We had a large job in La Jolla that we contracted Arrow Pipeline Repair to assess the work and complete the repairs. The foreman on the job was Chad. He said he called my contractor and he authorized him not to do the line correctly or in its entirety. We thought that the work had been done so we advised the new buyers to go ahead and have their inspection done. We ran into a nightmare after this! The work had not been completed so we looked like we were being dishonest. When we called to find out what was going on we had to fight with management who ended up not helping at all. They claim we asked them to do half the job and that they were not going to do anything about it. We had to hire a new company to come out and complete the job they left unfinished which cost us an arm and a leg. What a disappointment. DON'T USE ARROW PIPELINE REPAIR!!!

Arrow Pipeline and Chad Gaines did an amazing job of re-lining our old cast iron sewer lines. The re-lining worked perfectly and allowed us to avoid excavating the driveway and removing trees. State of the art technology in terms of plumbing and hydro jetting and camera inspections. Supervisor Chad Gaines is wonderful to work with and very experienced at this work. We highly recommend this company for sewer line repairs, as well as plumbing repairs.
