021 we called Home depo for ac service. They sent ARS to my home to tell me that my ac needed to be changed, and quoted for 2 ac units! We paid $10,000.00 for both. By 3/16/2021 installed a new system then we called because it was not cooling We called them on 3/29/2021 there was a loud sound like a Mack truck in my home! They came out on 3/30/201 and did something in the attic. It is less loud! Still loud. My original system was very quiet! we called about the not cooling issues! 5/16/2022 From the very beginning there were problems they had to come out several times for several different issues including the ac not cooling problem! April/21/2024 Called for someone to come out. The system is not cooling! So they had to put refrigerant! How could that be? It's a new system! that you just installed! less than a year old! The next time they came out they said there was a leak! this is April 21/2024) there is a leak and it needed 6Lb and it would cost me $1,302.00 for R410A Refrigerant! The guy said he found the leak that replaced the valve on the unit that was leaking. He replaced it but by June 10/2024 cool-ray came out and said there was still a leak! They told me to call ARS tell them to do a Isolating leak search! They finally sent a guy to tell me that he found the leak again. He called Scott, the quality control manager whom I have left several messages for. and he never returned any of my calls! The ARS technician told me that I was very angry and asked me if I had ever paid for any service! and left without fixing or doing the isolating leak search! that was on June 10/2024 On the 18th of June cool ray found the leak with pictures of the coil that ARS techs had damaged when they installed the system!

Tried them a couple of times. Really should have learnt our lesson. 1st my Wife was sexually harassed by their male rep. 2nd after promising not to send same guy. Quoted us $1,200 for an ac fix then dropped price to $900 if I paid now. After paying they stated the fix would be the next day. Next day came and they booked it for another 24 hours later. 48 hours came, no calls or emails. Phoned help line to be told the 2-6 time was only tentative and that they hadn't even ordered the part yet and weren't able to give an eta or make another booking with us for the install. Asked for our money back and they out me on hold for a total of 30 minutes then told me they'd see what they could do. The worst part is the other quote I had was $45 more expensive and they would have fixed our hvac by now. No end in site with ars. Massive let down.

poor service again this year. (norcross ga). schedule service call 5/09 for mid day. end of day i called, they said too busy. resched for sat today 5/11, 10-2. no call, no service. i called 3 times. the dispatcher finally called and said too busy. requested call 5/13. too busy. 5/15. this business sucks. i need warranty work so it it what it is. im done after this. dont call this company.

DO NOT USE! This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get someone to come out to repair our HVAC for several days and they continue to cancel with out giving any notice. They orginally installed our HVAC in December and our AC is not working. A technician came out and told us it was wired incorrectly and wanted to charge us $600 to repair. I told them they intially installed the system a few months ago and they should not charge us again to repair it. I keep calling to speak with a manager who is always convieniently """"busy"""". After calling for the 10th time, I was finally told they would send someone to make the repair with no charge. They were supposed to come between 12pm - 4pm and never showed up. This is the third time I have had a repair appointment and they canceled without any notice. I tried calling Scott, the quality assurance manager, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back.

Great service By andre and CO worker. They were very courteous and explained everything. Service done in timely manner.
