Lisa Arroyo is certified by the National Association of Sanitary Sewer Organization (NASSCO) in the Pipeline Assessment Condition Program (PACP), Lateral Assessment Condition Program (LACP), and Manhole Assessment Condition Program (MACP). With over 17 years of municipal experience, Lisa Arroyo is a licensed civil engineer in California. Her certifications from NASSCO include PACP, LACP, and MACP. Moreover, she is a Board member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and serves as Vice-Chair for the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
