“We step in where standard plumbers fall short. Lane Post, the owner and founder of Pacific Drain Service, along with his two sons, Kevin and Casey Post, established Arrow Pipeline Repair in 2000. They observed that many large underground companies overcharged for “small” repairs or were reluctant to take them on. The local plumbing professionals faced challenges, as taking on sewer repairs reduced their availability for standard service calls (like leaky faucets, water heater replacements, pressure regulators, etc.). They frequently needed to bring in temporary labor, which usually cost more than the job justified, or they would turn down sewer line repairs entirely. At Arrow Pipeline, we “fill the gap where average plumbers stop” and provide affordable solutions because of our focus on underground services.

Arrow Pipeline Repair shares the same core values as its sister company, Pacific Drain Service. Kevin and Casey Post, Lane Post's sons, work diligently to preserve the strong reputation built by providing exceptional service at reasonable rates.

My wife and I recently bought a house and Arrow Pipeline Repair was the company that came out to inspect the sewer lines. Our escrow closed just as the covid lockdowns we're getting underway, and The company very good about working with us and our scheduling changes. Brandon Wheeler, the sales tech who helped us, was very professional and went out of his way to help in any way he could and also got us a very competitive bid on the work. He helped us with financing and was patient and waited around for me to make multiple calls to get the financing to go through. He wore a mask and sanitized when he was on our property. I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone looking to get epoxy liners in their old sewage lines. The finished product looks great and the staff is incredibly helpful and professional.

Arrow Pipeline did an epoxy liner for my 4"" sewer from the house to the street. It has failed. roots are growing through their repair in 3 places.
I have had their guy come out with a line camera and he acknowledged that what I just said is true. The long and short of it is Chad Gaines, the guy in charge, will not return my calls.
CONSIDER THIS:
They do not stand behind their work. One they get your check you are on your own.

If I could I would give a -5 stars here. Arrow Pipeline was contract to replace my hot water tank in my house through our property management company.
Upon receiving the call they came to my house using the key provided to them, they arrived around 10am to begin the assessment and replacement. At 330pm I was called to inform me that they received the go ahead to replace the hot water tank and will be back the next day to do the work. I asked the supervisor to please have his guy empty the overflow bucket so it would not continue to spill on my garage floor. Not only did they not empty the overflow 5gallon bucket they left the door to my house open to the garage which made the air conditioning kick on and run the entire day. (Awesome)

The next when work was scheduled, the came in replaced the hot water tank. They did a nice job on the repair.

Here's is where my continuous frustrations as set in. They pretty much left my garage like a construction zone, with dry wall plaster all over the floor, the original bucket that I was using for overflow was now full of MY PAPER TOWELS and waste water from the attempted clean up. Oh l, and they used my bathroom while they were there and left the light on all day.

When I called to complain was told that they would come a clean it up. It has been a week and no one has gotten back to me, I have reached out via email requesting a time frame of when they would be by so I can babysit the clean up.

Oh, and the bucket that was left. There is now mold and a smell that made dry heave this morning while I had to dump it out and throw it away.

I hope you read this and light a fire to get to my house and clean it up

Great job Eddie and Terry from the jet crew!!!! They came out to our appartment complex, Camino Colony in Oceanside. They were very considerate of residents and parking. After calling a few different drain cleaners/plumbers this morning and being told ""not today"" and ""not until Wednesday"" a friend recommended Pacific Drairrow Pipeline. I called and explained to the pleasant dispatcher that my only bathroom was unusable with both my shower and toilet backed up and not draining. She said they were busy but would definitely be out to my home by 2 pm to fix my drain. They called me a couple hours later and said they were on the way almost two hours earlier than promised! I had not one but two trucks in my driveway when I got home. Randy and Storm had my drain cleared in about a half hour and both guys were very polite and respectful with my wife and myself. Randy gave me some tips on how to keep my 70 year old pipes clear and gave me some ideas about the best way to replace them if needed in the future. They were done so quickly, I was able to go back to work only missing an hour. Thanks for the great service guys!

Bad news is: we had a big, big leak under our newly placed pavers from the main.
Good news is: Steven Ernst and Danny and Daniel ( better known as Big and Little Mac) came to fix it!
Polite, respectful, and kind. Great plumbers and even better people. They are Valley Center men and know about respect, the value of a dollar and attention to detail. After the leak was fixed they even filled the ditch and put the pavers back perfectly! Thank you guys!

They used to be a valued customer service vendor, however over the last few months that service has seriously deteriorated. I had them to the house to estimate a repair. I waited over 3 weeks to get a estimate, only receiving it after multiple calls. What came back added a couple ""0""'s to the right. When I questioned about the change they stated it was a misunderstanding by the customer - they were not at fault. I instructed them to CANCEL the order, however a week later they were on their way. I called a second time and they threatened me with penalties for the late cancellation.
I had them come to my rental for a kitchen faucet repair, they attempted to install a fixture that would NOT work in this situation, and refused to acquire an adequate fixture. The renter had to go out an purchase the correct fixture for them to install. They charged me $350 and I was responsible for retrieving the invoice/receipt even though they charged my CC.
I had them back last week (within a month of the original repair) to replace a leaking ball stop - another $350 and NO receipt. They have lost all creditably with me - looking for another. Still waiting for that invoice/receipt.
