Kevin Zimmerman launched Arroyo Plumbing in 1988, starting out of his truck and garage in Monrovia. The company became incorporated in 1991 and is now based in Arcadia. Lona Ferrari manages the office, and Eric Willm oversees general operations. Together with our talented plumbing team and a fleet of ten vehicles, we guarantee timely and accurate solutions to your plumbing issues.
In September 1988, Kevin launched Arroyo Plumbing following ten years in the plumbing service industry. After completing four years at Alhambra High School and two years at CSULA, he was ready to enter the plumbing field. Afterward, he attended LA Trade Tech and Citrus College, receiving backflow certification from the LA County Cross-Connection Division of the Health Department, enabling him to start Arroyo Plumbing, Inc. We currently operate with a fleet of numerous trucks, proficient service technicians, journeyman construction plumbers, finish setters, and office staff to fulfill most of our customers' plumbing requirements.

Called them for a small residential job. They asked what city, i said Rosemead, she said no that's outside our area. I checked their service map and we are in. I said i guess you don't serve the other side of the tracks, she said no. Arroyo of Arcadia seems elitist to me. Would not serve.

I called Arroyo plumbing on Tue if they can install new kitchen faucet for us. They came this Friday morning and on time . Technician Leonard was very professional. Installed the kitchen faucet very quickly and also did check/clean a bathroom faucet filter for us. We have been using Arroyo Plumbing for years and trust their skill.

Leonard provided great customer service when our toilet needed to be replaced. He was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend.

Wow! First time using Arroyo, and I will definitely use them again! Leonard arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous, professional yet friendly. Not a pushy ""sales"" tech at all! He listened, looked over at our concerns with our sewage ejector that kept alarming off. Leonard then gave us a dollar amount and estimated time.(which we accepted) The Job we called for was completed as requested. Highly recommend!

My experience with Arroyo Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. Leonard--our serviceman--was professional, polite, and courteous. During the initial consultation he fixed several leaky faucet and drain issues we've had for months, and they remain in perfect working order. When he returned for our quoted work, he was able to repair a vintage bathroom sink several other plumbers and handymen said was irreparable. This meant a lot to my Mother, as the sink is original to her parent's design. I'd recommend Arroyo Plumbing to anyone in need of service.

I called Arroyo Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend, certainly not Yelp reviews. My experience with the company was not at all like the negative reviews I just read. I spoke with women in the office a number of times and each and every one was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, just like the technician who came out. It always feels expensive, but the Arroyo tech quoted me a price 1/3 what I had been quoted by New Generation Plumbing a few days before. Arroyo Plumbing is now my go to plumber.

Called and emailed three weeks ago to schedule a back flow prevention test. Answered nicely and asked to mail in the city forms. Never got an answer since then! They could not find my forms! Called several times and never get an answer. Just don't use this company at all. Waste your time and mess up your things.

Hi Kevin, as you are the owner of this business I am extremely concerned. Leonardo came to my home and made my plumbing situation worse! I am truly disappointed with his deceitful behavior, he lacked skill, lacked experience, and even asked for bottled waters when he did not fix a single problem. He walked out and begged for 200.00 in cash, now I am left with an even bigger issue, he had placed 3 wax rings (which based on my research and I am not a plumber) you are not supposed to, and he clogged up my entire plumbing system and feces and coming through, water leaking down again, he had never fixed the leak and now its draining down to my ceiling from the 2nd floor. He even wanted to charged me for tools that any plumber should own, he used old caulking that he had charged me. I was left to clean all of the water and mess that he had made. He created a bigger problem! I am truly concerned and confused that you are still running such a business with inexperienced workers. Now, the cost to repair based on my last professional estimate- 2865.00

After 3 1/2 visits and a $1350 bill, I was not surprised when I saw the other negative reviews on this page. I am a professional Architect, and the condescending attitude of the receptionist was equally matched by the service technician both of whom play the ""blame the customer"" very well. Eric does not return phone calls, but cashes the check which I wish I had never sent. The service guy's arrogance was annoying but no less so when he continued to reach over the fence to let himself into our gated yard. He spent hours and so far nothing has improved!

Everything about my experience with this company was terrible. They called the day before to cancel our 7am appointment for the following day. (And to top it off, they charge you if YOU cancel or change your appointment in any way.) When they finally did show up for our scheduled appointment, they did $900 worth of work on our home. Only one month later, we had another issue with the same piece that they were supposed to have fixed the first time around. I called the lady and she was extremely rude. She told me that I should call another company because they were completely booked for the next two days. Since I cannot go without water for two days and the repairs were JUST done to our home, I asked if she could please look into this more as I had just spent a lot of money to have plumbing issues repaired just one month ago. She looked at my file and said she would send someone - in THE MOST unfriendly tone. When the guy got here, he explained that in order to fix what was wrong, it would cost me another $200. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I said that was ridiculous and did not want to move forward with the work. At this point, he told me he would need to charge me $49 for visiting my home ""after hours."" IT WAS 4:00PM - who is that after hours for? In closing, I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again. I wish I would have read the Yelp review before listening to a friend that had used them in the past. STAY AWAY!
