With over 17 years of municipal experience, Lisa Arroyo is a licensed civil engineer in California. She is certified by NASSCO in PACP, LACP, and MACP. Moreover, she is a Board member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and serves as Vice-Chair for the local chapter, Western Society for Trenchless Technology (WESTT).
