The person that came out was very nice and respectful but towards the end he broke my sprinkler valve and then told me to proceed the turn off my water for 30 days after I figured out why he told me to do that because my sprinkler valve was broken. Never let A service person turn off and on my valves or anything of that sort anymore learn my lesson.

I had a great experience. I had a whole house filter installed as well as a sink in my garage. Angel came out for a free estimate and I scheduled him later that week. Both times he was scheduled to come he was promptly on time and did not waste any of my time. The lines he ran look very nice and the work is guaranteed for a year. The price was very fair and he was very easy to work with.

I rarely ever write a review unless I get really really great service and ARMS rooter and plumbing services did just that. The house we are renting has a very nasty sewer smell and so I was looking around through yelp for plumbers and most of the ones I called told me to call pest control before the get under the crawl space (which was Ofcourse an additional pay for us), but not angel. Angel came to the house initially for a free estimate and he figured out the situation right away.
Since we rent the house, we needed the owners green light and Angel was very patient as we were waiting. He understood our situation because he has been in the business for years (i believe he said 13 yrs) and even got on the phone with the owner to explain the issue and he also gave him a discount. He fixed everything and has a one year warranty with his work which is a major plus. He is also very polite, friendly, and he truly does live up to his name like one yelper mentioned. If you are in need of a plumber, do yourself a favor and call this guy up! You wont regret it, he's amazing!

Angel is a lifesaver!!! Only thing I regret is not keeping my original appt with him from 3 weeks ago because I was advised to go through my home warranty which referred a horrible plumbing service that couldn't get the job right and couldn't even keep up with the appt, waste of $65 fee. But who cares about that service now (PLUMBINATOR SUCKS!) anyway this is about ARM Plumbing services and Angel is my guy now for all plumbing and water services! Thank you so much for resolving the issue that others could not even figure out (he figured it out the minute he looked at the problem and even showed me right then and there what it was!).

People, if you are desperately seeking plumbing services, scroll no further. You will not find a more honest, more professional, more reasonably and fair priced plumber than Angel. His name fits him perfectly. I called him on a Saturday when my mom had several gas leaks in her house. He came right away and worked tirelessly INTO THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING until all the leaks were properly fixed, pipes replaced, and tested and tested again. He even helped with getting the city inspector to come approve his excellent work. My 79 year old mother called him to check her furnace which, of course, you and I know is NOT HIS JOB, but my mom thinks Angel can fix anything. Do you know he came to my mom's house and checked her furnace! I called him to fix a leak in my main waterline at my house. He dug for days as my pipes apparently are deep, found the leak, and fixed it super fast. I called him when my toilet was leaking and he helped me with that. Angel is a real gem. I know for a fact that you will not find not only a better plumber, but also all around dependable, professional and all around kind and considerate nice guy than Angel. My mother, who is never wrong about anything, but especially about people, adores him and so do I. Call him! You will be so pleased you did! High five bother! High five sister!

My toilet was leaking water with every flush. I first called Same Day Service Plumbing. They said they would have to remove the toilet, replace the flange and something else. The estimate was over a thousand dollars. They said they charge by the job and not by the hour. I thought that was was too high, so I called ARMS for a second estimate. Angel did the same job and charged me for parts ($ 37) and one hour labor ($ 140) even though the job took him an hour and 10 minutes. I am highly pleased with the work and the fact that he saved me over $ 800 from the first estimate. I would recommend ARMS to everyone. This man does good work at
a fair price.
