It's Thanksgiving Day, and I want to give thanks and a 5-Star+ review to the amazing team from Arrow Pipeline Repair and Pacific Drain and Plumbing who just helped me and my family get though one of the most trying 3 weeks we have ever experienced!

We recently purchased a remodeled, 54 year-old ""flip"" home from Community Rebuild Partners, and after living there for only 9 days, the sewer drains started backing up. Shortly thereafter, Ryan from Arrow arrived with his state-of-the-art pipeline camera. Together, he and I inspected every inch of the sewer pipe system underlying our entire home, and found it all to be defective and failing.

Ryan promptly diagnosed what needed to be done, which included a sophisticated epoxy pipe interior lining process for about half of the sewer pipes, and a phenomenal pipe-bursting procedure that replaced the unrepairable and under-sized remaining half of the sewer pipes with new, larger pipe.

Among other things, these complicated and intrusive operations required cutting two 3'W x 4'L x 4'D holes in the brand-new wooden flooring and through the 4""-thick concrete slab inside the house; one in the dining area and one in the living room; and another larger hole in the back yard.

Long story short, over the course of the last 16 days, I was on site with the amazing technicians from Arrow and their affiliate company, Pacific Drain and Plumbing every step of the way. Each one of them was very sensitive to our precarious situation and took care of our home, both inside and out, as if it were their own.

So without further ado, my family and I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to the following Arrow and Pacific pipeline and plumbing specialists: Ryan, Saul, Carlos, Sergio, Eric, Arthur, Jose, David, Bobby, Christian, Roberto, Steven, Troy and Tamlin.

We had significant issues on our property. The plumbing and cast iron was over 60 years old and none of the bathrooms would drain. We had over 100 feet of pipe that was now obsolete. We called Arrow and Ryan showed up on time and ran cameras through the whole system. The repair job was massive and involved re-lining and blowing out the old pipe. The crew was professional, prompt, and clean. Ryan in particular provided A+ service with constant updates and was sensitive to our concerns the entire time.

My wife has been a Danny fan for years. He had warned that our 50 year old pipes wont make it much longer. Sure enough, we are knee deep into Jack hammers in our house. While that is definitely not a pleasant situation, Arrow Pipeline is minimizing the stress by being on time, cleaning things up and having a very dependable and friendly work crew.
My wish is to never have to use them again, but if you have plumbing issues, Arrow Pipeline gets my 'thumb's up.'

We recently purchased an older home and during the inspection learned that the original cast iron pipes needed significant repair and replacement in many places. We worked with Casey and Jerold who could not have been more responsive and professional. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly, the work fully laid out in the estimate, outreach made when surprises were found on site before any additional work was done. I greatly appreciated Casey's working with me to scale back the original plan when we realized that upcoming renovation would make the work redundant. We were experiencing several recurring stoppages over the past several months and had the main plumbing line pipe cleared by different companies. We realized we needed to do something more substantial, as the cast iron system was failing. We received estimates from many well regarded companies, ranging from ""you should wait until the whole system completely fails"" to ""we think you need to tear out all the pipes and replace them"". Casey from Arrow came and evaluated the situation, was clear and direct, and confident he could resolve the issue. We decided to go with his company, and have them install a liner inside the deteriorating cast iron pipe. Sergio and Mark came at the specified time, were friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us great confidence that they would resolve our problems. They installed the liner in less time than anticipated, ensured everything was in great working order and supplied us with before and after videos so we could see the improvements. We really appreciated their expertise and work ethic. The following day, Arrow sent their team of backfill and concrete professionals, who did an outstanding job finishing up. I highly recommend Arrow for their honesty, professionalism and customer service. They care about their reputation and it shows.

We had a root invasion at our sewer lateral (in the street) that required a major repair.
We had one other estimate before we called Arrow. Arrow's estimate was almost half the price of the other, so Arrow got the job! I am a retired employee of a water district where I worked for 36 years, the last 5 as an inspector. During those years I had an opportunity to observe Arrow's work. So it was an added bonus that I knew some of the work crew that came to fix my sewer pipe issue. We have been extremely happy with the professional job they did. Not only was the cost more reasonable, but they did everything they said they would. David Cardenez (Field Supervisor) and Edward Towey (Field Specialist) are a credit to their company
and reflect the integrity of Arrow Pipeline Repair. The crew was competent and respectful of our property and our neighbors .Couldn't be more pleased and relieved to have a job well done!

First review I have ever made on Yelp - so here it goes....

Great work and fantastic customer service! My wife and I recently purchased a home in South O which was built in the 50's. The isolation / shut off valves needed to be replaced as well as add a regulator. The tech (Skylar) was extremely knowledgable, customer oriented and walked me through the process of his work as well as coordinated with our landscaper and City (replaced our City meter). If you need residential work, I highly recommend these guys. And, ask for Skylar - great guy! In the era of fading customer service, these guys nailed it. Kudos!
